Imagine a world of magic. A world of wonder. A world of good. A world of evil. A world where the elements can be Molded, where mystical creatures walk the land, where the energy from life itself can become one's weapon. This is the world of Laifel.

About this Rp

This rp picks up where after the original thread, The world of Laifel, left off. We had a brief break, but now we are back for more.

About This World

Laifel is a world that is vast in size. Featuring 8 different continents, This RP will take place on the Continent of Demoir. Demoir, The land where The War of Angelens and Demons took place. A long, forgotten war that took place a millennium ago. It lasted for 10 years before the Angelens, with the help of the people of the land, managed to beat back the Demons and seal away the rift that leads to the depths of the Demonic Realm.

Demoir Is still under the creation stage. Feel free to help out.

Rules

Read the rules before playing.

1. No god powers
2. Use proper grammar and spelling
3. color code your character
4. Killing other people's characters is allowed with their permission.
5. Please only ages 13 and up
6. Try to not use curse words. Words like Damn is fine.
7. Romance is ok, but don't go into the "Ha cha cha" stuff
8. You cannot control other people's characters.
9. Be sure to at least skim through all the information about this rp
10. be courteous to others
11. Crossbreeds cannot be half Lizard, Demon, Leecher, Angelen, or Summon.
12. Powers should make sense.
13. PM me your characters before posting them. Only post them if I give you permission.
14. Try to advance the story in a way that will allow others to join in. And no "I knew it all along" BS please.
15. I will give you two warnings if you constantly break the rules. The third warning will result in the death of your character and you will not be allow to play in this RP again. If you continue to post after that, I will report you to an admin.
16. Type "Pezz is the Greatest!" on your first post so I know you read the rules.

Creatures of the land


Humans- No need to describe them. we all know what humans are. Humans are allowed to have one of three powers. They can either use telekinesis, magic, or they can be a Shaper. For more info on these powers, view the section "Human Powers".

Fairrels- Animals with human characteristics. Some appear more human than others. there are several different tribes. Fairrels are faster than humans, have quick reactions, and each tribe specializes in its own style of Martial Arts. Occasionally Fairrels use weapons. Their weapons almost always are without blades. Fairrels prefer to squat instead of sit.

Types of Fairrels

* Cat Clan - The Cat Clan (CC) Prefer living in the trees. All of them have cat ears and some have tails. A few even have retractable claws and fur.
Just like normal cats, the CC can leap great distances. The CC specializes in martial arts that is 80% Kicking and 20% Punching. They are graceful in their movements.
* Wolf Clan - The Wolf Clan (WC) live in the woods and like to stick to the ground. Similar to the CC, WC members all have Wolf ears and some have tails. A few have non-retractable claws, fur, and sharp teeth. Their canine teeth are larger than human canine teeth.
The WC dislike humans due to the fact that many of them have been hunted down by humans. WC members can jump great distances but not as great as the CC. The WC's Martail arts is 20% Kicking and 80% Punching.
* Lizard Clan - The Lizard Clan (LC) Are cold blooded and savage in nature. Unlike the other clans, the LC have no visable ears. Instead, they have small holes on the side of there heads. All of them have sharp teeth and claws. Some have tails. A few have scales. none have hair.
The LC are predators and are feared by humankind. The LC hate Humanity and wish to see all humans dead. they sided with the demons during the ancient war. Many were wiped out during the war.
Because they are cold blooded, The LC prefer warm climates and cannot survive long in the cold. The LC are not good jumpers, but they are adept in Climbing. They can climb the smoothest of surfaces. Their style of fighting is 50% kicking and 50% punching. They have no need of weapons since they have claws and teeth. The LC does not wear shoes.


Cylians- A Wise race of creatures who can have a lifespan that lasts for thousands of years. Cylians are like the Elves of this world. They have eternal youth, which gives them the appearance of a child. Cylians look exactly like humans except their ears have a small point to them. Adult Cylians have the appearance of someone in their very early teens (they look no older than 16). A Cylian is considered an adult at age 500.
Cylians are one with nature. If nature were to vanish from the world, they would all die. They have the ability to speak with any object that is a part of nature (rock, plant, whatever) by just touching the object with their hand. In addition to that, each Cylian is born with the ability to manipulate a single element. Such elements includes Plant, stone, Metal, water, fire, Wind, etc. The Cylians refer to this power as "Molding".
Cylians that can mold Mold metal, make the greatest of weapons. likewise, those who Mold Stone, make architectural wonders. Some Cylians enjoy living with Humans instead of their kind.

Leechers- Leechers are like the Orcs of this world. They are minor demons that were left behind during the war. Since then, they've been breeding in the mountains, swamps, Caverns that lead underground, etc.
They are humanoid creatures without eyelids. Their skin is gray and hangs loosely from their bony body. They have patches of hair and rotten yellow teeth.
Leechers are surprisingly strong. They are cruel creatures that enjoy nothing but killing. They show no mercy to their prey. Leechers do make their own weapons, but even without a weapon, they are dangerous. Upon cornering their prey, a Leecher will bear hug the victim and bite a chunk off the victim's neck. Leechers are feared by all creatures alike, besides Demons, Summons, and Angelens.

Demons- Ancient terrors that were banished to the Demonic Relm. Demons are horrifically powerful. most demons take two forms. A Human form, And their true form.
A Demon's true form looks like something from a nightmare. Most Demons have a true form that looks like a mixture of animals fused together. However, there are a few whose true form is not a mixture of animals. They can also be composed of plants, or other things like a skeleton of a monster with a body composed of an acidic slime.
The most powerful and ferocious of Demons mainly take on a human form. These ones have the power to heal and to do unimaginable feats. they are greatly feared even by other demons. Only a few of these exist. This type of demon has it's own name. They are called Devils (due to lack of a better name :-/ ).
Every demon has it's own unique abilities. no two demons are the same. They cannot die from old age, but they are mortal. Demons can be slain by normal means, but it takes plenty of effort. Even in their human forms, they are dangerous. It is wise not to take a demon on by one's self.
As of right now the Demons are thought to be sealed away in the Demonic Realm.

Angelens- Creatures born for a single purpose to protect the world of Laifel. They can be thought of as good Demons, except these are not creatures that look like living nightmares. Only a few exist.
The most powerful ones also mainly take on their human form. They refer to themselves as Angels.
There are more demons then there are Angelens.

Summons- Powerful creatures whose power rivals that of a demon. Only Five exist; their spirit is locked away in ordinary looking gems. The gems are scattered across the land. A summon can only be awakened once the one, that is destined to become its master, appears.
Summons are intelligent creatures that obey their masters orders. Even evil people can have summons. A summon's personality reflects it's master's actions.
Upon obtaining a Summon, The Master will have a teleconnectic link with their Summon. They won't be able to hear one's thoughts, but they can feel the others feelings. Because of this link, Master and Summon will always know when the other is in danger.

