Yes, the fact that I was three-years old at the time of its release kind of slipped my mind.

Wolf. Not as bad as Ganon?

Not as bad as Ganon, but the reason Ganon's so bad is the reason Wolf is still pretty bad: There are huge, definitive gaps between tiers. There have been some upheavals in the higher ones, but B- and below have been pretty well set in stone for a long time now, and when it comes to Mr. O'Donnell, well... they're good, and he's not better.
