"Thanks," Axel just nodded, folding the paper and putting in the breast pocket of his shirt, making sure not to lose it. He could easily pay for the operation, but it was Angel's choice. Watching the doctor once more, he gave him a sheepish smirk, whispering, "One last question. When can she leave?"
Axel chuckled confidently and quite amused, only to nod his head to show it was on for tomorrow, and gave him the finger as his reponse, mouthing to him as well, "And I hope you can read this, d*ck weed." Wiggling his eyebrows mockingly at him, he went back to tune everyone else out as he laid on his spine again, gazing up at the ceiling in thought of many things. Just because they made some kind of peace, didn't mean he still wasn't liable to want a fight, this had been long coming after the last one... Tifa rolled her eyes as she spotted the little exchange between the two, trying not to giggle as she muttered silently to herself, "Men..." Still lost in Cloud for the while, massaging his back with her hands, she broke of the hug just a bit, for she could be holding him instead. Looking at everyone, she proclaimed, "So we all our plans done for tomorrow then. Maybe we should leave Axel and Rei alone so they could go to their outing, it has been....held for...I think a half hour or more." She looked at both partners questionably, as to see what was it they were going to do.
I WUV Larxene :3. I would explain in paragraphs reasons why, but let's just go with that she was different, was spunky, and she was just amazing, a girl that could literally kick your a** and then some. That, and she's cool as hell, a strong, independent female is what I like for KH to represent. And she wasn't perfect. Way better than Kairi and Naminé can ever do, though Naminé was useful, at least.
I don't think I hate anybody in the game, in any of them. None of them bothered specifically, not even the Org. members. I seemed to have this...hate/love relationship of Axel at the same time, so I guess you can put him on my list. What he did was unforgivable, and no matter what he did in KH2, what happened in CoM was in his hands. It was cold-blooded murder, and as "cool, awesome, and hot" as he is, can't take that away. Hell, that was even nowhere to Larxene cruel, she just plays around. And there's a hint in the written novel where his thoughts go that how long does he have to lie to Xemnas (as well as Roxas), which tells it was all his idea. Out of loyalty, perhaps, but it was his idea, and it wasn't a order. We'll soon find out. I'm glad he lost his best friend and had to go through what he did, is kind of like a slap in the face. Roxas becomes traitor (like all the traitors he killed, or planned their demise to), and then goes back to Sora. Only for Axel to become a traitor himself. The ironies made me smile :). And he dies. Though I would've prefered Saïx to kill him....
OOC: Basically, Zexion is at the side of the lab, as clawtooth mentioned. Roxas left the lab to go to his room, then go to the Twilight Town clock tower to talk to Reixa about the Axel dream, and the message he sent (her next stop is Larxene *.*). Angel went to the kitchen to get a drink, where she was beginning to get attacked by Cepxis, you know, to kidnap her back. And then as Tula said, Marluxia, Xigbar, and Xaldin are in the enemies castle for some kind of aid to help you ordered by Xemnas. Well...it was Marluxia, but the others somehow got involved. They are somewhere else from Larxene, I think...
Axel blinked, a bit confused. Looks really cute when mad? What kind of guy looks cute when mad? He didn't know where Rei was coming from this, unless...they were times when she got close to him, too close, to even touching him, but it must be his brain thinking this. She could be talking about someone else completely... Right? "You still keep avoiding how you know of his body..." Tifa sing-sang, getting a couple of laughter from the audience, which is just what she was looking for. She chuckled as well. "I think we can all form a opinion on that one!! Alright...hahah, so is obviously you like this guy for both things, but, does he know you like him, are you planning to do anything to change that? And, I also got a very important, that you have to think well over, question, but that will be later. For now, what are your future wishes with this male you're crushing on at the moment, as well as the other questions just asked?"
"Are there any consequences in reconstructive surgery?" Axel questioned, wanting to make sure that it was safe to operate on her eyes. The last thing she needed was not having any. Then again, it was her decision, she could live with glasses or contacts, at least she'll be able to see...hmm. "And...let's say that after two or three years after reconstructive surgery, is it possible to have the laser surgery one so they can take off whatever is keeping her from seeing well in her eyes? Or is that a bad move?" OOC: Darn, Axel xDD.
Axel frowned at Cloud as he placed his fired gaze on his back, knowing very well what he said at the end of that sentence. He was sure the blond didn't forget he can somewhat read lips. B**tard... He smiled goodheartedly at the thought though, before rolling unto his back in the couch, his head sideways as he glanced at the recipients in the room, but preferably looking at his opponent, smirking arrogantly as to show it wasn't going to be that easy. "Anytime, anyplace, anywhere. In fact, let's go to kick your a** right now." "No," Tifa offered, placing her hand as a stop sign to halt Axel from getting up. She didn't have any problem as long as they didn't go find their way into killing each other, but today was a very eventful day to begin a fight. "Postpone it until tomorrow. We girls, as in Rei, Angel, you too, and I, will be going on a girl's day out. I'm going to be..um...busy today as well. You men can have all the time you want to...bondage. That, and Axel, you still have to go to your little beach trip, that's already been put on a pedestal enough. The last thing you need is for your nice clothes to get ruffled, and for you to get sweaty..." Saying this, she turned to grin at Cloud, before going up to him, and wrapping her arms around his bodice, giving him a soft kiss on the lips, before heading to his neck as she embraced him tighter, sucking it a little as she nuzzled it, whispering, "And thank you so much for cooperating...it means a lot."