Note: Summons are RPed by the same person who RPs their master. 3 of the Summons are taken. There are 2 more Summons available.

Vampires- Suggested by The Joker. We all should know what vampires are. If you don't then tough. I'm not spending another hour typing it up .
The vampires of Laifel are ancient people from a Cursed Kingdom. They live on the island that is now called Sin Isle. (I'll make an updated map)
Vampires have super human speed and excellent night vision. They are not killed by the sun, but they are blinded by it. Vampires have the ability to fly short distances.
Vampires also have the ability to control an aspect of an element. like smoke or Heat from fire, vapor from water, etc. This was suggested by Garxena.

Crossbreeds- Beings whose parents are of different races. Crossbreeds cannot be half Lizard, Demon, Leecher, Angelen, or Summon. Crossbreeds can make for some of the most interesting characters.

Human Powers


Magic Uses the mana of the world. Using magic can be very tiring. Only a few humans have the power to use it. For most people, it takes years of practice to master. People who can use magic are called Mages

Shaping A technique that uses an energy, similar to mana. The energy is called Lineve, and it is what all life forms are composed of. It is the energy that give life to creatures. the world is abundant with this energy. There is always excess Lineve that floats in the air.
There are a few Humans that have the power to shape this energy and use it to fight. The most skilled humans will use it to create platforms, shields, weapons, etc. When Lineve is Shaped, it distorts the light, making it visible to the naked eye. Again it takes years to master and is very tiring. Using an excess amount, of this energy, at once can ultimately kill the user. People with the ability to shape are called Shapers.

Telekinesis Not much to explain here, we should know what it is. Moving objects with the mind. Not as tiring as Magic or Shaping, but a prolonged overuse can cause bleeding form the ears and unconsciousness. Death can occur, but usually the user would fall unconscious before that happens. This is a very rare gift. suggested by Mrs. Baggins.

The Story

In order to banish the Demons from the world, Six powerful Angelens sacrificed themselves to create the seal that would banish the Demons to the Demonic Realm. These six Angelens stored their life force into six different crystals. The crystals were then used to create the seal.
Afterwards, each crystal was entrusted to the races of the world. One went to the Cylians, one to the Cat Clan, One to the Wolf Clan, and Three to the humans.
Time moved on and the war was forgotten. However the time for a second war was close at hand. The crystals were weakening as was the seal. It wasn't long before the first crystal cracked. The loss of that single crystal released a weaker Demon; A parasite, of sorts, that would latch onto and take control of its host. The Demon worked it's way from host to host, till it finally came across one with the power to govern an entire kingdom. It had taken a King.
The King had rule of the Kingdom called Ilianam. The kingdom quickly went on a decline. Crime, famine, and disease plagued the land of Ilianam. The King began to make rash decisions and punished those who had done nothing. He eventually even had his eldest Son beheaded.
Tristan, the King's younger son, could no longer sit still and watch his father destroy his own kingdom. He confronted his father, and, in doing so, was banished from Ilianam under penalty of death.
Our Story begins With young Tristan. The boy with nowhere to now call a home.

Weapon- Twin Blades made from Lineve. They have no real physical form.
Background- Son of King Bryne. Tristan was recently banished from his homeland, for stepping up to his father's harsh rule, leaving his younger sister Sameire, behind.
With nowhere to go, Tristan wonders from place to place. Our story begins with him in the Fishing Village of Triwn, located on the shores of the country called Baflee. Baflee is Southeast of Ilianam.
The Power to Shape has been in Tristan's family for ages. At a young age he was taught how to master Lineve. Tristan rarely uses his sword, instead he likes to Shape twin blades out of Lineve. This can give Tristan the element of surprise in battle, for he'll make his twin appear out of nowhere. Likewise, he can make them dissipate at anytime as well. Tristan Lineve Blades can easily slice through many materials, Including weak metals. Tristan prefers keeping his identity a secret. He rides a female Stallion, grayish in color, named Mist. Tristan is a tad of a show off, but is good at heart.
Appearance- Hazelnut brown hair, cut short, and pale blue eyes. Being a member of the royal family of Ilianam, Tristan has a tattoo, of his family's crest, located on his back right shoulder. Because he was banished, Tristan no longer wheres fancy clothes.
As of Right now, Tristan has been hearing a sinister voice in his head. It seems to know things that Tristan does not. According to the voice, it is not a demon.

{Human Form} can stretch and lash arms and legs out like whips. Each strand of hair is really a seed that can enslave people. poison tipped nails
{True Form} Poison tipped thorns. Vines that can strike from underground. One giant mouth shaped like a Venus Flytrap along with several smaller ones. The mouths have an acidic coating (the acid is stomach acid).
Appearance -
{Human Form} Waist, long hair that looks like the midnight sky, and it flows towards the nearest living creature (except demons, Leechers, and Summons). On each side, above her ears, is a blue lily. Her eyes and they have an Asian look to them. There are no whites in her eyes, they are dead black, making it impossible to tell if she is looking at you. Her skin is a pale tan. Her lips and nails are painted black. She wears black, skintight clothing; A tank top and long pants.
{True Form} A giant tangle of thin, thorny vines, with several orange/red Flowers that resemble Venus flytraps. Everything, except the flowers, is a green that is unnaturally dark color.
Background (Go into detail please! The more, the better!)- Self proclaimed "Queen of Demons" Not much is known about This Demon. She was among the most fearful of demons, during the ancient war. She has kill many Angelens, two which were Angel class.
Her Her poison tipped thorns/nails made her difficult to battle. Prolonged exposure causes dizziness and double vision. Every other race was immune.
In her human form, she can pluck strands of her hair off and blow them into the wind. They will then find the closest living creature to latch onto. upon contact, they grow instantly. A flower forms where they landed, and its roots grow underneath the skin. more flowers will begin to bud as the roots slowly drain the victims of fluids, causing a painfully slow death. If the flowers are not killed within a few hours, victim will become forever enslaved to Venuzsa, even after death takes them. Venuzsa can only enslave Fairrels and humans, but everything takes twice as long for Fairrels, than it does for humans.
Venuzsa hates the cold and fire. she cannot move positions while in her true form. She is still locked away in the Demonic Realm.

Background (Go into detail please! The more, the better!)- Naserrea is the spirit of nature and because of that she is a legend in Cylian mythology. She has had only three masters. A Cylian who fought and died in the war, a Cat, and a human. Being a summon, she listens and obeys her master. Right now her master isTristan Alzeire.
Appearance- Naserrea normally takes on the appearance of a young girl that looks 18 in age. Her hair is a reddish brown that flows below her shoulders. Here eyes are Jade green. Her appearance can change depending on her moods. If angry, her hair may burst into flame and her arms and hands will burst into water. She prefers not wearing clothes, but wears clothes anyways since her masters tend to feel uncomfortable with a naked girl around.
When wearing clothes she calls upon the silk worms to spin their silk. She then uses the wind to send the silk to her. Since the silk was made by nature. Naserrea can then magically weave the silk into clothes that she can wear. For foot wear, she wears the smoothest of softwood sandals.

