its fairly alright, i think the background looks great but i think the text is a bit too close the the stock, maybe if you mover that a little bit further to the left and sorry to say but the grassy green doesnt look like it ties together with the other things in the sig, it looks like it doesnt belong.
i'm giving this an 8/10

Its a little plain...the background is good, but you could've used a few more effects to make the hamster blend with the background a little more. 8/10 cuz the hamster is cute, and the background is really cool.

very nice, the colors work well and the text is a nice font​

 

there's no connection between the render and the background
Not just in terms of effects, but over all concepts.
The color schemes of each lack harmony in complimenting one another.
There's no feeling of flow or direction. The effects and colors are flat, one dimensional and saturated.

The text shouldn't be so sharp.
Experimentation is encouraged here.

Be bold.
Be bright
Be vibrant.

the grunginess of the style with this particular render..hamtaro..of all things doesn't feel right as a single tag.

seems a little gloomy for such a happy character.
Doesn't have any flow, lightsource or depth.