"Then don't do it, because while you walk away, it doesn't solve the problem or situation. It's going to catch up to you eventually...as they say, you can run, but you can't hide...." was all Axel could offer for advice, if Cloud was even willing to take it. Digging his face into the pilow for a moment, trying to drown the certain distress that returned, he thought over what he and Cloud talked...yes, talked about, and found out that it wasn't that bad, at the end anyway. And who knows now? Yet, he thought that they were done for today, and it will be better if they rested from this. Lifting his head up for a moment, gazing at the door, his voice louder, he asked, "Can we be done, Tifa?! I think we got enough things cleared up..." Tifa shook her head at Angel. "Not many, really, it was more between the group, that's why I thought you would've known." Getting back to the door as her name was called, she heard him, and sighed. Tifa still wanted Cloud to apologize correctly, but beggars can't be choosers, so take it as it is. Blowing out a breath, she looked around at everyone, before twiddling the knob with the key she grabbed on the table she spotted, and let it go far ajar as she searched inside the room, finding the two guys relaxed. She grinned nervously, her eyes shifting to each one. "So....it wasn't that horrible, was it?"
Sure damn hell it was, Axel thought to himself as he narrowed his eyes blaringly at the doctor, having to get this news when it actually happened. Pointing to Angel, he explained softly, "We can all tell already. She can't see...what do you make of that? How long is she going to be in here? Can she get treament?"
Axel gave him a dry look, somehow feeling like crap now that he had to take in all the things and remember, and for goodness sakes, Tifa better be pleased, because he'll actually wretch her head off....okay, not really, but it was still a nice imaginary for now. As he walked back to the couch, he flippantly replied, "Yeah...yeah...and you don't have to apologize either, if you do or ever will." Throwing himself on the comfortable furniture, laying there as he placed his head on the cushion, he then eyed him disdainfully. "And what about you? Are you going to constantly whine and PMS, and be all emo, always self-absorbed. Getting Tifa all worked up and get upset at every little thing, or are you going to change that little aspect?" He didn't say that to get him all choked up again, but since Cloud put his thoughts about him plainly, so will he. Even if the blond didn't ask for his judging of him. "You didn't know that? Yeah, they have, and 'problems' is a understatement..." Tifa responded, placing her ear back to the door, noticing surprisngly that...it was quiet. Kind of. They weren't shouting anyway. Listening to Axel's questions, she smiled, knowing the conversation she and Cloud had before this. "I think things are going to be fine though...just a bit. If Cloud doesn't let that bother him, then it will be calm...hopefully."
"You say that now..." Axel muttered under his breath, still upset, but if she was going to look at the bright side of things, he will too...not that he ever did. Listening to those around numbly, he watched as she tried to get some motion, but plop back down again. His voice crackling again, he adviced, "Don't force yourself...we have to see what the docotr says..."
Axel bristled and his frown deepened, feeling some turbulent turmoil in his stomach, that was spreading throughout his body, and he suddenly had the urge to hit something. Someone, better put. Yet, he had to calm down...he was aware that Cloud wouldn't have sugarcoated it, but it still pissed him off to no end. Relaxing his voice and tone as best as he could, he said calmly, "Then you've got it all wrong. You think is easy being in my position? Even if I apologize for hurting one of them, it doesn't change the fact that you did, or what their reaction will be. I learned that the hard way a few hours ago. Is two people I care about, and one I have feelings for, and the other I'm interested in. Is just difficult. And perhaps you haven't heard, Rei and I have talked it over, and we remain as close friends, period. She knows and said she understands, and I have to hold myself back. So no, I'm not using her, or anyone else. You're talking about me making out with one girl and then go to the next one, but I only kissed Rei once, and I'm not going to explain my reasons for it, because I don't see the need to, but I'm also not bullsh**ting anybody, or playing around..." He lessened his rabidness there, not wanting to hear himself say what happened last night. "...because Larxene knows too. I'm not lying, and at this minute, I know..." Tifa chuckled sheepishly at her remark, scratching her head. "Well, now they're having a conversation, I guess? It was my idea to stick them in the same room. Don't you think that it will be constant tension when we all hang out if they keep hating each other? They have to at least get the negative thoughts off...or else if they suddenly start a fight..." She glanced at Angel, questionably, not hearing what they were saying, only a few tidbits when she concentrated. "Don't you agree?"
