hey
ok, so when using DW wisdom fix you have to make sure you also have the cod for wisdom to wield a second blade, once you have that you should jjst activate. If it doesnt work then (some people have said it doesnt) then joker the whole code and try going in and out of a room a few times while holding joker
Remember you must drive into wisdom form and then use joker

The Reaction Command Modifier basically lets you modify what Reaction Command pops up when you hit R3. (From what I have read on the front page)

I don't know about your other problem.
