thank you! *starts chapter 2* i know! I hope this story turns out extremely random and strange And i think it will :D WOOT CHAPTER 2!!!! And let the randomness begin!!! :D ~Chapter 2~ Cloud was taking a walk out in the Great Maw. He sighed deeply, obviously frustrated. “Stupid fan girls…†he muttered to himself. He was about to curse his wife-to-be out of this century when he suddenly felt a hand on his shoulder. Acting quickly, Cloud whipped out his broadsword and brought it around to point right in the face of the person behind him. “Whoa, dude, chill with that thing!†It was Xigbar, looking precariously at the tip of the sword, just inches away from his nose. Cloud relaxed, letting the sword in his hand fall to his side. “Oh, hey Xigbar.†He said. Xigbar cocked an eyebrow and laughed. “What, you planning to take my other eye out with that thing?†he joked. Cloud couldn’t help a small smile passing onto his lips. “Maybe.†Cloud joked back. Xigbar smiled. “So, whatcha doing out here?†he asked. Cloud shrugged. “Enjoying my last day of being ‘single’.†He spat, putting extra stress on the word ‘single’. Xigbar rubbed his chin, before snapping his finger excitedly. “You know what, you should have a bachelor party!†he said, smiling. Cloud gave him a what-the-smoof-is-wrong-with-you look. “What?†“I’m serious here!†Xigbar said. “I’ll set up everything! This will be awesome! Come by The Castle That Never Was at 9:00 tonight.†Cloud crossed his arms. “I don’t know…†he said hesitantly. Xigbar rolled his eyes and put an arm around Cloud’s shoulder. “Dude, come on!†he pleaded. Cloud rolled his eyes. “Fine.†Cloud said sharply. Xigbar nodded and took off into a Corridor of Darkness he summoned, shouting ‘PARTY!’ Cloud shook his head at his odd friend. What had he gotten himself into?†+++ Roxas was in the kitchen of the Castle. He had a large bowl in front of him, with eggs, milk, flour, sugar, and every baking ingredient imaginable (and some you’d never guess) within an arm’s reach. Roxas rubbed his hands together. Time to start! Just then, Zexion came down the stairs into the kitchen. He raised an eyebrow at Roxas. “Roxas, what are you doing?†He asked. Roxas smiled at him. “I’m baking the wedding cake! Xemnas said I could.†“Can you even bake?†Zexion asked, crossing his arms. Roxas thought for a moment. “Of course…yeah…sorta…I think…uhhh…no…†he said. Zexion rolled his eyes. “Whatever. Don’t set the Castle on fire.†Zexion then walked outside. Roxas turned back to his ingredients, and picked up a bag of flour. “Well…here goes nothing…†he said, starting to pour some flour into the bowl. +++ Lexaeus sat in the chapel by the coat closet. He yawned. He was really bored. He stood up. “Hello, Sir or Miss, may I take your coat?†he said, with exaggerating happiness, to the empty space around him. He smiled. “Well, that’s all the practice I need.†He said. He then walked off to find a magazine to read and some chips to eat. +++ Xaldin sat in the living room of the Castle, with piles of brightly colored paper around him. He didn’t have a lot of munny to buy decorations, so he decided to make them. He twisted his scissors around in a folded up piece of light blue paper, making a heart shape. He then finished snipping through the paper, and let the non-used part of it fall to the ground. He made tinier incisions into the heart shaped clump of paper, making four more hearts inside the bigger heart. After he was done, he unfolded the folds of hearts… …To reveal a long chain of hearts, all with intricate heart designs in each other. Xaldin smiled proudly. This was fun! +++ In the kitchen, a very angry and flustered Roxas was sitting on the floor, leaning against the kitchen counter. He had just spilt his cake batter all on the floor. He sighed angrily. He was going to have to start over again. +++ In his garden, Marluxia was examining his flowers, trying to decide what flowers he should arrange for the wedding. He took a sniff of some pink roses. Ahhh…he thought, smiling. Definitely roses. But now which color? +++ Larxene was sitting in her room, bored. She had gone through all of the magazines in her room, Marluxia’s room, Saix’s room, and Axel’s room (which she had to say had some pretty ‘interesting’ things and pictures in them). She plopped onto her bed, sighing in boredom. What could she do for entertainment? Larxene sat up abruptly, smiling wickedly. Time to torture the other members… +++ Demyx was looking at a list of songs he was considering playing at the wedding in his room. “Lets see…†he said thoughtfully. “We have ‘Famous Last Words’, ‘My Happy Ending’, ‘Rebirthing’…†he trailed off to see Larxene walk into his room, with that evil smile of hers on her face. “Uhhh…hi Larxene…†Demyx said nervously. “What’s up, Demyx?