OOC: Let's call it the infirmary xP. Axel smiled briefly at Shigiku's little affection, and he patted her head tenderly as a thank you, only staring at her for a moment, before looking back at Angel. She did have a point, and there's always treatment...and, there was always training for fighting blindly, but.... "Still, will you remember as time passes by?" he asked solemnly, not sure what to make of this situation, or if she was even alright with it. The only thing he knew about blindness was in movies, something about touching a person's face and getting a picture of what they look like, your senses enhanced...but was that really possible?
OOC: Oh, okay....didn't mean to though :o. But I understand how you put yourself in your characters, sometimes I even feel it...though that's getting weird ^^;. As for Rei and Tifa, they are outside the door. Let's just say you just walked to it...? You can edit your previous post. Axel sighed, letting his eyes roll to the ceiling for some kind of patience on this, and briskly got up in one fluid motion, fuming at Cloud's little battle offer, for which he would've taken right off, if it didn't mean that he had plans today. Yet if he wanted to, then so be it. However, he'll try something to see his reaction or response, after all, he did swear to try, and it was his turn, but unlike him, he was willing to use honesty. Pushing the blond a little off the door, he stood in front of him as he let go, glaring at him with equal intensity. "I would love to fight it off, but first, just tell me what you think of me to my face. I'm not saying this to simply mock you, I'm saying it so I can prove something to you, and learn something about me as well. Why do you think I kept pursuing the matter?" That was the truth. Of course, he was planning to shove it to his face proudly, but from this point on, it wouldn't be a great idea. Tifa was right. This was never going to end if it doesn't stop now. But damn, that was his own dignity right there at admitting that... Tifa gasped as she heard the harsh bang, and eyeing Rei, was going to open the door as she stood up until she heard other footsteps come, and listened to Axel speaking. Despite the calmness of it, her hand still hovered over the knob, just to be sure it won't get...hard. It was then she noticed her and Rei were not alone right now, and snapped her head up to look at Angel, and...Aaron, right? Looking over at them, she lifted up her free hand and made a "ssh" motion, before explaining, "Cloud and Axel are having...a discussion. Kind of."
"It's fine, Shi..." Axel said to the girl quietly, not because of his voice, but because he couldn't really speak at this sudden news. This was one of those times where he truly was grateful for not having a heart, because he knew it would plummet down of the abyss at what occurred to his friend. Coming forward, he gazed at Angel in her eyes, finding them...covered, like some kind of cloak....this really was happening... That must be horrible, not able to see the people you care about, or the people you meet, or even the colors anymore. Blinking his eyes as they felt weird, he backed off silently, but didn't move from the bed. "You don't need to apologize..."
OOC: Really? o.O Can't say Lol at that, cause I will hate it if I truly did... "I'd say you suck at apologies, that was two thumbs down," Axel replied casually as if he was chatting with his friend, giving the hand signal as he paired it with a whistle, for some reason getting a little enlightened that Cloud was on bordeline fury. The fact that the blond was angry, took away some of his anger, to know he wasn't the only one getting enraged here at the moment, and wanting to kill and commit murder. However, he knew he was pushing the limits here, yet he wouldn't be himself if he wasn't that reckless,would he? Giving him a cocky smirk, just to spite him, he added, "Try meaning it. And you still haven't said the things you did to my face...that's what I want, and waiting for."
OOC: You actually made her blind...? x.X "You can't be serious..." Axel almost wanted to exclaim outloud to her, but he couldn't due to his voice problem, so it came more like a low crack, not having experienced it ever since puberty. Clearing his throat mixed with a cough, he briskly told Naminé, more as a favor, whispering urgently, "Can you call the doctor?"
Axel just eyed Shigiku wryly, wondering if she was the third or fourth person to say this, but then set his sight on Angel, his stomach dropping when she was questioning if it was dark. His eyes widened, a bit surprised at what was happening, and he stepped to her, searchingly. "Angel..the lights are on..." She couldn't...she couldn't have... He eyed Naminé listlessly as if she could say something to prove him wrong.
"Is not your opinion that matters, b*tch, is the fact that you're shoving it down others so they can get a bad impression of me! It was lucky Rei didn't fall for any of your f**king cr*p, and if you were smart, you will actually mean the damn attempt at what you call a apology!" Axel exclaimed at him, already fully pissed off, but still laying lazily on the couch, not planning to lose his cool completely. He scoffed when he saw Cloud going to his sword in case, looking all confident. He smirked darkly, almost amusedly, and if anything came from Cloud, he had his lithe and agility. "You're tempting me, I have to say. And there you go again with taking my phrase, you're such a dumba**. And as for knowing me, that's why I said to give your opinions straight to my face, all of them, if you have to, that way I can get the pleasure of marking you wrong. Or...you can't do it because you know what you said is utter, utter sh*t?"
