Super Robot Taisen: Omega Destiny

Suddenly,
"GaoFar isn't going to cut it here!" Rang out from the communicator, making Trish smile. "Got it!" She yelled into the device, running over to the control panel, where a large button about the size of her hand lay blinking.
"Program Drive!" She screeched, slamming her closed fist down onto it. 'Hey, Wait a second...Why didn't I think of this?'

Rei nodded, a look of pure determination on her face. "Don't worry about me. I will be careful."

On his dashboard, the single light that flashed red suddenly stopped, and began to glow a warm green, signalling that it had been approved.
"OKAY, HERE WE GO!!" he yelled, at the top of his lungs.
The entire machine flashed with Mirror Coating for a moment, before it launched itself into the air in plain sight of everybody.
"FINAL FUSIOOOON!!" he called, as the socket on the chest of GaoFar opened up and emitted a massive beam of yellow light, which would protect it from any stray shots during the fusion sequence, so long as they weren't directed straight at it.
"That will not do..." Gimlet muttered, as the Gimlet Empereur pulled back its fist, ignoring the two approaching small mechas and focusing on trying to interupt the sequence before Guy could use his full stre-
Suddenly the back of Gimlet Empereur was struck, hard, by a massive stealth-bomber-like jet, StealthGao III, which casually flew towards GaoFar as though it had done nothing at all.
Before he could react, a second vehicle struck him in the chest, LinerGao II, the blue shuttle, which cascaded up towards the yellow light also.
A rumbling shook under his feet, and the third and final GaoMachine, DrillGao II, launched out of the ground and rode straight up him, knocking the heavy BioNet robot straight to the ground with the combined effort of the machines.
They continued on, engines on full power, breaching the yellow barrier of light and orbiting the blue Program Rings that GaoFar had released from its chest, collating the data they needed in order to perform Final Fusion successfully, as they had so many times in the past.
DrillGao II's drills flipped up, revealling a hollow opening that GaoFar's legs slipped into with no issues, the locks then raising and clamping down, ensuring a total fix during combat and anything else.
The fuel rods of LinerGao II were ejected, as the entire blue shuttle split open into one long, train-like form, which rode into the gap that the Mechanoid's arms had left behind while they flipped backwards to rest on its spine, exhausts being released harshly the second that the new shoulders had been formed.
Pointing straight down, StealthGao III reversed its thrusters as it docked with the arms of GaoFar, before being locked into place by several systems, all complimentary to one another. The socket in the chest was closed up, no longer needed now that the Program was almost complete, with StealthGao III's engines slamming into place at the base of LinerGao II, shaping the arms of the new form, while the hands spun down from their hiding place within those engines.
Finally, the helmet was launched, landing in place upon the Super Mechanoid's head, and locking itself in place with the fearsome-looking facial guard that was so iconic of the Earth-built machine, the orange-crimson eyes bursting forth from within the rest of the Fighting Mechanoid along with the G-Stone on its forehead, as it was completed and dispersed the yellow coccoon with a burst of green aura.
"GAO...FIGH...GAR!!"

The two Evangelion units, 00 and 01, stood beside one another on their respective massive platforms, slowly brought up to the elevators that would take them up to the surface, where they would have to battle Sachiel, the Fourth Angel, there in the city.
Everyone had been evacuated ahead of time, knowing how strong Angels were, in order to avoid needless loss of life. All that was in that block was the Angel, and soon the Evas.
Ayanami... that was her name, right? Shinji thought to himself as Unit 01 was brought into possition below the elevator shaft.
Why does... why does father treat her like that? And why is she going out there with me with those injuries...?
None of it made sense to him; Gendo Ikari had no other children, there had only ever been Yui in his life, from whom Shinji was born, and yet Rei Ayanami was treated far better than he had ever been.
She got warmth and care, where he got coldness and distance. The contrast couldn't be sharper. And yet, he couldn't even begin to imagine hating the girl. She had seemed so vulnerable to him only moments before, and suddenly she had insisted on joining the battle.
"Eva Units 01 and 00, launching in 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... Launch!"
As the monstrous being he was inside left NERV Headquarters behind, Shinji too felt his old life fade into the distance. This would have to be his life now; facing Angels alongside Ayanami and his father.
...that didn't sound nearly as bad as he had thought it would.

