Ok, i think i got it. Axel and roxas eating ice-cream: Axel and roxas talks about castle oblivion, and axel tells roxas about the dead org. members. Roxas says: "Who would do such a thing?" Org. meeting: After axel dies and sora encounter the rest of the organization, they have a meeting. I think they say things like "Look what its come to." and "Roxas is coming, we have to prepare." Knight and org. member: I think this is some kind of torture mechanism, i think the chains are pulling the knights "heart" and the org. member says: "Lets talk, FRIEND." Whatcha think? ;)
That is not correct, im afraid. If you remember the flashback roxas had, when he was sitting with ALL the org. members.

Roxas-Roxas pops out of sora and they do a hi-fi, roxas is now i your party. He is really fast but does kinda small damage, the limit is roxas and sora super fast around the place and all gets white, the enemies get dazed and damaged. Nanaki/red XIII-Nanaki will be kinda like simba from the first game and sora will be standing on him and shooting with his keyblade. Stitch-Like in KHII More to come! Post your own summons!

I had a wacky and a kinda weird idea... What if xigbar means "Other" as himself and the first org members? Maybe they were keyblade masters and then some other people defeated them and they got the keyblade instead? Does that mean sora is connected with Xehanort? Maybe "Another" (Xehanort) took defeated them and created some new nobodies to join his cause? I know it sounds strange but...
