It's not pathetic but I am a little preoccupied at the moment with just finishing my Personal statement, washing my hair >: ( and eating somethnig ebcause I am reaaaallly hungry for some reason xD

I know right? I miss social time ;-; I should hopefully be more free after October 15th (deadline for uni applications) as I won't be faffing over personal statements and UCAS forms.

Same here. ; ; Well that's good, though I won't be free anytime soon since I'm on the bowling team and I'm planning to join the National Honors Society (not sure if I'll get in, but since the requirements are a damn high GPA and teacher recommendations, I think I'll make it; the ONLY reason I'm doing it is because it looks good when you apply to a college and I need community service hours to graduate).

Well, my dad got me into it and I've been doing it ever since. It's not really "big" over here by any means, but people still do it for fun every now and then (when I say "now and then", I mean almost never).

I know. But if I do get in, we get to wear special silver sashes on top of our gowns in the graduation ceremony. That makes it all worth it. xDD

I've just seen it a lot in American media so I thought it would be xD over here, if we play at all, it's just for lols and there are very few strikes per game.

It means you were one of the top of your class (because the criteria are so hard to meet in order to get in; also, it just looks pretty damn awesome).

And you will beat me! We have one in a nearby town that takes 20 minutes to get to xD so not far, I go there quite a lot sometimes and play with my friends so we can all suck at bowling together.

Please do, our bowling alley has great music as well xD and if you go in the evening then they turn off all the lights, the alleys glow in the dark as do the pins! It's brilliant!

I like it, today I was very happy because they requested my signature so they could have my english exam paper to use as an example to younger students to show them how to do it : D

Wow. I remember my English teacher last year handed out a copy of an essay from someone in our year/grade, and though the name was blacked out, I knew right away whose it was. Even this year, my new English teacher said she had to give me a different paper for our prompt because she wanted to show mine off. Aren't we so smart? X3

I guessed that xD Doesn't it feel so satisfying? :3 It's the same with home economics. Last year my old Home ec teacher came up to me and basically said "You're not getting your coursework back because I want to use it to show the little children" :D so I was happy with that.