The Angel turned, seeing two of it's kin rise up from below on a series of rails.
Below. That was where she would be. That was where they would be keeping her, it knew now.
These two before it... they were not kin after all. They were the enemy.
Its arms seemed to expand slightly, increasing in muscle-mass instantaneously as the two not-kin arrived.

 

"What the hell is that thing?!" His first instinct was to run as far as way from the inhuman giant, and at first thats what he did. He only caught a glimpse of it, but as big as it was a glimpse was all that he needed. The monserous giant was large taller than most assault type mechs. large metal behemoths covered in thick slabs of endosteel armor and possessing firepower that could put entire squadrons of mechs to shame, and yet for all their power he couldn't shake the feeling that even those powerhouses were nothing more than scrap metal when compared to the thing that was almost placidly roaming the countryside. Unlike the mechs he was used to this, monster was more gaunt and skeletal in apperance. Its "skin" was pitchblack, its shoulders and torso were armored with bone-like protrusions while two mask-like helmets formed the things "head", the entire ghastly ensemble seemed to frame a giant hellish orb located in the dead center of the giant's chest.

Ignoring the pain that seared through his chest, Carlos ran and ran only stopping when he turned around and saw that the thing wasn't chasing him. No, instead it seemed to moving steadily toward a single direction almost as if something was calling to it. Then in its paths two armored giants: one a deep purple savage, the other a white and pale yellow cyclops seemed to appear almost magically from the ground, as if they were some sort of chained demons who had clawed their way out of a hellish prison.

Seriously? What the hell is going on? Has the Earth become so corrupt and polluted by the Terrans that the demons of Hell have come to raze it? Tapping several buttons on his comm he remotely activated his Skeeter, and directed it to face in the direction of the black giant. While his Skeeter wasn't as agile if he wasn't in the cockpit, it still had plenty of fire power and would be a lethal distraction if he needed to run. As loathe as he was to abandon his old brother in arms he'd rather live and later take revenge on these giants than be buried in one of their foot prints.

 

A Black metallic blob was far in the distance having been walking towards the ensuing battle between GGG and Gimlet. As it came closer the black fortress of steel started to show it's yellow eyes. Eventually it stopped revealing the form of MAZIIIIIIIIIGERRRRR ZETTO! and it's sole pilot Kouji Kabuto. Kouji took a look from the Pilder's cockpit forward towards the downed Gimlet and Gaofighgar. "Could this be another one of Dr.Hell's creations.....well time to find out" Kouji yelled from the Pilder before Mazinger Z raised an arm. "ROCKETTTTTO PUUNNNNNCH!" Kouji yelled from Mazinger Z before firing off a flying forearm aimed at Gaofighgar's head

 

Ignoring all the thing that was happening, Ren wacthed as the buster rifle fully charged. "Everybody out of the way!" He shouted out as he pulled the trigger. Sending a giant laser straight at Gimlet.

As soon as Allen caught a glimpse of the beam, he moved his gundam out of the line of fire. So, that what it's capable of. He thought to himself.

"So, what are you doing here?" Akira asked as he stared at his old friend and the gundam behind him. He had alot of question to asked, but they would have to wait. "And did you find your brother?"

"I came to find you." Zhane replied. Before he could answer his other question, a giant airship came up over the horizon. You just had to take that didn't you. He thought to himself before turning back to Akira. "About my brother, it'll probably be better if you saw him for yourself.

Once he saw his two gundam's appear on the main screen, the next thing Shane noticed was the person his brother was talking to. So, he's the one who have the Impulse. Pressing the buttons on the computer, he opened up the hanger for them to enter.

 

The beam struck Gimlet head-on, tearing the Empereur apart and slamming the remains of it into the nearest building, which had in turn also been mostly destroyed in the blast. However... something was not right. The broken parts of the machine all hovered in the air around the Empereur, before flinging themselves straight back into place, making it look as though it had been completely unharmed by the attack.

