I really don't know what to do here. I just got the game in the mail today and after both installing and successfully authenticating it, every time I try to launch it, the game crashes. Here are the details of the error: Can anybody help me out with this? I can't seem to find anything useful anywhere else, and I've already tried uninstalling and reinstalling it.
I ordered a Steam Wallet voucher from them using a gift card that I got for Christmas. That's all well and good, but they're sending it via UPS! It's barely bigger than a credit card. Why in the world can't they send it in an envelope by the regular postal service?