Appearance- for the most part, he is covered in scales, except for a patch of human skin surrounding his right eye and stretching to the back of his head. His eyes are yellow.

Background (Go into detail please! The more, the better!)- Zack played a major role in the ancient war. He fought and helped to win many battles. His signature attack, 'A Thousand Rays of Light', was what gave him the nickname 'The Shining Dragon'.
Zack is often mistaken as a kid because of his appearance. many of his opponents have met their demise because they underestimated him. His personality is unlike that of a kid's. He takes things very seriously and barely spends any time relaxing. However, despite his serious attitude, Zack honestly has a good nature to him. He cares for the world and it's people.
Due to Recent events, Zack has set out, with two other Angelens, to save Baflee from a tragic demise.

Also, going to go ahead and repost my character forms. (Might want to remove the (post #) next to the characters)
Hopefully we'll get some newcomers, but since this is a revival, I doubt it.
To the people returning, Zuiden's gone. He never existed since his role was played out. Whisk will be brought back as new character (will post later) so Karchit would have instead made a deal with the "King."

Name-Lanan Curas Luna
Race- Half Cylian, Half WC
Powers- Basic Wolf abilities, the power to Mold Wind, and power over the Summon Rubira.
Age- 17 in appearance, personality, and mentality. 200 in actual years
Gender- male
Side- Good
Weapon-His claws. Also has a metal gauntlet covering his left forearm. The gauntlet has a crowbow Molded to it by the Cylian who gave it to him.
He also has a small dagger hidden in his left boot and a large one strapped to his belt.
Background- Lanan was born after a Cylian named Rhon Luna fell in love with a Wolf Clanner named Dissidia. As he grew up, the other wolves shunned him because his Cylian hertiage was so close to human, so he lived with his father in the Cylian homeland. Around age 387 (which i'm guessing would make him a preteen in Cylian years) He came home to find his father torn to shreds next to his mother's body. He saw adult wolves covered in blood standing around the bodies. One of the wolves revealed that they followed Dissidia to Rhon's home to kill them because of their romance. The wolves then set their eyes on Lanan. Lanan's emotions got the best of him and his powers went out of control. As he howled, a strong wind shot out of his mouth and blew the wolves against the walls. He then lunged at the leader's throat and bit down, killing him. He continued to kill the other wolves, and only one escaped. After his parent's burial, the village's elder told Lanan that the wolves snuck into the village and no one saw them attack. Lanan did not believe it, even though he's only a young half-Cylian, he could sense the malicious aura in the wind coming from the wolves' murderous intent. He accused the elder of letting the wolves pass and kill his father and mother because the elder himself disapproved of the romance. He then left the village forever. Little did he know that the elder did let the wolves sneak in the village, but they fooled him into thinking they would only kill Dissidia.
Lanan now wanders the land looking for a purpose in his life. Unlike other Wolf Clanners, he bores no hatred towards humans. He has a minor dislike towards Cat Clanners which he blames on his "instincts". He hates Wolf Clanners for their hatred of humans and his parent's death. He used to hate Cylians as well, until he realized that his elder was one of the few "narrow-minded" Cylians. Lanan blamed on the elder's old age. Lanan is dissapointed about his Wind-Molding power because he marveled the ability to mold steel and Earth, but he wields this power easily and sufficiently.
He stumbles upon the Ilianam shortly after Tristan's exile and his adventure begins.
Appearance- Because of his heritage, Lanan has an odd appearance. His wolf characteristics go against his Cylian genes. He's about 5 feet 9 inches tall and looks humanoid in general. He has spiky black hair with two gray wolf ears, with an odd point on their tips, coming from the side. He has whisker shaped lines across his face (think Naruto) and sharp eyes. He has sharp fangs, but a human-ish face. He wears a light armor with no sleeves and has regular hands but paws for feet. He has a light coat of fur on his torso (except for his arms) which reaches down to his knees. He has a long tail which he's proud off. On his left arm, he has a gauntlet with a small crossbow on it. He carries the bolts on his right leg in a quiver

Pretty much this^ except with the quiver, gauntlet, shorter hair, and his right hand is normal.

Race- Summon, Lamia
Master- Lanan
Powers- Hypnotism, Venom that can turn victims to stone or act as an acid. Other than that, she can scale walls easier than a Lizard, move extremely fast, and is strong enough to tear a tree from its roots with one hand.

Gender- Female
Side- Neutral
Weapon- Her own claws, fangs, and tail
Gem- Ruby, Lanan wears it as a necklace
Background- Rubira is an ancient being whose power can rival those of Devils and Angels. Her only previous master was a Demon who fought in the War before he was killed. She was sealed into a Ruby that was found by an antique dealer. He put the Ruby up for sale in his shop in a town in Ilianam. So far, no one has bought it.
Personality- Rubira has a sadistic personality, and enjoys killing. She is kept in check by Lanan, whom she tries to trick into letting her free. Fortunately, Lanan is smarter than that.
Appearance- Being a Lamia type Summon, Ruby has the torso of a woman and the tail of a snake. She has long dark blue hair and slitted eyes. Her skin is a pale blue. She wears light gold armor over her upper body. Instead of legs, she has a giant turquoise colored snake tail that is as thick as a tree and several yards long. Her fingers end in talons that can tear meat from the bone with ease. The same goes for her fangs.
In her human disguise, both her hair color and skin darken and her green eyes lose the slit. Her tail becomes human legs with the scales taking the form of a dark blue silk pair of pants with a scaled pattern. She's barefoot in this form.

