"What's happening Sephiroth?"
"Why won't you let me help you?!"

 

She helped him sit down on the bed after she was finished. "You still have my mind fused with yours but there's nothing we can do about that."

 

She wraps her arms around Orochi's neck as she fears for him.

 

He nuzzled her to reassure her and said nothing as he walked by Luana.

 

Her grip loosens slightly.
"Papa..."

 

"What's going on, Luana?"

 

"Jenova just absorbed his cells."

 

He blinked in confusion then opened the door to revel Jenova examining Sephiroth who looked normal except for a dull, glazed over look in his eyes.

 

"Orochi, what do you see?"
She runs past Orochi to hug Sephiroth.

 

"Everything looks mostly normal."

 

"Say something papa."
"Mostly? Is there something slightly wrong?"

 

He remained silent. "Dad's eyes look dull and he isn't responding."

 

"What did your mom say?"
She concentrates on transferring her Jenova cells to her dad.

 

"Grandma absorbed his cells." She absorbed the cells through his arm that she had her hand on.

 

She blocks a pathway and absorb from her. "I'd rather see you dead than having my dad so lifeless."
"Why is she doing this?"

 

She hissed and let go of him. A spark of life appeared in his eyes. "No." "I don't know."

 

She slaps him on the face. "You look like a puppet, dad. That's one thing I won't tolerate is that you look so helpless."
"Your grandma, I mean."

 

He winced and whimpered. "I am her puppet. What don't you get about that?" "I still don't know."

 

Her eyes soften then places an ice pack on his cheek. "I love you too much. That's why I can't stand you getting hurt."
"Are you feeling better?"

 

"Then why did you just slap me?" "A little."
