Actually, Riku killed the Replica in Twilight Town just before entering the Haunted Mansion. Though he didn't get killed in the manga. They kept him alive for the comic with him and the Vexen replicas (That was funny)
I think they're replacing her, yeah. But there's also another theory:
CoM is set 1 year before KH II. Sora sounds young because it's taken right after the first game. So another thing I assume is that since Sora sounds young, it would only make since for Namine to sound young, also.
Though, I'll have to agree that I'm not a fan of Meaghan's voice. Though I aint a fan of Jesse McCartney either. Heck, Roxas' voice was the only thing I found that he did good.
Not only the "What the hell is wrong with you people" thing. There's also that line from Axel after he lets Namine go "All the actors are in place. You better give me on hell of a show."
I played the GBA version, and I noticed that they edited Sora's line, but not Axel's.
-I have no clue who will be playing Larxene, Marluxia, Laxarus, and Zexion as of late.
-I think for Haley, they might take his voice recordings from KH 1, have someone record their voice using the script, and use digital magic to make it sound good.
-I think Derek Prince might be a good Vexen (It'll be a relief not to hear that weird laugh from the JP version :P )
I think it would be something like "Psychic". It hasn't been used on any of the other members. Unless the creators consider psychic and illusion (Zexion's element) the same thing.....well ok then.
I would say my best friend, Lauren. When I moved to a different state, she was there for me since the first day I met her. She taught me everything I know now, and is the reason why I'm obsessed with Kingdom Hearts.
All in all, I thought the voices fit the characters perfectly, except for Larxene. Sure she only has a Japanese voice actor, but it still didn't sound right. The voice was a bit too girly for her personality.
I spent Memorial day weekend with my best friend because we were going to go to the movies on monday (Tradition). Anyways, Lauren let me borrow her KH 2 game because I didn't have my own, and I hadn't played the second game yet. When I got home, I stayed up all night til like 3 in the morning playing the game and I got all the way to the end of my first visit to Hollow Bastion. That whole week, I went to school on only tuesday and thrusday. All my free time was into that video game. I got into soo much trouble with the people that were in charge of attendance at my school. The days I were at school, I had blood shot eyes, I was tired all the time, everyone started looking like video game characters, and everytime someone talked, I could've sworn I saw word bubbles on top of their heads repeating everything they were saying. Long story short...I was FUBARed! I beat the game the following saturday.
Hands down, any Yaoi and Yuri pairings I HATE. Especially Axel and Roxas. Hello! They're best friends. As for Sora and Roxas...that's just sick. They're like the same person. That's like being in love with yourself *cough* Setzer *cough* Though, of course I don't support Saix/Xemnas, I will gadly make fun of it because I hate both of those guys.