Powers- Master Shaper, enhanced physical abilities due to the parasite's influence

Side-The King himself is GOOD, but is currently EVIL because of the parasite
Weapon- Shapes weapon from Lineve, prefers to make a spear and shield
Background- Bryne Alzeire III was born a prince and an only child in the kingdom of Ilianam. He was the only heir to the throne and was put into many classes to shape him to be a worthy king. As a child, he had different teachers who taught him how to ride horses, fence and joust, as well how to fight bare-handed. He was also taught politics, philosophy, history. However, his favorite class was the one his father, King Bryne Alzeire II, taught him: Shaping. It was revealed at a young age that he had the power of Lineve. His father was overcome with joy when he realized his son inherited his gift. After King Bryne II died from an illness, Bryne was made King at age of 20. Bryne was involved with a young lady whom he made his Queen after his crowning. Several years later, his first son was born. A few years after that, his second son, Tristan was born. His Queen died while giving birth to his third child and first daughter, Samiere.
King Bryne Alzeire III ruled the kingdom of Ilianam as a good king for the next decade or so. He had good relationships with many of the other towns on Demoir. One day, while tending to his royal garden, a sickly-looking man stumbled into the courtyard. The King called his guards for help, but the man lunged at him. Before he knew it, Bryne was taken over by a parasite. When his guards came, Bryne ordered them to kill the man -who had no idea where he was or what had happened- stating the man attacked him. The parasite marveled at the power of Lineve Bryne had and even had Bryne's first son beheaded, simply because he didn't inherit his father's Shaping power. He told his subjects that his son was planning to overthrow him. The influenced-King continued to ruin his country. He replaced his officials with corrupt men, stopped enforcing laws (as long as they didn't put him in any danger), and stopped caring for his kingdom. After his son, Tristan, confronted him about this, the King accused him of being involved in the coup his first son was "planning". He sentenced Tristan to death, but Tristan managed to escape before his execution.
The King is still alive in his own mind, but the parasite has control of his body and is slowly eating away at Bryne's life.
Appearance-The King has brown hair that goes down to his shoulder. He has brown eyes. He normally wears armor and a cape, along with his crown. Now that the parasite has control, the King has a pale and sickly complexion. His tattoo of the family's crest is on his arm, below his shoulder.

Background- Ras'tepa was just a lowly, weak demon born in the Demonic Realm. Although he was weak, he managed to take control of a stronger Demon. If it wasn't for that Demon's body, Ras'tepa would have been eaten by other Demons. After his first host died from Ras'tepa's influence, he moved on to another host. Eventually, Ras'tepa journeyed into an isolate part of the Demonic Realm. The air surrounding the area seemed alive. The air in front of him then "broke" and a portal was in front of him. Ras'tepa, curious, wandered into the portal and came out on Demoir, on a mountain. Ras'tepa then freed his host and traveled the area on his own legs. He had no idea what happened to the Demon. When he came back to the portal, he noticed it was closed, but he could still feel the energy from it. He then took control of Cat Clanner who walked by and roamed the area. He switched hosts to different species, always making sure to kill his previous host. It was like this that he learned about the world. He eventually ended up in the kingdom of Ilianam and thought of a plan: If he can take control of the King, he would have tremendous power. He would then seek away to open up more portals and release more Demons into Demoir. So far, his plan succeeded.
Appearance-Ras'tepa's own body looks like a dark-red slug with six legs. He's about a foot long and his legs are short. His body is relatively flat so he's only a few inches tall. He has fangs and four purple eyes. On the bottom of his body, there is another mouth. This second mouth is round and acts like a suction. He attaches himself to a host with the suction and enters the host's consciousness. He then has full control of the body. He is currently on the King's lower back covered up by the King's clothes, armor, and cape.

Background- Azazel fought during The War of Angelens and Demons. He killed many Angelens, but was overpowered during by the group of Angels who sealed the Demons. In the Demonic Realm, Azazel took out his rage on many Demons, destroying them without a second thought. Soon after, Ras'tepa took control of him. Ras'tepa had control over him for so long, that Azazel's OWN power shrunk and he was barely stronger than a regular Demon. Before Ras'tepa's influence killed him, they stumbled onto the portal that led to Demoir. The moment Ras'tepa let him loose, Azazel fled. He stumbled deep into a cave before he passed out of exhaustion due to his life force being so low because of Ras'tepa's parasitic influence. He stayed asleep for weeks, waking up recently around the time Tristan and Lanan first came to Triwn.

Alright, here's a (long) recap of everything that's happened in the original thread. If you participated in the original thread, you probably don't have to read all of this so just skip ahead to the end to find out where your characters were. If you're a newcomer, you might want to read this whole long ass post. I mean, you don't have to, but you'll be clueless to what's been happening, but that'll just make your character more realistic, huh?

After escaping from his home kingdom of Ilianam, Prince Tristan Alzeire (Pezz) ended up in Baflee, more specifically, the town of Triwn. Baflee had been the victim of many raids by the Lizard Clan, especially the farms. Around the same time, Halfbreed Wolf and Cylian Lanan Curas Luna (LilBueno)interrupted a raid on a farm on Triwn's outskirt. Also, the telekinetic mercernary Eleanor McKinley (mrsbaggins) happened to be in Triwn, finishing off Lizard's under the mayor's employment. Simultaneously, the traveling pair of the Cylian

Aduial Brún and the vampire Aidou Hanabusa (Garxena) stumbled into Triwn. Around the same time, the Devl Azazel (LilBueno), who was the former host of Ras'tepa (LilBueno), the Demon who is possessing King Bryne Alzeire III(LilBueno), woke up in Melkine.

That night, a large group of Lizards attacked the town. The five heroes all met each other as they joined forces, along with the town's civilians, to defend Triwn. While they succeeded in defeating the Lizards and minimizing casualties, Triwn was badly damaged. Tristan left quite the impression on Lanan and gave him a supply of Lineve bolts. Lanan also met a young girl named Becka who traveled alongside him after he left Triwn. Tristan suspected that the Lizards were allied with the Leechers and were planning a major attack on the town. Eleanor, whose services he hired, joined him and they traveled to Nefeir Bogs to confront the Leechers. Aduial and Aidou were tasked with evacuating the town's residents. Before they could make it, they were attacked. One of the Leechers was also the one who attacked Aduial when she met her companion. They managed to fend off the Leechers long enough (and kill Aduial's attacker) until large rays of light rained down from the heavens and killed the rest of them, sparing only a few.

In the bogs, Tristan and Eleanor were attacked by Leechers and Tristan fell into the swamp. He was attacked by some kind of swamp beast while finding a gold ring with a sapphire gem attached at the bottom of the swamp. Before he knew what had happened, Naserrea (Pezz) appeared from the ring and rescued him. Tristan was confused as to what Nas was and how she was so powerful, but she insisted she was his Summon. Together with Eleanor and Nas, Tristan journeyed across the lake to Nentrion planning to then go to Tyaom, the capital of Ilianam, and rescue Tristan's sister who was still in the company of the "King."

Meanwhile, Azazel wandered into Edelsteen and was drawn into a shop where he promptly killed the workers and stole the item that attracted him: a necklace with a ruby attached. Gathering information about the King of Ilianam and his actions, he realized that Ras'tepa, the demon who had possessed him earlier, had taken control of the King and sought him out for revenge. During this time, Princess Sameire (Garxena) had been studying a book about the War and had surmised that the King wasn't her real father. Ras'tepa was also studying a different book about the War and learned about the crystals that held the Demons locked away and the gems that held the Summons. He sent his army across the land in search for this jewels. After Sameire confronted Ras'tepa, he admitted that he wasn't the real Bryne (not letting her know he was in possession of the true king) and locked her away. However, she escaped and made her way to Edelsteen where she met the traveling Cat Gemini Alva (Princess_of_hearts). The two became quick friends, but soon parted ways when Gemini left towards Nentrion.

