Yes, I was making a joke off of the fact that earlier in the LN he was thought to be female by some who recently met him, this happening in the GGO when his avatar is a rare avatar type that only appears after a person's brainwaves are misread by the Nerve Gear, causing the avatar to either look very feminine, or be feminine. In this case, Kirito did have the odd glitch and was thought of by the leading lady of this LN to be female, which was quickly sorted out.
