I think I remember JLHack7 saying that a Live Dump is required to hack the 2nd one.

 

the 2nd game, feh, nothing was showing up. i couldn't find anything because i THINK they had their stuff not in hex but in some other kind of compression. i DID have a Live Dump, but feh, didn't help one bit.

I do remember hearing about how some games are very cheat protected such as games that are from Tri-Ace for example.

I've heard that most Tri-Ace games are very cheat protected.

hey i wish that it was possible to hack some techniques or characters or moves in these naruto games,it's like kingdom hearts,SSBM,sonic (well i didn't see any hacked sonic codes),and other games have meaning to hack if people hold something back,but naruto it's like there's nothin u can do to hack it.

ok, lee4 (a CMP hacker who is better than EVERYONE here) told me that this game uses memory shifting so it's VERY hard to hack which is why my codes won't work outside of PCSX2. i just wanted everyone to know that and didn't want ppl to think i just gave up XD tho there IS a very difficult way to use my cheats, tho i'm not sure if it's worth it (cuz it's alot of trouble) and you can PM me if you really wna know but just letting you know, it's a PAIN IN THE A$$ using this method
