Nope. That's Lava. All the ones for Earth are taken up. So, you can't really have metal.

 

Well, technically, Meatal is made up of Earth so if someone was an extrememly powerful Earth type character, they could be able to use metal. Though it would use up most of their chakra. Thank you Avatar the Last Airbender.

The only problem with your character is the Bijuu. There can only be one of each animal, and we already have a seven-tailed panther. Pick a different animal, and you're in.