"PROTECT WALL!" Guy yelled out, his left arm barely intercepting the fist of the newcomer robot, with the Program Ring having deployed to enhance the defensive move at the last possible second.
But the rocket on the fist kept going, steadily moving it closer and closer despite the forcefield GaoFighGar was emitting from it's wrist.
What is this? Another BioNet machine?! Guy thought, before he was cut off by Gimlet.
"Through the manipulation of it's parts, this Gimlet Empereur can make use of 21 different forms. The first of which is... EXPLOSION RAYON!!" Gimlet had called, his robot's right hand having turned into what genuinely looked like an LED torch for a moment, before firing a huge shot of light at the Fighting Mechanoid. With the interference of this unknown machine, there would be nothing Guy could do to defend himself from both attacks at once.

"Did you forget I was here?!" the orange robot from before yelled out, slamming itself down in the path of Explosion Rayon, and taking the hit dead-on, blocking the full force of the attack with nothing but its bare arms.

 

Kouji looked at the struggling Rocket Punch as it was trying to break through Gaofighgar's Forcefield before looking over and noticed two other machines battling. Kouji decided to go with a different approach rather than standing around waiting on the forearm to return....and by Approach this meant running towards Explosion Rayon. Mazinger Z then jumped into the air with the full intent of landing on Explosion Rayon and beat the everloving crap ot of it with it's sole fist

Rei looked at the Angel in front of them, then to Ikari. She didn't say a word, just got into battle position.
'He doesn't know anything about NERV, about me, about these Angels. Why did He tell him to come out here? He would fail without me here.'
The girl then straightened against her seat, charging the Angel. 'He could die out here. He's too inexperienced, Gendo. Why?'

What?! He's attacking both of us? Guy thought to himself, as the new arrival leapt at the Gimlet Empereur, knocking it down and beating it repeatedly with a single arm.
Then this is the opportunity I needed!
His body glowed a brilliant green for a split second, the G-Stone within him responding to his certainty of his plan and his courage, momentarily giving him the strength to push the Rocket Punch off course before he prepared for action.
"GOLDYMARG!" he yelled, knowing full well that his partner would understand what he was ordering.
"About time! I was getting restless!" the orange robot yelled back, the remaining energy from Explosion Rayon dissipating.

Gimlet struggled with the new aggressor, attempting to get the upper hand in their brawl, before the parts simply seperated and reformed behind Mazinger.
"There's more!" he said, reforming with two antenae-like structure on his shoulder, which sparked with electricity.
"The second is... COLLOSSAL COMBUSTIBLE!"
It seemed to be charging up some kind of strong explosive attack, but it also seemed like it would take a few seconds to reach full power. There was a clear opportunity.

The yellow one approached, running at Sachiel in a charge, which the Fourth Angel quickly decided to meet with its armoured shoulder, slamming it sharply into the Prototype Evangelion. It payed little attention to the far smaller machine that stood not so far away, still smoking from its earlier damage. It was not of any concern or interest for the time being.

As Ayanami charged the Angel, Shinji hadn't yet even detached from the rails.
"Shinji, don't worry about anything else, just concentrate on walking for now. Think 'walk'." a voice informed him through the head pieces he wore.
Okay... let's try this... walk.
The Eva took a heavy-footed step forwards, slamming its heel down in the center of the street, causing cracks to form all around it. Even moving this great thing was causing collateral damage.
It attempted to take another step forwards, but Shinji's surprise at such a feat working left his concentration mangled. It fell sharply to the ground with a thud, flat on its front, unmoving.

 

The Rocket Punch swerved off-course before quickly flying back and reattached itself to Mazinger Z. Kouji looked forward at the Collosal Combustible before yelling out "Hey Dumbass! The Hare strikes before the Turtle!" before Mazinger Z raised it's arms up and it's chest started to heat up and glow. "BREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEASSSSSSSSSSTTTTTT FIREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!" Kouji yelled before pulling two levers forward as a super-heated beam of fire had blasted out of the chest and was heading for the Collossal Combustible.