Azazel found his way into Bryne's castle and confronted Ras'tepa. The parasite saved his butt by convincing Azazel he knew how to break the seals on the Demonic Realm and already had a plan underway. Azazel let the parasite live in order to free his Demon brethren and took off in flight, looking for other crystals. He flew over Lanan and Becka who spotted him and realized the Demons' presence should be unfelt by the Demoir people. He proceeded to attack the two, but was stopped by the ruby he stole. Rubira, a Summon, awoke from the necklace and revealed Lanan was her new master. She attacked Azazel and chased him off. Azazel ran back to Tyaom and told Ras'tepa what had happened.

Lanan parted ways with Becka, fearing for the young girl's life, and went to Arnum, getting to know his sadistic Summon Rubira, who he nicknamed Ruby. While in Arnum, he clashed with the Devil Alira Lived and her pseudo-Summon Ekaf (Riku1186) who was made from Ruby's Summoning Gem during the War of Angelens and Demons. Alira revealed her brother was Ruby's previous master and that she was never locked away, using her speed to escape the Demon's sealing. Demanding Ruby back, Alira confronted Lanan who tricked her before trying to escape. During the battle that followed, Arnum was destroyed, but Lanan and Ruby escaped. Alira found her way to Tyaom and met her former leader from the war, Azazel. Azazel, Alira, and Ras'tepa joined forces, just as a shockwave went across the land. Alira sent Ekaf to find Lanan and convince him to join forces, so the Ruby's power would be theirs.

Aidou and Adiual found a sailor to take them across the sea to Sin Isle to visit Aidou's mother for reasons I've forgotten. On the way there, they were attacked by Sea Dragons, but managed to make it across, at the cost of the crews' lives. While Aidou was chatting with his mother, Adiual admired a pair of emerald earrings only to be surprised when Benjamin (Garxena) appear from them, revealing his status as her Summon. Parting with his mother, Aidou tagged along when Benjamin teleported Adiual back to the mainland.

Quel, another town in Baflee had been destroyed by Lizard and Leecher raids. Chesladir, the capital, was the next on the list. The King snuck away to a secret room that housed another crystal. Unfortunately, his aid, was a Demon in disguise. The Demon killed the King and shattered the crystal, which sent a shockwave of energy across the land. The Demon was killed by the King's general, along with some help. In the midst of the battle, the Angel Zack Taelin (Pezz) came down to help the people of Cheslidir. It was revealed that he was the rays of light from Triwn. Upon reaching Baflee, Alira scouted ahead and ran into Zack, who incapicated her and escaped. His whereabouts are currently unknown. Alira found her way back to Azazel. The two are currently plotting what to do next.

Lanan decided to find Tristan and tell him about the legend of the War being true and that Demons were among them. Tristan seemed like a born leader, a great warrior, and out of all of Lanan's acquaintances, the best choice. Lanan didn't want to deal with the Demons, he would give the burden to someone else, and possibly Ruby. Lanan met Gemini on the way, but was attacked by Ekaf. Ekaf threatened to kill Gemini and then the entire country of Melkine of Lanan didn't join her. She let it slip that the King was on the Demon's side. Lanan simply told her that by killing Gemini, or endangering Melkine, she would completely ensure that he never joined them. Ruby battled Ekaf and sent her packing, but was injured in the process. She rested in Lanan's necklace as Lanan and Gemini raced to Nentrion, searching for Tristan.

They found Tristan, but Ruby and Nas -old rivals in the War- clashed. The young men managed to control their Summons and joined sides, but Tristan didn't believe Lanan's tale about the Demons. He agreed to help Lanan, though, if Lanan helped him rescue his sister and then free the children that were held as slaves in Nentrion. Lanan and Gemini, being faster than Eleanor and Tristan, took off and soon found Sameire, who had escaped from the castle. They brought her back to Tristan, who made base in the sewers of Nentrion. Lanan and Gemini also bought Tristan's crew some cloaks to hide their identities, hair dye to hide Tristan's true hair color, and a large dagger for Lanan's personal use. Ekaf had followed Lanan and attacked Ruby and Nas who subdued her. They brought her back and she turned over a new leaf, breaking her connection from Alira. Ekaf revealed to the heroes that the King had sent an army after Tristan and they were closing in. Ruby and Nas used their powers to pin her to the sewer wall while the group went to free the children slaves of Nentrion.

Gemini and Sameire freed the children who were held in one building, Ruby and Nas freed another group, and Tristan, Eleanor, and Lanan freed the rest. Ruby and Nas also ran into Ben, who was Nas' old friend, Aidou, and Adiual. Nas parted temporarily from Adiual's group to carry out her mission, leaving Ruby to wonder who the Boy Summon was. Tristan's group successfully freed the children, discovering that they weren't just human slaves; a good number of them were Fairrels, crossbreeds, and Cylians. The nonhumans all had a silver bracelet, rumoured to be made from some creature, that nullified unnatural powers. Tristan told his companions to stay while he went looking for Nas, but first he stopped to visit their prisoner, Ekaf. He put a bracelet he kept on Ekaf and gave her a note to give Samiere. If she turned on them, he would kill her since her powers were nullified.

Meanwhile, Ruby and Nas successfully freed their assigned children, but something strange happened. Naserrea, who is pretty much Mother Nature incarnate, lost all contact with the animals northwest of the city. It wasn't that they died, but rather, they seemed to vanish. Something was coming their way, but it wasn't a Demon. Tristan caught up with her, along with Ben, Aidou, and Adiual. Tristan recognized the vampire from Baflee. Ben tried to teleport to the northwest to see what had happened, but for some unknown reason, his power wouldn't take him there. Worried, Tristan sent Ben and Nas to find Sameire. Nas did so, also telling an owl something. The owl flew off and we now find our heroes and the second thread of the World of Laifel.





