This is the contest for the Enigmatic Knights tribute vid! The goal is to make the best vid about the Knights in the RP, for those that haven't read the RP, just make a really cool secret ending AMV and you still have a chance of winning. Possible prizes inclue: Being able to join the knights or Getting bonus rep and a cookie. Rules: 1.Due date has been moved to Wednesday. 2.Only about the knights, but you can add a few things that you see fit 3.Preferably minumum to no swearing 4.Add the "Enigmatic Knights" at the begining of the AMV for a title 5.You can make up to 3 AMVs. 6.And here's a rule to spice things up and make it challenging! You must add quotes from the RP during the AMV! You must use at least 3 quotes. Here are the possible quotes you can choose: "It seems I'll have to take matters into my own hands...." "I'm not holding back..." "I have failed you..." "So...is this really how its going to end?" "Rokuxion...kill me…" "Who are you?!" "I am the last thing you'll ever see........" 7. NO SPAMING!! 8. Has anyone else noticed that the .hack series resmbles quite a few other things? I noticed that there are quite a few things that resmble other media......Does anyone else agree with me? Disclaimer: I posted this in the spam zone becuase the anime zone is almost always empty and the spam zone has about x3 to x4 the people than anywhere else and I want to here eveyone's opinion.......... Here are some simularities I noticed: Well, first, the obvious, World of Warcraft Its an obvious nod to WoW, the most popular MMORPG, its even named "The World". It also shares most of the same RPG cliches.........Anybody else thought the same thing? Then, there's the Matrix..... With Tsukasa "living" in a cyber world (Much like the Matrix) and the fact that sometimes, what happens in "The World", can sometimes happen in the real world, example: You die in game, you can almost die in the real world.........Finally they both share a very deep storyline........... Finally, There's Tron...... Mainly they're the same because of there characters..........Morgana=MCP, Macha or Lios=Sark, Tsukasa=Game designer trapped in game (forgot name), Haseo's Steam Cycle=Light Cycle, etc........... Has anyone else spotted these simularities? And would anyone like to discuss them?

Storyline:The story begins long before the knights were formed, starting with Jaxed becoming the Bald Man's apprentice and ending with the formation of the knights.........Rokuxion's storyline starts with him traveling or training or something with Illix and Rila, then (Somewhere about half-way through the storyline) he witnesses Illix and Rila being killed by (Who he didn't know he was at the time) Jaxed, then Rokuxion chasing their muderer (And having a few fights with) and ends with him joinig the Knights formed by the very person he was chasing..............You do not have to follow this storyline, Rokuxion, it is just a suggested route............. How Doyxc's storyline starts at the time is unknown (you can decide) but I want him at sometime to run into Rokuxion and become good friends (Thus, making the later fights between them tragic) and ends with him also joining the knights..... Hakumei's storyline involves how he got his legendary powers........... Roka's storyline...................unknown............... .... Amaya's storyline......................also unknown............. Rules:Same as Enigmatic Knights thread, but only those who were in that thread can join...........
How good are they? Are they worth purchasing? I watched all of .hack//sign and I really like the anime (even though the ending was a little rushed), so should I get the games too? The games seem to have a good storyline, but is the gameplay any good?