Amber's eyes widened as she slammed forward on Blue's controls. They were going to crash into Gimlet as he was charging power! "Perfect! Blue, Brace yourself."

"Amber! You're crazy, you're gonna kill us!" If Blue were a human, she would be crying out tears, angry, confused, and deperate to stop her pilot. But now, she kept her game face on, and tried to brake.

"Wait! Blue! Stop!" Amber called out. She clutched the Mech's controls tighter. "If we wanna take it out, we'll do it this way. One death is better than a thousand. Trust me."
And the Mech went straight into Gimlet.

Carter's eyes widened as he saw the Blue mech go through their enemy. "Guy! Did you see that?!" He called into the transmitter, waiting for a response. He only hoped the reckless pilot was okay.

​

"Chief! I'm swiping my Pwn Card!" Trish called out, holding it ready and swiping it through. The second time she did something without the Chief authorizing it....Oh, she was in sooo much trouble later.

​

"Ah!" Rei and 00 stumbled backwards, almost into 01. "Hey! Ikari! Don't just stand there, do something!"

 

Just run....run idiot! Why aren't you running?! they're fighting each other this is your chance to get away! This isn't any of your buisness Just. Go. Now. Carlos's instincts were practically clawing at his conscious by now, his body was tensed up tighter than a loaded spring, and his heart was rushing blood and adreniline throughout his body faster than greased lightening.

And yet despite all of this, the young mechwarrior found himself taking step by cautious step towards the battleground. This isn't any of your business, and even if it was do those things look like they're in the buisiness of hiring mercenarys?! Following the combat training that had beendrilled into him since childhood he found a secluded vantage point from which he could observe the battle in relative safety, and just as importantly put all three of the giants in range of his SRM launcher. Shouldering the heavy weapon he observed the battle from the weapon's sights and waited for his oppurtunity.

 

The Gimlet Empereur stummbled backwards from the impact of the far smaller machine, its attack completely ruined by the engines of it, igniting the 'Huge Fuel' that his attacks name translated to.
The machine smashed apart in several directions, before the pieces tried to reform themselves back around the core.

The safety device had been relieved, presumably by Trish and the Chief. It was time to finish this fight once and for all.
"SYSTEM CHANGE!!" Goldymarg yelled, thrusters firing from his legs which propelled him into the air.
The massive backpack-like section, which also carried his head, detached, flying higher into the air alone and leaving the head free to be replaced with the massive steel-gray hand contained within the torso. The arms of Goldymarg, no longer useful, spun around and locked in place pointed upwards, as too did the legs, which flipped back to be locked onto the small of Goldy's back.
On Trish's screen, confirmation that everything was going smoothly appeared. The fight would be over very quickly now.
GaoFighGar launched into the air after Goldy, its right forearm detaching completely and clipping into place somewhere on the wings, where it wouldn't get into the way. With Goldyhand now in sights, Guy pulled the Fighting Mechanoid back into a standing position, before slamming the handless arm into the socket at the rear of the other machine with a shout of;
"HAMMER CONNECTO!!"
The hand stretched out with obvious effort, synchronising carefully with the rest of the machine before slamming down around the backpack-like portion, which was now the Gravity Shockwave-Generating Division Tool that had ended many battles the exact same way;
"GOLDION HAMMER!!" Guy yelled, a massive golden glow erupting from the machines; to the extent where the area around the combat zone lit up with it despite being relatively bright itself.
The Empereur reformed, with Blue~Bird still inside of it, into a completely different form, this one standing on great treads and wielding two missile-like arms.
"Ability number 19; SUBSTANCE ESCUSEZ-MOI!" he called, as the two arms launched off towards GaoFighGar, with the sheer force within them definitely being enough to take out the machine if they struck.
With practised efficiency, the arm swung across; obliterating one of the missiles completely with a yellow flash, turning it into nothing but light. The Empereur hardly got a chance to react before GaoFighGar drew two almost-white nails from the wheelhousings on its arm.
The nails were slammed down into the BioNet robot, connecting with Gimlet's circle and Blue~, but harming only Gimlet.
"HAMMER HELL!"
Two claws swung out from the legs of Goldy, gripping ahold of the nails and forcing them both out of the robot before them and catching both in its opposite hand.
"HAMMER HEAVEN"
"Th-THIS WON'T DOOO!!" Gimlet screeched as his circle left his machine behind, unable to move properly due to the force coming from the Hammer.
"HIKARI NI NARE!!"
The Hammer was raisied high above the Mechanoid's head, glowing once again before being slammed down on top of the Empereur, overloading every one of its systems and reduucing it into nothing but light.
The fight was over.

