because it's the page I'm on most of the time, but as I've said before I check around other parts of the forum every day to see if anything new's popped up. Since nothing that catches my interest usually does, I just go back and let the page remain on the spam zone until I decide to refresh again

In any case, why not use New Posts post? That way you can see more of the latest content.
