Choosing the Alpha

Like every young wolf,River is being made to enter a competiton to see if he is Alpha wolf material,that he wants it. His father says he won,but passed it over to the runner up,as he would soon have vampire's for family and there would have been alot more animosity between them.

River is shunned by most at school when they find out what he is,he even gets in a huge fight with Danny over not telling him the truth,he is quick to blame his parents for the way he is,asking why he is the only one who is a werewolf and must go through this. River's temeper gets worse as people make little comments about how unstable werewolves are and to make things worse,he is kicked out of defence against the dark arts class as he stands up for werewolves when a teacher makes nasty and steroetypical comments about them.

He must not only fight two other boys for the title but he must fight with his heart as he falls for two girls he should never have even looked at that way,but with the competition moving forward its clear who he shows more interest in and it could spell heartbreak for the young wolf and Honour is only interested in power and wants nothing more than to be alpha female.

But can River survive and take over a pack?

River gets his first girlfriend when he goes to best friend Danny's older brother's 21st birthday party,where he drunkenly kisses Danny's sister,aswell as Danny's girlfriend.River has shown no interest in Rebecca Burkeowits,Danny's girlfriend,but has shown plently in his sister,Stacia.When he is told he has to compete for the title of Alpha he rejects it right away,but he is given no choice,this is where he meets Honour,a young she-wolf who has drawn him to her,so with three girls to choose from,River's spoiled for choice.

Bio: Bright minded and fiercely strong-willed Ocean is very skilled at getting what she wants. For the most part anyway. Despite her good looks she's never really been in a decent relationship, and feels as though she has forever been doomed to stay in the dreaded 'friend zone'.
She enjoys teasing her younger brother, but now as he's now on par with her in the relationship scene it's becoming increasingly difficult to find ammunition.

Appearance: Medium height and athletic build. She has long brown hair that either looks unkempt or is tied up.
Bio: Hermia is the kind of girl who keeps to herself, she's not at all shy but she prefers to be on her own. She frequently gets into fights with boys twice her size, yet still wins. She's one half of Gryfindor's beaters, and definitely the biggest force to be threatened by on the team.
Her temper is more then a little volatile and she's a ticking time-bomb ready to go off at any second.

Bio: Cool and seemingly apathetic about everything. He never gets worked up, even in the heat of battle. Calm and calculated about every single move he makes. Though, is he ultimately a good guy or not? It's impossible to tell.

Appearance: Small and petite. Long black hair, usually in pigtails.
Bio: Sweet and innocent, Miranda is that friend who will do anything for anyone. One of her closest friends is Cadey. She's relatively unremarkable, and tends to get shoved to the sidelines.

Cadey stood in a dark corner,it was Danny's brother's party,she hadnt seen Danny in awhile,but she was glaring ovr at River,who had some girl wraped around him that was in no way polite for company "Thats disgusting..."she muttered,then the lights shined off the girls hair and her jaw dropped "what the fu-...that's Rebecca!"

 

Ocean, who was also in the corner with her younger cousin, quickly snapped her head around to look at what the young redhead had just shouted out about. "Oh my god!" She joined in with Cadey, her jaw dropping in shock. "River you mansl*t!"

 

" him?!"she cried "Its her! River! get off her...you'll catch something nasty!"it was obvious she had an imense dislike or the girl

River let go of her,as he walked away she gave his butt a smack,he turned back to grin,then continued over to his cousin and sister "Sup?"he said taking Cadey's drink from her and downing it as if it were a shot

 

"The hell is wrong with you?!" Ocean shrieked at him. "You're going to get mouth-chlamydia or something!"

 

"dont be stupid."

River...you do know that was Rebecca?"

"Yeah..."

" Danny's Rebecca?"

"Yeah."

"are you wasted or just stupid?"

 

"I'm saying both, because I don't think either on it's own is enough of a factor." She said, smacking River over the head. "Maybe we can knock some sense into you."

 

"Ow! Ocean!"he winced "Its a party..thats what happens at parties."

"You song the face of your best friends girlfriend?"

"and sister."he muttered

"what?"

 

"Urgh! River! I thought you had more brains then this!" Ocean snarled at her brother. "Go sit down somewhere before you hurt yourself, and hope to god that this doesn't get back to Danny!"

 

"His eyes went wide "Your not...gonna tell him...right?"

 

"I won't, but you better bloody well hope no one else does. Seeing as this is a pretty crowded room, lots of eyes around. And mouths, though I expect you know all about that." She snorted.

 

he grinned again "Yeeah"he laughed "Just the girls though...not the guys...wouldnt go gay for anyone here.."


"Ugh...your such a manwhore River!"she said shoving him away from them

 

"Yeah, shove off before you turn to incest or something repulsive." She snapped at him, taking a turn to push him away.

 

"dont be gross."he said walking away backwards

 

"Just get lost you dirty manwhore." She snapped.

 

"Let me know when We're getting picked up"he said rounding the corner

 

"Believe me, we're not leaving you here over night. God knows what you'd do.." She muttered.
