Wolves Reign

(No not the series)

Over the years, hunters have went into the Nakuda Forest... Some have came back.. Barely alive... Some have never even returned. Past the river lies two packs of wolves. The Mayette Tribe, and the Naka Tribes. The tribes are separated by the river also. The intersection was where the first brawl came from the wolves.

-The Mayette Tribe is known for their brawn and their Land... They have the great half of the forest, where there's enough room. There are plenty caves for them all to sleep in, and they mostly get their food from bears.

- The Naka tribe has enough land to do them. A big open space with caves surrounding the area. They get most of their food from moutain lions.

The wolves are still in a great war, but have a treaty. Any other fox who steps foot on the others land can be killed instantly without a penalty.

Jessica pounced around the open space outside the caves. She rolled around grass and laughed.

 

Ranulf was crouched in the grass, staring intently at a butterfly, watching it's delicate wings fold and unfold. Just as he was gazing at in he felt a whoosh of air and someone landed right beside him. The butterfly flew away and Ranulf jumped a little. He turned in the high grass, trying to see who it was.

 

Jessica laughed and heard something towards the forest. She ran towards it and ran at the river.

 

*as the mid-day apporoached,kiba awoke from his dreamless slumber*
*kiba streches*
i wonder what time it is.
*walks outside the cave*
huh,it's mid-day already.why must i always over sleep the day.well i guess breakfast is out of the question,so look out lunch,here i come.
*sets out to hunt for lunch*

 

Nekita was wandering around the river. He growled and searched for food.


Jessica was laughing until she crossed the river. She had never made it past there.. Her mother had always brought her back. She started exploring.

 

Ranulf caught a glimpse of the wolf as she ran by and into the river. She laughed and he grinned wolfishly and followed on a different path, meaning to surprise her. His path took him onto the side of a hill. He crept along above her until the path started heading downwards. he leapt up onto a wide tree branch and continued following.

 

Nekita caught the scent of two other wolves.
"Mayette tribe," he growled. He ran into the woods, seeing a young wolf. She was old enough to know not to come here. He pounced on her and barked with a growl

Jessica licked him and yelped out playfully.

 

Ranulf saw that there was a brawl and he settled down to watch. He was always interested in watching these, and sometimes playing too. The way that the other wolf came at her though.....it seemed like he was really trying to hurt her. And he had not come from the right direction to be of their tribe. The way he had come he woud be from.....

 

Nekita growled and bit her, throwing her into a tree. He growled and ran back at her

Jessica hit the tree then broke it in half...She then knew he wasn't playing around, he was being forceful.

 

Ranulf felt the tree crack underneath him and he was suddenly on the ground. The wolf had thrown the she wolf into his tree, making it crack and bringing it down. He lay on the ground for a moment, winded.

 

Nekita saw both wolves and he growled as he grabbed the girl and threw her into the other one.
"Trespassing on our land is forbidden Naka's" he growled.

Jesica groaned and whined as she felt her right leg sprained.

Ranulf felt the air get knocked out of him as the she wolf landed on him. She landed on his legs and he felt a painful crack in his right front one. He couldn't move it now. His anger rose and he leapt on his three good legs, up into the air and latched onto the other wolf.
"Run she wolf!!"
