Sora's Darkness

He stared at the ceiling, not going to sleep even though he was tired.

 

He starts to devour the man he hated the most.
She joins her son.

 

"Oh, and before I forget, thanks for letting my mind be scarred when you could have easily told Mei to sit sooner." He said sarcastically to Malik.

 

"You should notice the difference and could've told her that yourself. Since you are the closest, you hold higher power than I do."
"Master, I suggest for you to drink some blood before going to sleep." She said in monotone.

 

"You should know by now how sensitive my father and I are around that subject." "As if I could sleep." He muttered.

 

"It wasn't like I knew you inherited that phobia from him."
"With your stomach full, it should work into your direction."

 

"Do you know why I cannot sleep?"

 

She remains silent.

 

"You know the answer, don't you?"

 

Again, she remains silent.

 

"It is your presence."

 

"I cannot leave or I'll lose my sanity, just like your father."

 

"You just have to go right outside the door for me to be able to sleep."

 

"That alone will still have the same effect."

 

"Then I shall not sleep."

 

"Which do you prefer? Me killing your father and grandmother while you are sleeping or you stay awake while they are safe?"

 

"Stay awake."

 

"Good, I just want to let you know I wasn't myself even though the damage has been done."

 

He stared at the ceiling.

 

She goes back to sleep while standing up.