Okay, I missed a few things and I"m too lazy to put them in, but they're important to the plot, so here we go.
1. One of Arnum's residents, Lauren Clark(riku1186) attacked the King, realizing he was with the Demons for revenge to what happened to her town. The king fended her off and convinced her that he was good, that his son Tristan was the bad guy in the story. He convinced her to be his personal body guard.
2.Tristan had been hearing a voice in his head. An evil voice that causes him to question his sanity. The voice made him attack Lanan and taunts Tristan, with threats of making Tristan slit his own throat. Ben's telepathy picked it up and he warned Nas, who is worried for her master. The voice is driving Tristan crazy and is making everyone wonder what is wrong with the prince.
3. Lanan has been having dreams of his parents since their death. Now, Azazel and Ruby are also in his dreams, making them into nightmares. He has developed a phobia of Azazel, the first Demon he saw, and a deep hatred for Alira and Ekaf, the two who attacked him and destroyed Arnum, possibly killing a friend of his. He has started to see Ruby as a mother figure. Ruby, who used to be evil, has grown attached to her master. Their violent personalities mesh, but her sadism and his honour don't.
4. The King's army is currently in Nentrion, searching for the Prince and Princess.
5. Tristan stole the family heirloom when he left Tyaom: A crystal. I can't remember if he is aware exactly what it is, just that its important. So Pezz...does he know the crystal is a seal?
6. Out of five summons, three are taken with a pseudo-summon joining the ranks.
7. Out of six crystals, two are shattered (The original that led Ras'tepa and Azazel to Demoir and the one in Baflee). Tristan has one. The other three are located across the land.
8.Many characters from the original thread are gone, so we just have to make believe they don't exist.
9. During Baflee's raids, Fayleand woods caught flame and burnt down, turning it into Fayleand Ash.
10. Ras'tepa's influence is slowly destroying Bryne's body.
11. "Bryne" has made a pact with Karchit (Pezz), leader of the Lizards and follower of the Demons, to cause mayhem. I changed Zuiden to Bryne since Zuiden doesn't exist anymore. Karchit doesn't know Bryne is possessed by a Demon and Ras'tepa doesn't know that Karchit knows about Demons and is following their orders.
I think that's it.

• Sameire Alzeire and Gemini Alvia are in or near the East Slave Market freeing or just having freed the children.
• Lanan Curas Luna and Eleanor McKynley are at the Center Slave Market, the biggest and their group's new headquarters, guarding the slave children.
• Karchit Jahirie and Zack Taelin were last seen in Baflee. No idea where they are now.
• Ras'tepa (and by extension, King Bryne Alzeire III) and Lauren Clark are in Tyaom's Castle, waiting for his army to return with Tristan and Sameire captured.
• Azazel and Alira Lived were also last seen in Baflee.
• Whisk Sphynxie is in Nentrion, leading the King's soldiers to find the Prince and Princess.
• Anyone else is either unimportant, left the RP, or have yet to make an appearance.

Powers- Extremely agile and jump farther than most Cats. Martial Art skills that are unrivaled.

Weapon- A long silver spear. It has a curved helix blade on each end so it looks like an the letter I, with the top and bottom curved.
Background- Whisk was separated from his clan when he was just a child. He wandered into the Desert where he was attacked by a small group of Lizards. Despite his age, he managed to kill some of the lizards and escaped. He grew up in the desert, fending for himself against Lizards When he was 14, he made his way to Ilianam where he found his weapon in a shop. Instead of buying it, he simply killed the shopowner and stole it. He became a mass murderer, killing for fun. Shortly before the first crystal cracked, Tyaom's soldiers apprehended and imprisoned him. Now that Tristan escaped from Tyaom, the King (Ras'tepa in disguise) freed Whisk under the condition that he becomes his army's general. He agreed, seeing the King's shift in personality as a fun twist.
Whisk is also very sadistic. He enjoys fighting. He always has a smile on his face, even when injured.
Appearance-
Dirty blond hair. His ears and tail are orange with black stripes. He has unusually sharp fangs, even for a Cat. He wears light orange shorts, and a darker shirt wit many necklaces around his neck. He travels barefoot.

 

OOC: sounds good, but it was the king, not the aid, of Chesladir that happened to be the demon.
Also, Tristan threatened to slit his throat in order to get information out of the voice.
Karchit is not the leader of the lizards, just a general.

Background- At a young age it was known that Alexander would be able to become a Shaper. Knowing this his family let him learn how to do this by letting him speak with a local Shaper. He has not mastered his ability but is still proficient with it. Along side learning how to be a Shaper he was also taught how to use a sword by his father, the captain of the guard for his home town. He became able to protect himself without the need for his power and decided upon himself that his Shaper abilities would be a last resort due to the tiring effect. During the chaos of the new king his hometown was burned to the ground for unknown reasons and his family treasure, a runic sword, was taken with Alexander left for dead with grave injuries. A few days passed and Alexander had somehow been saved. His wounds where closed up and he felt refreshed. He did not understand what had happened but decided to seek out those who destroyed his hometown to seek vengeance and regain his family’s last possession.

It is only removable by either Somnion or purification. He is also able of wielding power from the abyss letting him use limited dark magic. Using his wings while in his true demon form he is able to fly.

Background (Go into detail please! The more, the better!)- Known as the Keeper of The Abyss. Said to have been born from the inner conflict between the desire for destruction and the suppression of that desire. He escaped the Demonic Realm but the struggle from doing so has sealed most of his demonic powers. He cannot access his true form but he is capable of planting a seed inside a human or Fairrels body that corrupts them. Once the corruption is complete for someone with a strong feeling of wrath or hatred he will have be able to release his true powers. He is not as strong as other Devils but is still dangerous when he has his true powers.

He travels in order to create statues, his works of art.
Appearance- His eyes are a bright blue and his black hair is of medium length that is almost swept to one side and sticking up in places. His skin is extremly pale white and he has a boney complection and figure. His clothes are like that of a woodland elf and are multiple shades of blue. He is rather skinny which does not reflect his fighting style or ability.

Background- as a Demon he was a great threat in the war being able to bring down many soldiers with a single strike of his strange demonic spear. He was classed as a Devil due to his combat level. He gained power by devouring the souls of those he kills to increase the orange glow which sustained his life. By the time he was sealed he was seen as a deadly monster who would kill without remorse. Once he becomes unsealed he won't have as much of his power due to him being imprisioned for so long.

Background- She grew up in a rather wealthy family with a social standing, but wanted a life that wasn't so high class. She longed to be able to go out whenever she pleased without having to worry about the dangers of the night or impressing people. Fed up with having to maintain such a profile, Aduial decided it was time for her to leave. She talked with her parents (for quite a long time), and they eventually agreed to let her go. Not a month after she'd left, she ran across trouble. It was night in the forest; she was enjoying a calming walk when she was ambushed by Leechers. She was able to fight most of them off, but ended up being saved by a Vampire.

Powers- Can control heat. He condenses the air around him and then freezes it, forming shards of ice. He can also make the air around an object move faster, creating friction and then a burst of heat. However, the ice cannot remain frozen – neither the object hot – for a prolonged period of time (Aidou isn't greatly gifted with magic).

Background- He's always gotten by on his looks. He was good looking before he was Changed, and his looks only enhanced afterwards. His charm and beauty usually always get him a quick, easy meal. His focus was on his own little world until he met Aduial Br̼n. Fascinated by her strong will and complete ignorance of his charm, he agreed to help her Рand stay with her; but that part was just a promise to himself.

