How can we have a KH forum without a ghettoXemnas???

You're not bound to get on with everyone (esp. if you have strong opinions like me) but don't give up! So long as you don't attack people, you'll be respected.

I am by no means a good gamer but in both battles I managed to do the 1st time on standard mode.

OK here's my take, dunno if this will clear anything up though. Plus possible Spoilers so be warned!

I used this link, http://www.kh-vids.net/index.php?page=kh2fmcutsubs and then clicked on 'An Old Friend' since the link given doesn't work on my comp

OK firstly we see the black hooded figure entering the computer room in Ansem the Wise's old lab. Notice how when he is scanned by the computer/camera he is identified as 'Unknown' and a kind of alert tone goes off. The hood figure then uses as device to terminate the camera. This tells us that he must be an intruder.

He then loads the disk. Notice the colour: black and white. This may have some connection with light and darkness, a big theme in KH as we all know. (or perhaps its just the way the coloured it, I'll let you decide)

The password he types is 'Another'. As people have said it is an anagram of 'Xehanort' without the 'X' and also of 'No Heart', implying that the hooded figure may be Xenmas, Xehanort's nobody.

He then types several other passwords.

Does anyone else wish we could've gone down there? We know the top bit was used as a 'Heartless Factory' possibly as a means of experimentation or perhaps it was hijacked and used for that purpose.

OK so the hooded figure goes down the spiral staircase. What's interesting is there are those vein type structures on the wall. The same as which are found in the graveyard in the World that Never Was. Suggesting that whatever's down there is either dead or incomplete (like the nobodies).

Also it seems the black hooded figure is familiar with these settings. He knows exactly where to go. As he goes down the stairs we hear voices, and it sounds like a flashback. It's Ansem the Wise talking to his assistant Xehanort. He forbids Xehanort to carry out the research about the 'Doors' to light and darkness. So we kinda figure the hooded bloke is none other Xemnas.

We can't help but ask 'Why?' The dangers or the complexity of it all? Or both?

Anyways it seems Xehanort will not be detered at all. Now in his nobody form as Xemnas he is about to finish what he begun. Remember in the World that Never Was Xemnas told Ansem the Wise that he had surpassed him in research?

So he walks down the corridor and there's loads of prison cells. Dunno what these are. Perhaps cells for the subjects to the experiments.

Then Xemnas enters that big white room. White room says Namine to me, and Namine means memories. Also notice the chains on the wall. Again, adding to the theme of memories.

Then we see the armour and keyblades of one of the chasers! According to most, these belong to Aqua. Her armour is very battered, so she's definitaly suffered in someway.

The chains begin to glow and run along to Aqua's armour and Keyblade. 'It's been a long time... Old friend.' Xemnas says. This means they knew each other but was Xemnas being sarcastic or truthful when he called her 'Friend'? Either way, he definitely has some purpose for her.

If they were friends, I assume it was when Xehanort was a lab assistant. Perhaps they both lived in Radiant Garden at the same time. Maybe he even liked her? Hell knows.

If he was being sarky and they weren't maybe he faced her in the keyblade war. And now he wan't revenge or to use her a a weapon/experimental guinea pig.

Ooh! It's all so exciting! Maybe this is where KH3 kicks off. There was definitely some kind purpose/hint in showing us this.

Then in the 'Remembrance' we just see Roxas and Axel talking to each other about the past. Maybe they both visited the past? Remember how Axel said he really wanted to talk to Roxas so he took Kairi? So maybe Kairi was the key to this. We know Roxas and Kairi became connected when Sora's memories were being chained together. So was Axel going to use Kairi as a medium to see Roxas again? But he did manange to see him again, even without Kairi's (or even Namine's) help. My belief is that after Axel himself became connected to Sora, he was able to Roxas conciously once more.

