"That really wasn't a very strong monster, anyway. Why were you running?" Roxalyn jerked around a bit as the mysterious jolt rang through the area. "Wh-what the?!" she unknowningly echoed Sara.

Is it possible that I could just be an Experiment for now, until I get the hang of things in this Roleplay? In actuality, she was speaking with the other aspects of herself, hoping one of them might be able to come up with a solution to escape from this Hell. So far, nothing was forthcoming, but they refused to give up. Nothing was going to shake them from their quest to freedom. Nothing.

"Nice to meet you, too," Roxalyn said pleasantly, then turned to Roxas. "You've been having a problem?" she asked worriedly. Her hand wrung around her staff nervously, wondering if maybe Roxas, too, was stuck inside the game like herself and Sara, but other than that, she portrayed her usual pleasant demeanor and attitude.

You, my friend, are eight-thousand kinds of awesome. It made my day. It was funny and emotional and made a point and I love Axel and Roxas (though not really as a couple). As always, your vids have excellent timing and the use of clips are superb. I think my favorite part must have been... DUSK BOOGIE! I simply love this. Like I love all your videos. You roxas my soxas. XP
The (main) playable characters in FFVIII are: Squall Leonheart, Quistis Trepe, Zell Dincht, Selphie Tilmitt, Rinoa Heartilly and (my personal favorite) Ivrine Kinneas -- and also Laguna Loire, Kiros Seagill and Ward Zaback, in the 'dream sequences'. Of course, there are plenty of other characters that aren't playable, but, I don't know all of their names. And, er, 1winged, I'm not sure how to explain the plot. It gets really confusing to just read, without actually playing it.
Roxalyn smiled and waved to Roxas, giving him a small nod and then turned to Cheal as he walked up. Tilting her head to the side, she said, "Yes, I'm Roxalyn... Who are you?" She twisted her rod in back and forth in the ground idly as they stood around to chat.
"Sara, wait up!" Roxalyn huffed as she caught up to the Long Arm. "I've never been to this server before... I think it's too high level for me," she said, looking around curiously. Ever since they had met in Dun Loireag, Roxalyn had become a little attached to Sara, seeing her as a kindred spirit in the chaos that had become her life inside the World.

"Years?!" Roxalyn asked, suddenly sitting straight. She continued in a panicked voice, "But I can't be stuck here for years! I've got little sisters, and my parents and my pets..! No..." She whimpered, burrying her forehead into her arms and knees, closing up as tight as she could.
A shiver ran through the Wavemaster's spine as she was reminded of the event that led to this new existance. "A week... or so... it's hard to tell. I think I spent an entire eighteen hours in a field once, but I couldn't tell because it was always day there and it was day when I left here, and when I came back... my sense of time is so screwed up," Roxalyn shook her head, putting her uninjured cheek to rest on her knees. "What about you?"
Roxalyn suddenly jerked back to get a better look at this stranger, wincing as the hand around her earring yanked, pulling the silver down hard, biting into her flesh. She made no noise however, only took a minute to look the newcomer over better. After a moment, she breathed inward through her nostrils and smiled slightly, letting her head tilt to the side again. "Really? It smells more like pine trees and lillies to me. Clean; fresh..."
"Trapped here?" Roxalyn asked, naively. It wasn't as if she didn't know what the player beside her meant, but to be honest, she did wonder why the Long Arm suddenly assumed that Roxalyn herself was in the same boat. She turned her gaze in the same direction as her new companion, tilting her head to the side. "What do you mean?"
