So why do we have a 30 year old going around with 2 teenagers? I know Terra is supposed to be older than the other two, but 30 might be pushing it. All the members of VAT seem to be around the same age group of their late teens and early twenties.

The proof that Terra isn't 29 years old? Well currently we can guess at his age, since it hasn't been said yet. He seems to be in his late teens. I'd say 20 years old at the most.
It does seem he is the leader of VAT, but I highly doubt he is the master we've heard nothing about. Considering the way he talked about becoming a master with Master Xehanhort. Right, This may show how close they are to master rank.

Roxas was born this way. Xemnas didn't alter him in anyway. I don't think Ven knew Xehanhort the student, but he might have know him before whatever happened to him. Because Xemnas puts his arm on Roxas in a similar manner as Ven and Terra. Also Spoiler Xemnas sees Xion as both a doll and Ven, just like Xigbar

Nourma has said he can't be sure if Mickey is in fact king during the time of BBS. IDK You can't be a king with out a kingdom. In Timeless river Mickey was a normal person and they were planning to build a castle around the cornerstone of light. So sometimes afterwards something happens that allows Mickey to become King. Mickey's heroic actions during BBS? All we know is that a year after BBS ends Mickey goes and meets Ansem The Wise and he has the title of king.
So why did he send his own students to chase him? We know VAT's master sent them after MX and DS so it won't make sense for him to be their master He might not be the king during BBS. So why would he be training under Yen sid?

Yeah, these worlds have been foreshadowed in KH1. In the "End of the world" back in KH1 there is a room filled with what looks to be the remains of many of the worlds of the PoH you've been talking about. It's the room right before the green floored room where you must battle swarms of heartless to get to the last door. Theres a rock that has a stain that looks like Cinderella's castle, a smaller version of the house the 3 faries had in sleeping beauty. Which would make sense because when a world is taken by the heartless parts of the world reappear here.