Gimlet bolted upright in the palm of GaoFighGar's hand, visibly panicked.
"Please! Spare my life! I won't do it again, I swear!" he yelled, to everybody listening, but particularly the pilot of Blue~Bird, who was in the best position to strike if she so chose to do.

What am I supposed to do?! Shinji thought from his position on the ground.
I was crazy to think that I could do this. Even injured, Ayanami is far better suited to this, so why choose me?!
Sachiel took another set of strides towards them, grabbing both Eva's by the head and lifting them above the ground.
Is this it? Am I going to die here inside of this monster? And Ayanami too....
"MoveMoveMoveMoveMoveMoveMoveMove!" he yelled, to himself, to Eva 01, and to everybody around him. He didn't want things like this; he would have far prefered to stay at home, never seeing his father and living with his teacher.
But he wanted to see Ayanami hurt even less than that. From the looks of things, she had been through enough. He had Eva 01, the Test Type model Evangelion. Eva 00 was apparently a prototype, less powerful. He was in the position to do something.
"MOVE!!" he yelled one final time, as the Eva slammed its foot clean into the Fourth Angel, knocking it backwards and causing it to let go of them both.

 

As the "Angel" stumbled backwards a shell of steel and fire streaked in towards the giant red orb mounted on the black giant's chest. Carlos didn't stop the think why his trigger finger slammed down on his launcher's fire switch when the purple one caught the monster square in the chest with its blade like foot instead he was already on his feet and running towards the nearest cover he could find. He hoped to god that he threw in his lot with the right side in this fight.

Seeing her opportunity, Amber hopped out of Blue, slung her arm around Gimlet's neck and pointed her gun at him. "So, how would we know you wouldn't turn your back on us?"
She looked up at Guy and his Mecha, as if she was holding back for his opinion.

Blue stood by, watching as a large red Mecha landed on the ground next to her. Despite the newcomer's sudden entrance, she kept her attention on her pilot, who was serious, and above all, quiet. "Amber, go with your heart on this. Not your instincts."

Carter hopped out of Red, landing to the right of the flaming haired girl. She had an arm around Gimlet, a steel gun pointed at his head. What the heck was she waiting for? He followed her gaze and saw that she waiting for Guy to say something about her decision.
Well, this was new.

​

As soon as 00 dropped to the ground, it started to run back to the Angel. Rei braced herself for impact as the Eva's closed fist pounded into Sachiel's head, making the inside vibrate a bit. 'I'm going to finish this Angel. Even if it's the last thing I do.'

"Wait!" Guy called, stepping out of the Fighting Mechanoid to appear more personable, him now standing on the chest protrusion above the pair on GaoFighGar's palm.
"He's already beaten now. We don't need to go any further. Do we, Gimlet?"
"No! No!" the cyborg said back, "Lock me up if you must, just let me liiiive!"
Guy looked back to the girl holding their defeated enemy, as if showing that his point had been proven, before he turned to the other machine, the one that had attacked them both.
"Now for you. Who are you, and why are you here?" he yelled at the black-and-red mecha, which he did not recognise as Mazinger Z.

Sachiel took Evangelion 00's charge to the chest, and having also just taken a small rocket to the core, it was unable to react at all as it was slammed into the nearest building, which almost came completely off of its foundations with the force of the charge.

Was that even me? Shinji thought to himself within Eva 01's entry plug. He had felt 'himself' kick out... but it also wasn't him. Being synchronised to the unit, he felt everything that the Eva did; pain, movement, fury. But how could something without a soul feel rage?
The plug suddenly went black.
The eyes of Evangelion Unit 01 flashed a brilliant white from beneath the damage the Angel had inflicted. This was far more than just simple reactivation: something had changed within the Eva.
Unit 01 was acting by itself.

