We do do them via MSN but we may be open to accommodating who we're interviewing; that said, we all use MSN for staff things, so it might be worthwhile to just get one.

Yeah, it is. As far as I know it hasn't changed much. All you do is google "MSN messenger" and then you'll get this site, you download it and make an account. It's basically the same as registering. But I'd wait until the time comes to do that.
