As Mek slept, the mysterious object blinked a few times. After a minute, it fused into him. He started sweating for a half minute before going back to normal. He kept sleeping. Morning came and he woke up at 6 AM on the dot. He stood up, feeling stronger than before. His wings shone brighter and were a bit bigger. He felt like a million dollars. "What the..." he looked at his hands; flashing, they were flashing! He jumped and looked for the mysterious object again. Nowhere to be seen. He looked back at his hands. "Did it...?"
