I heard somewhere that if you find and kill 7 cactuars in the game, on your next playthrough on the hardest setting Cait Sith turns into a Cactuar, and Reeve's suit turns green with spikes on it. Might be just a myth though, as I've only found 3 after 200+ hours of playing, replaying, and playing again.
