Yeah, it takes time and stuff. I can teach you a few things if you want. However I can NOT make play as codes. I only know how to hack animations. It can be fun.

All you really need is a dump, the hacking program and the knowledge.

You could hack with already existing dumps (which mean you won't be needing pcsx2)
