Seriously, he didn't harass anyone in this thread. He gave one normal response and one "this thread has become a mess" response (which is kind of ambiguous to interpret but by not really "harassing" anyone).
I understand that you have the best intentions but tackle for the ball, not for the player.
This goes for a bunch of other members by the way.

Then instead of getting all up in a huff about it why don't you tell both sides to lay off each other? Question Mark Monopoly to lessen the offence to ZRW and anyone else who then uses counter-offence on Question Mark Monopoly. That way it won't cause unnecessary additional drama and be a polite way of solving a problem. Both sides aren't justified so telling both to lay off each other would be a simpler and smarter solution.
