Fortunately it has no effect on my Fused Egyptian God Cards.:D

but if I attack your Dying Puppy with my Fused Egyptian Gods it will have Infinite Strength so that move is out of the question...

You must've not read the info on the Exodia Necross card or seen the episode where Kaiba duels Gozaburo.

Exodia Necross is immune to the effects of all spell and trap cards plus he cannot be destroyed by any means of battle either. and every time I end my turn his attack points increase by 500.

If you saw the episode where Kaiba Duels Gozaburo you'll know what I mean.

No, I ressurected the pieces of Exodia, and because it can only exist when all the pieces of Exodia are in the Graveyard, and I ressurected all of them to my side of the field, it is destroyed and I win. And besides, it's immune to Spell and Trap Effects, not Monster Effects.