Background- She is the daughter of King Bryne III and brother to Tristan. She looked up to her brothers greatly, and even had a small, self-imposed competition with Tristan in the dealings of Shaping. She never knew her mother because she'd died in labor. Sameire was devastated when her eldest brother was sentenced to death. She coped with the loss by burying herself in books. She is a quick learner and picked up plenty of information from the seemingly endless library that is part of the castle. When Tristan was exiled, Sameire became very withdrawn and hardly spoke to anyone. When she still had her brothers to live with, she wore dresses and outfits fit for a princess, but once she was alone she wore breeches and loose fitting shirts. Because of the reading she'd done and her own experiences, she'd learned that the world wasn't the perfect place she'd dreamed of. Deciding that she needed to face reality, she practiced her Shaping nearly every free moment that she had between her normal lessons. Some nights, she'd go out into the garden and sit by the roses. As the time passed without her brothers, Sameire became determined to get down to the grit of what Tristan was accused of. She now focuses her time on Shaping and reading. Sameire has a small suspicion about her father's actions, but has no proof to support her theory.

Background- He is the summon for the sapphire gem. He is very friendly, always has been. He is a master of a few styles of martial arts and possess great strength. In pasts wars, he fought by teleporting behind his enemies and executing a precise attack. Ben, like all other summons, is very loyal to his master. He'd go to the ends of the earth for them - because he also thinks of his master as his friend.

Background (Go into detail please! The more, the better!)- Eleanor's mother is a Cylian who fell in love with a mortal man, later having a child in Ilianam where they live now. Eleanor grew up with her father not having much to with her: she was born knowing that she was different than the other human children around her. She could lift objects with her mind, sometimes hear the thoughts and emotions of plants around her, and, in one instance, tried to experiment with the elements… she wasn’t very good at it.

Her father wanted her to be normal, hoped that, despite the fact that his wife was a Cylian, their child would be more natural. Eleanor barely saw her father; he avoided her and rarely spoke to her. In her free time, her mother trained her to use her mental abilities properly, her telekinesis developed maturely by the time she was 25. Her mother also taught her how to master daggers to defend herself as the impending danger in their country grew.

She left home when she turned 50, not too old for a crossbreed, looking for any job that could earn her money. Eleanor soon got hired for jobs to get rid of those in the Lizard Clan that attacked small towns, and some Leechers that ventured into her way. She works with her daggers and mental powers, making money and a name for herself among the villages and their people.

Eleanor has a soft spot for humans, never having a good relationship with her father, she is kind to all that she meets. Hearing of the corruption in the kingdom, she wanders farther away from her home country of Ilianam in search for more work and to help those in need.

Background (Go into detail please! The more, the better!)- Gemini’s mother is a cylian and her father was of the cat clan. After her birth it was obvious she favored the fairrel side of her genes so her mother left her in the cat clan’s hands. She grew up normally until age 17 when she stopped aging. Growing up from then on, Gemini learned to mold air and fight like a cat clan warrior by herself. Her father aged and died while she was still a child, by cylian years, leaving her orphaned but older than anyone in her clan. It did not take long for her to outlive everybody she had grown up around. The clan tried to make her an elder but, being rather oblivious and childish in nature, she knew she would not be the best choice. Instead, she decided to travel the world, meet her mother, and do something with the many generations she was sure to live.
In all her years, Gemini had never been outside her forest home and was unaware of the world’s problems. Even now, having met a more informed, she isn’t completely sure what is happening.

OOC: Whew. finally, classes are over. FYI, I'll be going on a nine day vacation starting on this thursday. Let the rp continue! yays!

BIC: A lone barn owl rode the autumn night breeze just outside the city walls of Nentrion. the days had certainly begun to grow cold. Winter was fast approaching, and the owl knew it. a pang of hunger struck the owl. It had missed out on its midnight meal. Normally, the owl would have given in to hunger and sought out some prey, but something in the back of its mind told it not to. The owl had a job to do. Now was not the time to eat. It did not understand why, but what it was certain of was that if it did not complete its task then it would never get around to eating.

Up, up, up the owl soared until the field mice were no bigger than a small pebble. the owl had a strong urge to swoop out of the sky and catch one of those defenseless rodents that skittered across the ground beneath her. But for now its destination was the deeps of Orin Woods. something was there. something that didn't belong in this world. Something that felt void of emotions. The owl could not say how it knew this. All it knew was that it did. Something bad was there, and it was her job to figure out what it was. Speed was of the essence. Dawn was soon to come. It would reach the woods before the night was up.

Nas opened her eyes slowly. She felt a pang of guilt for making the owl miss out on it's meal. However she did not like this feeling of emptiness that she got from Orin Woods. Many of her eyes and ears, in the woods, have already blanked out for several minutes before suddenly coming back as though nothing had happened. If there were a flaw in her power, over nature's creatures, then it would be that she could not access the memory of any said critter. So whenever one of her contacts returned from going dark the only information that she could learn from them was that something had just shaken them up.

"Not a Demon," she said in her typical soothing voice, "Not a demon in the least."

Tristan gave aside glanced, in Nas's direction, while raising an eyebrow.

Out of all five of the summons, I find yours to certainly be the most fascinating. Said the voice with a giggle.
Tristan released a long winded sigh. This voice in his head was still rather new to him. He wasn't quite sure if he was going crazy or not. But one thing for certain was that it was dangerous.
As silly as it sounded, the voice was always looking for a chance to take control of Tristan's body, and nothing good ever came of the times it succeeded. It would often taunt him and play games with his head causing Tristan to burst out yelling for it to stop. It didn't take long for him to learn that the best thing to do was to ignore it. however, sometimes he couldn't help but be drawn into a conversation with it. Now was one of those times.

All five? Tristan thought questioningly. It was moments such as this that lead Tristan to believe that the voice was something separate from his mind. Just where did it get the number five? Don't you mean three?

The voice began giggling hysterically. 'Three', he says, 'just three'. The silly boy has a lot to learn doesn't he?

Tristan rolled his eyes. He should have known better than to have asked. rarely did the voice mention strategically valuable information. Tristan took a moment to finger the box lying in his pocket. this box contained his family treasure. It would probably be better to go about this another way. There really isn't anything interesting about her if you ask me. I cannot even begin to fathom why you find her so fascinating." thought Tristan as though he had not a care in the world.

Ooooo what a clever boy; trying to gain information out of me through a roundabout method? Ooooh what a stupid boy; Always forgetting that I can see what he's thinking at all times.

Tristan grit his teeth. The voice really knew how to press his buttons. Well if you aren't going to be of any help than shut up! Tristan screamed the last two words into the depths of his mind. The comment was instantly followed by the typical taunts given by the voice. Tristan simply pushed the taunts into the corner of his mind before focusing once again on the situation at hand.
Things were looking grim. It seemed they had another battle ahead of them, but perhaps this time they would have an army of their own. Tristan shook his head. Once again he was thinking of everyone around him as simply being a pawn. He had a bad habit of that.
Tristan sighed. what were they going to do?