 

Diving behind a boulder Carlos collapsed intoto a heap while he caught his breath. Scurrying from cover to cover while taking what potshots you could was par for the course in anti-mech warfare and while it went a ways in keeping you alive. It sure as hell wore a person out. He somehow managed to score a hit on the monster and it even looked like it had had some sort of effect on the....thing. With some luck and the help of those other two giant mechs the mechwarrior allowed himself to believe he might come out of this alive.. Diving out just long enough to get a lock on the angel Carlos sent another rocket towards it before darting towards his next hiding place. During his mad dash for cover he pulled out his comm deviceand punched in a few remote commands for his wounded brother in arms.

On the other side ofthe battlefield the damaged packhunter began to rouse to life with a loud hum as energy from its reactor began to flow throughout the mech's metal frame and collect in the large cannon mounted over its left shoulder.

 

"I should be asking you the exact same question...who are you! who do you work for! and if it's Dr. Hell then you have sealed your fate at my hands!" Kouji yelled loudly with a hand leaning towards the controls leaning towards the Rust Hurricane controls but not activating it as he added "My name is Kouji Kabuto...sole Pilot of Mazinger Zetto! And I have no idea what I am doing here"

 

"This is your fault, Bit!" Jimmy yelled frantically when he noticed the damage. "I told you, I told you, I told you! Don't use all seven claws against that Zoid, but did you listen? No! You never do!" The young boy quickly fell to the floor and crossed his legs as he looked up at Liger Zero. "I'm going to be up all night fixing this," he groaned.

Bit was standing next to Jimmy with his left hand on the back of his head, smiling sheepishly. "Come on now, Jimmy, we won, didn't we?" A mechanical growl made him look up. Liger Zero was staring down, the yellow lens for eyes focused on Bit. The large and white tiger-like Zoid started to lift his front left paw. Sparks flew around the knee and a loud groan was heard. Liger Zero couldn't raise his paw any farther than that. "Sorry, pal," Bit said. "I thought we had it in us...is it really that bad, Jimmy?"

"Of cou-"

"No, it is not."

The almost monotone voice made Bit quickly turn his head. Approaching him was a tall girl with short blond hair and blue eyes. Her torso was covered in a blue, metal-like shirt that covered everything but her hands. There was a large emblem on the center, outlined in red and filled with yellow, with a red "S" in it. She was wearing a yellow-lined red cape and large red boots that reached past her knee. "Kara? What do you mean?"

The blonde walked past Bit without looking at him, each making a loud clang! against the Hover Cargo's floor. Her blue eyes were focused on Liger Zero's damaged leg. "Liger Zero cannot use his Schneider nor his Jager armor until this is fixed. Nor can he move normally very well. However," she turned to look at Bit, "You still have Panzer."

OOC: Will make banners later, I'm just extremely overdue to introduce my characters.

When Guy looked at her, Amber nodded in her head. She coiled her arm around him tighter, and then whispered, "Don't squirm." She dropped her gun and stood up, bringing Gimlet with her. She looked over to the dark haired boy and scowled. "Well? Don't just stand there, cuff his wrists or something."

Blue would've cried out in a different situation, but she just stood still.
'What is that girl doing? She's going to be the death of both of us.' The Mech thought, still standing stock still, as if her robot feet were stuck to the ground below.

Carter stumbled back a tad when the red haired girl addressed him. 'Uhh....she seems ticked off. But, that kinda makes her cute...wait what?'
He snapped out of his thoughts and then told the girl, "I don't think that's necessary. With that death grip you've got there....he can't escape."
Carter then pet her shoulder, walking by and standing by Guy.

"That's what you think...." Amber muttered.

"Yes! Yes yes yes! They did it!" Trish yelled, jumping up and down in her black flats. "Carter! Come on back! You too, Guy."

​

Suddenly, Rei felt 00's arm shoot out to meet the Fourth Angel's chest. "Ahh!"
'Not again! Not again! Not again!' She screamed inside her head, feeling 00 join 01.
