I can't help it, I never get over that. Sometimes I want to go over to Japan and question Oda himself why he killed Ace

It was basically to make Luffy drive himself to become stronger to never let anyone else close to him die, when it comes to emotional deaths like that it's always gonna be for protag power up ;_; It still sucks he choose Ace to get killed off.

Seriously, and he brought Sabo back too, so it feels like we need Ace back. I mean come on, how can we live without Ace? This is one of those times where I wish I could change the story myself...oh great, here come the feels again

Yep ;_; Ace had his own adventure he wanted to live out as well it sucks so badly that just to get luffy to train to prepare himself for the new era he killed off Ace

BTW idk if my friend is bullshitting me but he keeps talking about plans for a new OP movie with roger in it which will basically be like naruto shippuden movie 4 but with luffy going back in time instead and meeting roger, i've googled it and everything but found nothing do you know if they have plans for something like this?

I think the part I hated was that he was looking for a reason to live and he finally admitted to it without believing he was the son of a demon and then they killed him off. I mean, I get that he actually believed he had the right to live, which made that part of his story complete, but it still felt like he had so much to do

Uh, I know the latest film that came out was Z, but other than that, I don't believe there's any sort of film in progress for something like that, no.

I really wonder if they might be able to bring him back somehow, maybe? dunno It would be great to see him again but ah what can you do.

I think Oda basically did a homage to him by giving Sabo his flame-flame fruit powers.

I'm not up to date myself but I know the hype over sabo, I'm at the end of marineford more or less but my friend has given me a synopsis of the anime to get me up to date sabo seems cool but I still want Ace back ;_; maybe I'll be able to adjust when I'm up to date

Oh trust me, even with Sabo back, we really haven't gotten much to go with for what we got, and it's still not the same as having ace around either. It's still depressing. And the funny thing is that Oda said the final part of the series will make Maineford look like a small scuffle. That'll be something to see

Probably something like the war for one piece, right now i'm rewatching the marineford arc and i'm gonna continue on once I finish it again just to get the events clear in my head again
