If you decide that you want to be responsible, hard working kids who what to get a jump on work training / money. Good for you. But if you do. DO IT. Don't demand hours, then throw all your hours away and then whine about not working enough. If you need a day off for a valid reason, then you are required to return the favor and not tell that person no because you want to stay home and video game. Don't freaking no-show. Your stock will drop and those people who are called in early to cover your *** will hate you. If you do no-show, DONT FREAKING WALK IN AN HOUR LATER TO GET YOUR PAYCHECK. If you work one day then decide 'i'd rather be chilling with friends', have the decency to tell your boss that you are not going to work out, don't just not show up for your shifts. Don't sit on your ***, don't freaking text. Pull your weight. Learn the job. Do whatever needs to be done. You are given training for a reason. And if you have worked there for longer than 3 months, You are awesome. That doesn't mean that you get to slack off and act like you own the place, because you don't. If you are an acceptable worker and are granted a promotion / raise, congrats. Don't go on power trips or exact revenge because of it. Don't write people up for failing to pull your own weight while you pretend to be in control. Respect will be lost, and rightly so. Don't ***** about it or your boss when YOUR BOSS IS IN THE ROOM. If you are a show off or goof, stay the hell away from wedding receptions...better yet, wedding reception center's in Utah. Be freaking responsible.