BIC:

Lanan took a step backwarsd, going back into the slave building with Eleanor. He had to step over the doors that Tristan had blown off when they started the mission. It won't be long before the soldiers notice that and wander into the building. "There's soldiers everywhere. The town is crawling with them," he growled. How did the soldiers flood the streets so quickly. Now that part one of their mission was done, Lanan was unsure of what to do next. "We need...Tristan. Are the children alright?" He asked Eleanor as he clenched his fists.

Bryne's mouth twisted into a smile, but he quicikly hid it before the girl looked up. He unsheathed his royal sword and laid it on the girl's shoulder. "Then, Lauren Clark, I now dub you my personal knight," he said as he christend her. "You may rise, my child," he commanded.
"Demon! What foul play is this?!" Bryne demanded silently. This was the second person that Ras'tepa has given a military status to. The first being a criminal.
Silent, Kingy! Ras'tepa ordered mentally. You shall find out my plan soon enough! Ras'tepa was quickly working out the details of his plan. Your body is failing me! Pretty soon, you shall be nothing but a corpse! A dead king known for his cruelty! But I...No, either your son or your daughter! One of them shall be the new ruler of Ilianam! Or at least...the host to the true ruler: ME! And with that, he cackled in his mind while the King yelled. Lauren would play a key role in getting the Prince or Princess. And if she failed either way...she was backup.

BIC: Gemini watched as the few slave children who had not run off after their escape fall asleep near each other. They were obviously exhausted, and no blame to them. She crouched near the small group, watching as their breath deepened into a true sleep. Her eyes moved to the princess. "We did well." she whispered, smiling brightly. "I'll keep watch if you want to sleep." Straightening up she stretched her flexible spin backwards until something popped, releaving some tension. Mh, much better... I hope everyone else's thing goes well. I'm so glad we saved the kids. she happily mused to herself, leaping lightly to a tree branch over the kids.

 

Finding any corpse that could be found Alexander spent a day burring the entire population of his now destroyed hometown. Taking a single night to rest by his families grave markers that he made he took off at the crack of dawn the next day, not looking back on his town. His mind was set on finding those responsible for this outrage and recoving the last thing that remains of his family. Keeping his rage bottled up and swallowing it with his pride he walked onwards onto the road to seek a town to gather information.

Nox had wandered the roads and towns with Drayne. The two of them worked well together, the golems and stone crafting Nox had made it possible to sleep easy and safe inside a dome of stone and the strength of Drayne as a wolf clan member made the two of them powerful enough to take damage and dish it back out. In reality Nox was quite weak for taking damage but the use of his stone crafting aided him greatly.
The pair sat in a tavern drinking ale and waiting for something to happen. They had previously missed out on adventure once before without realising and where intent on performing they're revenge and heroic acts.

Hooded, Drayne sat quiet sipping his ale every few minutes. He was lost in thought, he still had not found his vengeance but had done much good with Nox, even if it was hardly a fight against demons.

OOC: Keep in mind, Danny, that most of the people of Laifel don't believe in demons. the tales of the war is just a myth in their mind because it happened so long ago.

Okay so apparently I forgot that Nas left with ben and the others to help find Sammeire. So.... time to fix that.

BIC: Tristan watched Nas, Aduial and Aidou 'pop' out of existence when Ben grabbed their hands. Four more eyes to look for my sister. Unamused, Tristan still couldn't help but smile at the way he thought about people. Did he always use to think of others as pawns?

You do realize that the only way you can escape from your father's clutches is by thinking that way.

You mean the clutches of the demon that you claim is possessing my father. I'm still trying to grasp this whole idea of demons being real.

Your ignorance will get you killed. As amusing as that would be to me, I can't have that just yet. Your mine Tristan. Your body is mine.

Tristan narrowed his eyes. just what did the voice mean by that? Tristan shook his head. It was best not to believe in everything it says.
Tristan sighed. despite the illogical things the voice said sometimes, it was right about one thing. "It seems my only choice is to rely on the slaves after all." Tristan muttered aloud.

"So is talking to yourself something you do often when you think you're alone?" Came a feminine voice from behind him.

In the blink of an eye, Tristan did a 180 while unconsciously shaping a lineve blade in each hand. Before him stood the metal shaping Cylian whom he saved back at the slave market. She didn't seem the least bit surprised from his actions. In fact, she just stood there smirking with her arms folded beneath her chest and her right eyebrow slightly arched.

"Is this how you usually treat those you have recently saved, human?"

Tristan released a sigh of relief as he let his lineve blade dissipate into nothingness. Tristan eyed the Cylian suspiciously. "Why are you following me?"

The Cylian chuckled to herself as she leaned back against a nearby tree. "I seem to recall stating that I'm in your debt. I'm not the type to go back on my word. Besides," She said with a grin, "You're kind of cute if you ask me."

"I didn't ask." Said Tristan coolly. "Besides, I hold no interest in girls who look half my age."

 

Azazel stood under a tree in his human form. He hid his real form in case someone happened to spot him and Alira. The presence of Demons must remain unfelt, until the time comes. But neither the red glow surrounding his body nor the giant cleaver-shaped blade on his back aided his disguise. There was also the fact that his eyes glew (glowed?) a bright yellow, illuminating his face which was hidden in the shade. An Angel?! Here? NOW OF ALL TIMES? He thought angrily as his Aura whipped upwards, cutting the branch over him. In the distance, a town was barely visible, the Angel's energy gone from Azazel's senses. "How are your eyes?" He asked Alira, although his tone was uncaring.

Whisk walked through the town of Nentrion. He couldn't help but smile and whistle as soldiers ran down the streets. "What a bore," he mused aloud. "Find the Prince! Find the Princess! He says. He even made me general. Does he think that makes up for locking me up?" He talked aloud, never afraid of who might here his thoughts. "No no, of course not, but he isn't the same, no no no. Not the same King who locked me up. I can tell," he turned a corner, his spear tied sightly to his back. "I think I like the new King. But that still doesn't mean I want to track down his children." As he approached the town square, he couldn't help but grin, showing his large fangs. "Oh well, I suppose it doesn't matter now. Prince Tristan, I'm coming for you, and Princess Samiere, oh, you too~" he sang to himself.

"Quiet down if you want to live!" Ruby yelled. The children around her quickly obliged, scared of the blueish woman. She crossed her arms and tapped her right foot, locking her knees. "Where the hell did that rat go? I'm tired of babysitting these children!" She was anxious to find her Master and help him, but for now, she was stuck.


EDIT: Wait, has the princess and Gemini been taking prisoner? Or just Samiere? Or has that not happen yet? I'm still confused on that.
