First off, that's not interesting, it's baseless. Most Japanese people learn English as their second language, so they probably have a good understanding of what to lisen for if they paid attention in class. "Engrish" is very much apart of that society. Second, what that is saying is basically "people who understand X language know what to listen for on an instinctual level better than people who don't know X language." To which I say, duh. That's not adding a discussion, that's taking two paragraphs to say why I can't understand when foreign people yell at me in something I don't know.

Yeah, if anything you want him to stand out more than the text? Like, make him the center focal point and the text is his background. It describes him, afterall, but without him it's nothing, you know?