Which leads me to Namine. Namine has special powers to control memories. But no ones seems to know where she got them from. Kairi was originally a resident at Radiant Garden. My theory is that Namine was born here too and was soon seized by Organisation 13 (note the prison cells in the basement, remember how in ReCOM she said she'd always been alone?) and some how received the powers from that white room where the chains are. Then she was put in Castle Oblivion to ruin Sora, the current Keyblade Wielder. So they wanted rid of Sora, but to revive Aqua/the Chasers. Why?

I think it's imoprtant that we realise the room of awakening and remembrance are different... Oh I've just confused myself.

I prefer boys who cry aw that's so cute I just wanna cuddle 'em!

Sora shed a tear and so did Axel (I think or it might have been Roxas).

Plus KH has been a phenomenal success right? So long as they stick to it we'll be fine I mean look at all those other games they go on for years and years, a decade or more some times.

Ooo are you a Riku fan? Lol sorry but I'm a Roxas fan (don't hurt me!). Please ask your Riku why he had to change into Ansem-y form and whoop my poor Roxy's a$$ :-( Aw I miss him so much...

Hi thanks for the welcome =) Yeah I defo think Roxas has a heart. In fact he's got 2, he's got mine as well ^_^

Yeah I would freak too yet some people don't seem particulary fussed (which is kinda odd considering we are on a KH board lol I was hoping to get lots of sympathy). I live in the UK but I'm hoping that they will bring us FM+ as well.

I think Roxas' story would be better (don't shoot me yet Riku fans, hear me out) since we don't know much about his past (or future?). He seems to be very mysterious (and sadly, slightly unstable). Also Roxas is Sora so it would make sense to hear his side of the story and have him take over while erm Sora and Riku are hanging out on Destiny Islands with Kairi.

But it seems it's going to mainly focus on these Chasers and one of them, Ven I think it was, looks like Roxas. It's spooky. Maybe it's Sora's dad or brother or something like that. Sora in a past life? Wow in that case Sora's lead lots of past lives...

How about if we wanna talk about KHX/KH3? Which board to we go on then?

I guess you're right that Sora and Kairi aren't exactly 100% together but like you said it's only so fans can think what they want and so as not to upset anyone/cause jealously

But, it's pretty obvious that those two are like destined for each other. We know for a fact that Sora fancies Kairi. Also Kairi wouldn't plunge into darkness, fend off the shadows and send messages in a bottle for just anyone. In other words she loves him, regardless of whether she fancies him or not.

I don't think Roxas x Namine is incest since they are Sora and Kairi and they are in no way blood related.

Who knows, maybe Selphie might steal Tidus back in ol' Destiny Islands, so it's a good job Yuna lives in Radiant Garden or where ever ^_^

LOL I used to love Barbie when I was little but my parents would never let me play with them because of the whole message they send out to little girls. So I used to play with Sonic instead lol that probably explains why I'm a bit of a tomboy at heart still like girly stuff though.

I think Barbie takes Girly-ness to the extreme.

I mean don't get me wrong some are just wrong e.g. Sora x Tron (:-* weird and wrong) and Goofy x Sora x Donald ( Three? THREE?! :-O) but that doesn't mean we have to be anti-cupids does it???

Let's face it the only couples are

Sora x Kairea(and hence Roxas x Namine)
Donald x Daisy
Mickey x Minnie

and a few more disney characters (not too sure about the FF7 characters I've never played FF7 but there appears to be some kinda love triangle going on there..)

As it's been said since Kairi was one of the princess' she had no darkness in her heart in order for a heartless to be formed.

Unlike Sora (who obviously did have darkness in his heart), aw he looked so cute as a shadow and the byproduct (his nobody Roxas) is cute too ;-)

I don't think the producers just decided to make Namine Kairi's nobody in KH2 just to slot her into place. It was dediced in the beginning (that's why they look v. similar) and actually finding out that the two were connected in this way is part of the twist/irony. You should know that Square are very good w/ their story lines and don't just chuck in stuff willy-nilly.

World that never was - A wacky graveyard, an extravagant castle which looks like it's made out of hardware and more darkness that a black-hole. Loved it!

Twilight town - mini-games galore, and (virtual) home to Roxas.

Pride Lands - Roarrr!!!!
