Well, we do provide the cutscenes here, but if you want, here's what it said in the old site FAQ:

Q: What do you use to record the Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II cutscenes/gameplay footage?
A: I use an ATI TV Wonder capture card. It's a PCI card and works with nearly every computer. It retails at about 80 dollars and can purchased at popular retailers such as Best Buy and Fry's Electronics. There are, however, many different capture cards out there, and if you're not computer savvy, I do not recommend this card.

Q: Well, how does it work?
A: The same way a television works. I just plug my RCA cables into the computer and open up a program used to record the footage. Think of it kind of like a DVR(Digital Video Recorder) for your television.

I'd suggest simply downloading them from this website.

    Hello,
Thus you (...) record that what is shown on the screen and don't convert the original video from the game-cd.
(plz ingore any grammar mistakes, i'm not very good in englisch )

This should be in Creativity Corner, the KH2 help section is meant for help on the game, whereas Creativity Corner is for AMV's and such other topics.
