Echoing in the home of the local blacksmith was the consistent sound of metal clanking against metal , Reitan was currently in the workshop part of the residence working on what would likely be his last project for a while. Unlike his last one, there was no intention of taking this with him for his upcoming trip. This was all done as a way to simply help him think. Since the passing of his 'father' things had been quiet here for him as there was no one for him to talk to or discuss these things with. Fortunately he still had his craft which aided in his thinking process when it came to these things. Time had passed and the metal clanking had finally ceased. Reitan got up from where he had been sitting and moved what he had been working on, a new sword, and hung it up with the other various sorts of weapons. Next he grabbed onto his lance, followed by the rest of his supplies that he was planning on bringing with him. Getting that all situated didn't take long, thus with his hands placed into his pocket, Reitan left for the supposed meeting place. It didn't take him long before he had reached the inn that he was supposed to be meeting at. A fair amount of people stood between himself and the counter that he needed to approach and he doubted that they all were here for the same reason. Gradually he made his way up to the front desk, to which he said. "I'm in need of a room." After getting the expected response, Reitan siad before replying with. "I already have a room booked: the one with the paneled bookshelf." All while being unaware that he was stadning next to someone who had made the same request.
The steady progress that they were making against Mizrabel had continued without too much hindrance from some people being knocked down...and then she'd managed to take down some more people with her attacks. There wasn't much that Kel was able to do in way of helping them up, but what he could was to keep attacking until she eventually went down. With his keyblade reappearing in his hand, he again threw it towards Mizrabel. Kel dealt 29 damage
Another round of attacks was launched at them from Mizrabel and fortune choose not to favor Stratos for he had been the first to go down. His time down was short lived fortunately since his time down was ended when one of the new people had managed to heal him up onto his feet. With that being one less thing to worry about Kel adjusted his grip on his keyblade so that he was holding on to the keychain. Then after twirling it around so that it had picked up a fair amount of speed as he continued to twirl it, he released his grip and sent the keyblade flying towards the witch. Kel dealt 29 damage
Whatever attack that Mizrabel had used against them fortunately hadn't hit them all, praise be the numbers advantage that they had over her. Now they just needed to keep said advantage over her for as long as they possibly could. Granted they still didn't quite have everyone due to unfortunate circumstances for a particular locked chest. Well there was literally nothing that he could've done about that so instead he ran forward and attacked Mizrabel again.
It had happened all before Kel had even realized it. One moment the was standing around, providing answer to Aislinn's question and the next, he was suddenly in a dark cramped area. Hell he couldn't even at all. "Alright, I'm really getting tired of of witches now." This had been the third time they've something both progress hindering and this was the second time by the same one. Then there was a thud above him which opened the chest that he was stuck in. It felt good to be able to actually stretch his limbs out. There weren't any boxes that were around him and there was only two that he could actually see. Therefore the one thing that he could do was to attack Mizrabel, and summoning his newly obtained keyblade, he attacked her indeed. Kel attacked Mizrabel
The next thing that the duo did after listening to Spirit give them the run down of their mission was to meet up with Lord Death, who after giving them some words of encouragement, opened up a portal for them to use to arrive at New York City with. This would be the first time that he's even gone through the portal and hopefully nothing went wrong during so. ~One Portal Trip Later~ The portal had landed them inside the Empire State building, fortunately were no one could see them. There was supposed to be a limo waiting for them outside, least according to Lord Death, so that's would be the first thing they should look for. "Okay, think that the limo is already outside waiting for us."
How has your day been?
The well timed announcement had provided a solution to the food problem that was slowly becoming more and more of an issue with each passing day. He took one last look at what they did have as to make a mental note on what to look for on top of anything else that actually was edible. The edible part was a bit tricky if you just assume by what they looked liked. Making his way onto the Galanor, the first thing that Allec did was to look for the food and food related items. After walking around a bit, found some crates labeled as Truffula Fruit, two crates to be exact. It never did hurt to have some fruit around and there was likely something that he could make something with said fruit so it was just a matter of finding out what. Well that and finding a price that would be suitable for them
Psst Hi
Psst Ghost
It was odd hearing that his name was unique though he wasn't exactly a good judge of that. Hearing her question, he started to think of a short way to explain why they were here. Well short and that would be easy to understand. "Hmm, well the short story is that the world we happened to be on was swallowed by darkness and the next thing we knew we were outside in the darkness." Kel paused his explanation to motion to the door and noticed the other person now standing by the door. Just where did she come from? He'll question that later, he still had some explanation to finish. "From there we followed a beacon that lead us here to get our keyblades back. That pretty much sums it up."
"Well that's that then." Zephyr said sighing. For all the trouble that he'd given them with those damn riddles and the trail of corpses, they were able to beat him with little trouble. Excluding the cut on the side of his face, not that it was really much of a injury to begin with. "I guess this is the part where you eat the soul." The reaction that Blake had gotten from Kuro was a simple thumbs up. No enthusiasm or any such thing, well that was outwardly shown anyway. On the inside he was curious about the mission that they had decided to go on. In contrast his partner was already starting to get pumped for it.
Flee to the bunker young sardothien
Both Aislinn and the other guy had walked into the castle, leaving Kel to close the door behind them. It was weird being called sir, especially from someone older than him. "You can call me Kel if you want." He figured that would at least make it less awkward when she choose to address him. Though she did bring up a valid point in her question. He didn't have time to notice it at the time, but looking around now he saw a couple of things that stuck out to him. Beuce had a new multi colored arm, Karina was basically naked excluding a cloak and some random girl was sitting on top of Glen after presumable kicking his ass. The last one wasn't all that surprising, but the first two most certainly were. "It's complicated." He said to Aislinn, wondering just what had happened while he was in the door. Then Hikaru joined up, quickly asking if everyone had gotten their keyblades back. He knew that he'd gotten his back, but what about the others. He didn't know for certain and had no idea what about the others.
The girl known as Aislinn had a lot of question for him to answer, which was understandable given the circumstances she now found herself in. Before answering her question however, there was one thing that he needed to do first. In the distance behind them Kel had noticed someone else watching them. It didn't look like he was continue to walk towards them and just stood there. "Hey guy standing back there, I know your back there so no point in just standing there!" Having effectively called the guy out, Kel turned his attention back to Aislinn to address her questions. "It doesn't sound as absurd as you think. This is the realm of darkness, which as I as I know this castle is the only building here. It might be better if you came in here as opposed to standing out there." He replied. There was a lot of unknowns in regards to what lurked in the darkness aroudn them and beside the cornerstone of light, this castle was relatively safe for the most part.

While being able to avoid the swipes of Jack the Ripper's claws, he wasn't able to fully avoid the killer grabbing onto his arm. The intention behind this attack was clear and this could work out in his favor. By quickly moving his head to the side, he was able to avoid a direct hit from the claw, but it still did graze him. "The only one going to die is you." In Jack the Ripper's last attack, not only did he pulled Zephyr closer in an attempt to kill him, but he also impaled himself onto Zephyr's sword. The blade dug deep as what would likely be a fatal blow onto the killer before Zephyr kicked him back.
Silence was Allec's friend as he looked through the food that they currently still had in stock. With it being a few weeks since they had last traded for some more food, they were slowly starting to run low. Not enough were hunger would be an issue, but there would be less creative dishes from him...which was saying something given that a good chunk of the food he worked with was alien. By this point though he was used to the difficulty of making food, he wouldn't be a good cook otherwise. "Guess I'll start thinking of something to make." His eyes scanned the various ingredients in their respective means of storage as he tried to come up with something. It was better to take it one step at a time as oppose to trying to figure out the final picture first.
