couldn't it be that after xehanort became a heartless and left ansem, he met baldy and then learning from him about kingdom hearts and using the powers of darkness! And then getting his clothes if he supposedly dies after.

what if xehanort was one of them and deserted them when they needed him, that would explain that there were only three at the crossroads when there are four ways. And in the final battle of KH2 Xemnas uses a type of armour that looks a lot like the ones they have, and Xemnas being Xehanorts nobody means that xehanort could probably also use it. And have you noticed that if you look carefully at every keyblade in the secret ending, there are a lot of fenrirs...
what if sora is a relative to xehanort, then that could explain why it is that he thought sora was xehanort. :) (srry if this has been brought up, i dont want to scroll through every page again)

ehm... they didn't have them in beginning of the secret ending om final mix + just a long stretch... But the tall guy could be Xehanort, he could of like gotten his white hair and orange eyes by opening himself to darkness. And then been transformed by it. And the lost two in the first secret ending could refer to the roxas looking guy and the tall guy
talk about constant ignoring... But the heartless looking guy could be just like a small summon, or just something baldy conjured up...