†Larxene asked nicely. Too nicely. Demyx narrowed his eyes. “What do you want?†he asked sharply. Larxene frowned. “Demyx, I’m hurt!†she said, a smile on her face. “I only came here to have some…fun…†A slow smile snaked across her face. Demyx’s eyes widened. What was she…? +++ In the kitchen, Roxas was mixing some ingredients together, while Lexaeus watched, snacking on some chips. “AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!†Roxas looked up, in mid-stir, at the ceiling. Lexaeus stopped, mid-chew, and did the same. “Demyx?†Roxas asked. Lexaeus nodded. “Demyx.†“Should we go help him?†“After this chip.†Lexaeus said, stuffing another chip in his mouth, and waling upstairs. Roxas shook his head and resumed stirring. +++ Sitting outside was Axel, studying from some cookbooks. Axel knew very well how to cook, but he decided to brush up on his skills. He scribbled some notes down on a piece of paper, nodding. Vexen walked outside to get some fresh air, and noticed Axel studying intently. “What are you doing?†he asked. Axel didn’t look up. “Ma the menu for the wedding.†“What’s on the menu?†Axel rolled his eyes in annoyance. “It’s going to be pizza and fries if you don’t leave me alone!†he snapped. Vexen took a step back. “Fine then.†He said, glaring at Axel for a moment before turning around and walking back in. Axel looked up and tapped his chin thoughtfully. He smiled. Actually, pizza and fries sounded pretty good…

WOOT!!! My new story! :3 Yes, the first chapter is quite short, but the chapters do get longer! I promise you! :D ~Chapter 1~ Xemnas was standing outside of a large Chapel, a clipboard in hand. He was scratching away at it, nodding and shaking his head as he read and marked on the clipboard. “Hey Xemnas!†Xemnas looked up from his clipboard to see Riku walking towards him. He smiled. “Hello Riku.†He responded. Riku smiled back. “How’s everything going?†“Fine. Just fine.†Riku cocked his head. “What’re doing?†he asked, looking over at Xemnas’ clipboard. Xemnas held the clipboard to him, and glared at Riku. “Well, if you must know,†he said rather harshly, slightly annoyed, “I’m planning a wedding.†Riku raised his eyebrows and crossed his arms. “A wedding?†he said in disbelief. Xemnas nodded. “Who’s getting married, Larxene?†Xemnas sighed angrily. “I wish…†he muttered. Riku chuckled. “But no, a friend of mine is getting married.†“Oh really? Who?†“Cloud Strife.†At this, Riku burst out in hysterical laughter. Xemnas shot him an angry look. “What do you find so funny?†He asked, his tone furious. Riku wiped tears from his eyes, and looked up at Xemnas, still smiling. “Cloud? Oh come on, Xemnas! Cloud is like, the emo-est guy in all of Kingdom Hearts! Who’d get married to him?†Riku said. “Well…from what he’s told me, a crazed Cloud-Fan girl forced him to propose to her. So…now they’re getting married.†Xemnas said. “Forced to propose?†Riku said with a smirk. Xemnas shrugged his shoulders. “I don’t know.†He said. Riku crossed his arms again. “So let me get this straight.†He said. “Cloud Strife, a.k.a. the most emo guy in all of Kingdom Hearts, who just happens to wield a very large and very dangerous butcher knife-type weapon got forced to propose to a crazy Cloud-Fan girl, and he didn’t put up a fight?†Xemnas nodded. “That’s about right.†Riku rolled his eyes. “What kind of smoof is that?†Xemnas rolled his eyes as well and continued to scratch on his clipboard. “Well, I’m not surprised. We live in a world where a duck with an annoying voice, an overly tall dog with an annoying laugh, and a 14 year old boy who’s insanely immature go around killing black darkness things, white stretchy soul things, and people with no hearts but can still exist with an oversized key. Quite frankly, nothing surprises me anymore, considering that everything makes no sense whatsoever.†Riku nodded slowly. He had a point there. “So, where’s everybody else of the Organization?†Riku asked. Xemnas didn’t look up from what he was writing. “They all are helping out with the wedding.†He replied. “Who’s doing what?