So lately I've been mentioning in other threads a theory that I think Vanitas is a young xehanort (Heartless Ansem/Xemnas) and I wanted to get you guys' opinion on it. My reasoning: Appearance: First, lets look at the clothing. Vanitas' suit looks similar, if not, the exact same to Riku's dark form, all the way down to the red/blue/black coloring and the weird platform shoes. The only thing thats different is the mask/helmet, because Riku has never worn one as far as we know. Where did Riku get this dark form from? Ahem, Xehanort's heartless. I'm willing to bet that since Xehanort's heartless had the power to give Riku the suit, the real Xehanort probably did too. Also, look at his keyblade. Now some people might think its a stretch to say this, but it has pretty similar characteristics to Riku's souleater. The same blue/red/black coloring, even the weird eye on the hilt. Again, Riku got souleater from Heartless Ansem (even heartless ansem weilds something that looks like two souleaters in kh1's final battle). The Names: First off, Vanitas means death or "emptiness," which is pretty fitting considering Xehanort is also an anagram for "no heart." So you might be thinking "if his name is Vanitas, why the **** would be xehanort?" Lets remember something about Xehanort: if there isnt one thing he likes more than stealing hearts, its stealing names. Remember how in kh1 he was originally thought to be named Ansem? When we found out he was really named something else, we also learned he stole his Master's name... so...if he did it at that point in time, whose to say he didnt steal MASTER Xehanort's name? So those are pretty much my thoughts.
The little number in the upper left corner of the HUD that increases when you add accessories. What exactly does that multiply? Does it mean you'll get more criticals, etc?

When I was watching that new trailer for Birth By Sleep, one of the clips shows Ven falling through and breaking that same stained glass "awakening place" where Sora fought Darkside heartless and Roxas fought the Twilight Thorn. A few questions: do you think every keyblade master goes through this awakening process or are Sora, Roxas and Ven the only ones? None of the other keyblade masters (Riku, Mickey) seem to mention anything like this... If Sora, Ven Roxas are the only ones would that explain the connection between the 3?

As the title says it all, I think I'll be leaving for awhile...that can range from 2 weeks to indefinitely. I need a break from this place, not because anything bad happened or because I'm mad, its just one of those things that probably need to happen right now. I wish I could list out all of my testimonials to my friends, but there are too many of em to count. I'm pretty sure you guys know who you are anyhow. So long and thanks for all the fish.
