MAN! I havent played that game in a while to get surf you have to go to ecruteak city and beat all of the dancing ladies then talk to the old man.

North of Golderod city, uh you go up on the path where you fought sudowoodo. Route 37 is the route sudowoodo is on and you go north from there.
And christopher's dead brother I know many people dislike Naruto but please dont spam, I mean if you dont like him you dont have to tell him. I still respect you though.

 

That stupid tree is in the way and cut wont work on it so how do i get past the tree that wiggiles.

You have to defeat Whitney (the 3rd gym leader) and then go talk to an old woman at the house north east of the gym. (the house is also in goldenrod.) She will give you a squirtbottle use it on the tree and either defeat or capture the tree. Then go north of that and you should be in ecruteak city.

 

How do i get past the fourth gym when i walk to the second person i get sent all the way back to the start of the gymm.

 

There is a hidden path you have to take. Hopefully this will help.
