I don't "support" either, I just think those guidelines could use some work. Like I said before, 3,500 posts is insane.
I'm surprised how many people would want to live forever, or even want other people to live forever.
With these types of games, I'd rather just see a new IP. They don't have memorable stories, and Bayonetta didn't have the charm that Viewtiful Joe did. I would play another Viewtiful Joe, but I want to see them make another Vanquish. When I say make another Vanquish, I don't mean Vanquish II, I mean do something new and creative.
Than just give me the money, I'll buy it to support the developers, then go pirate it for yourself. Everybody wins! Spoiler I'm kidding
Yeah, but Rockstar games outside of Max Payne 3, a corridor shooter, were all terribly optimized. I have a pretty powerfully computer and I get really bad frame rates and lag spikes out of nowhere. As far as the game, I also hope they go back to San Andreas' crazy action. The realism was cool, but I wouldn't want another game like that right after the last one.
Indie Bundle IX is easily the best one.
I'm sure the game will be great. The PC port will be horrendous though.
I don't think it was ever supposed to be something worthwhile. It's just a small reward for activity. The spam zone also counts as being active. Having fun and having (limited) free speech could also encourage new members to join, maybe even more so than informative content.
Except with a requirement of 3,500 posts, people aren't going to want to post their way to elite the same way they posted their way to premium. It's a much larger task without the same reward to compensate for it. You'd have to lower it to 2,500 or 2,000. There are 57,288 members on this site and only 7 of them have over 3,500 posts.
It looks like the community has already decided what it wants.
The idea is fine. I voted no because I don't play by the rules.
It's okay.
Is level 15 a reasonable level to play the game at?
...
Yeah, that's another exception though because it was sold as a retail game before it went free to play. Also, like League of Legends, it's extremely popular. Something not every publisher can guarantee their game being.
Except League of Legends is one of the most popular, if not the most popular game being played right now. That business model only works when a game is one of the best it's in category. The reason why free-to-play works well is because most people don't have self control, or they have enough money to spend on anything they want.
No. I can't stand Infamous for reasons I don't feel like going in to.
I don't think so.
Hopefully it's a new IP from Sucker Punch.
I guess that's one way to look at it. I feel that way about some people, but I think this poll is for person who is the most under-appreciated, regardless of how much respect they have. I voted for muff monkey because I feel like she is the most underrated, but I almost voted for you, because even though most people know you and have given you respect, I feel like you're one of the coolest members on the forums. You weren't on any of the best member polls last year and I felt like it was a god damn shame. But you didn't nominate me in every category like you said you would, so you're not coming to my birthday party.
