Font: I'm not sure, something kind of graffiti-ish, but not full on graffiti...I don't know kind of hard to explain what I'm imagining. Feel free to just pick something if you want. In red please.
Details: I'd like Shiki(the girl) on the left side and Neku (the guy) on the right, with the text in the middle of them, while they're in front of a flowing dark blue background.

Just one thing, could you possibly put a question mark at the end of the text?

 

Alright, I had to use a different font and edit it a bit to make it look like the other one as much as I could so it's a bit odd. The font I used for the words lacked a question mark for some reason.

Nope, if I messed with the colours anymore the character would become blotchy.