†Xemnas tapped his pencil on his chin, looking up. “Well, lets see… I’m organizing the wedding… Xigbar is the head of security for the wedding… Xaldin is handing décor… Vexen will be the minister and give the service… Lexaeus will be taking coats… Zexion is handling the guest book… Saix is setting up the reception room… Axel is cooking the food for the reception… Demyx is handling the music… Luxord is seating the guests… Marluxia insisted on handling the flower arrangements… Larxene is being difficult… And Roxas is taking care of the cake.†Riku nodded, smiling, trying to hold back a laugh building up in him. “Ok hen, I should let you get back to planning. I’ll see you at the wedding!†he said, before walking off. Xemnas nodded and went back to marking on his clipboard. Riku, once away from Xemnas, started to chuckle uncontrollably. This…was DEFINITELY going to be interesting…

The 14th Key ~ Chapter 15 LAST CHAPTER!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE LAST CHAPTER!!!! *cries hysterically* Ok, before I post it... *gets a chrous of 'boos'* Oh come on people it won't be that long! I'd just like to say thanks sooooo much for reading :) (And suffering through all of my dreaded cliffhangers :D) You guys all are the reason I keep writing, so thank you! :D I hope you had as much fun reading this as I did writing it! Now, ON TO CHAPTER 15!!! *everyone claps* ~Chapter 15~ Xed looked at the ground, and smiled. She shook her head lightly, and then looked up at Xemnas. “I’m sorry, but I can’t stay.†The room grew quieter, hanging with slight disappointment. Xed frowned, feeling Roxas’ expression of sadness next to her. “You see,†she started, “I’m…looking for someone, and I’m looking for something as well.†She smiled weakly. “I’m sorry…†Xemnas nodded, and did something no one sees him do. Xemnas…smiled. Small, but definitely a smile. “I understand.†He said. Xed smiled back. Demyx smiled and stood up. “Ya know, Xed,†he said, putting an arm around her shoulder, “We’re all gonna miss you.†Xed smiled. “Yeah, even Larxene!†Marluxia said. She scowled. “Will not…†she retorted. Lexaeus rolled his eyes. “Honestly Larxene, you’re not going to miss Xed?†“Nope.†“Not even a little bit?†Axel asked. She shook her head. “No way.†Larxene looked over at Xed, who seemed just a bit hurt by her words. Larxene sighed and rolled her eyes. “Maybe I’ll miss her a little…†Demyx cracked a smile. “Wow! Really?†he asked. She scowled more and nodded. Xigbar smiled. “Awww…Larxene’s a softie!†he said. She shot a death glare at him. “You’re not going to think I’m a softie when I take my Kunai and stick it up your—“ “When are you leaving?†Zexion asked, quickly changing the subject. Xed thought for a moment. “Tomorrow afternoon.†She said. He nodded. “Are you going to come back and visit?†Luxord asked. Xed nodded her head enthusiastically. “Of course!†she said. “I don’t know when, but I’ll definitely come back.†“Well.†Xemnas said, crossing his arms. “I believe this has been enough excitement for one day. I suppose we all get some sleep.†There were nods in agreement, and the crowd of Nobodies broke apart to get sleep. Roxas, Axel, Demyx, and Xed stayed where they were. Xed stood up. “Well, I’ve got one more thing to do before I leave tomorrow.†She said. “Goodnight guys.†She walked off downstairs towards the Workshop. “Night.†The three Nobodies chorused after. After she was gone, Axel looked over at Roxas. “So, you gonna tell her?†Roxas gave him a confused look. “Tell her what?†“You know,†Demyx said, lowering his voice, “that you like her.†Roxas seemed surprised. “I don’t like her!†he said, crossing his arms. Axel rolled his eyes. “Uh-huh, sure you don’t.†he said. Demyx put his hands on his hips. “You heard Xed—she doesn’t know when she’s going to come back. After she leaves today, there’s a possibility that she’ll never be back.†He said. Roxas turned away from them. He hadn’t realized that. Axel sighed. “Roxas, what you do is what you want. But, if you really cared for Xed…†he started, before turning around and walking off towards the stairs. He turned back around to face Roxas. “You’d let her know.†Axel then turned back around and walked up the stairs. Demyx walked up after him. “Night Roxas!†he called, stomping up the steps. Roxas sat back down on the sofa. He hadn’t realized that… +++ Roxas lay awake in his bed, Demyx’s and Axel’s word buzzing around in his head. “You heard Xed—she doesn’t know when she’s going to come back…†Roxas sighed. “…After she leaves today, there’s a possibility that she’ll never be back.†He turned over to his side. Should he tell her? “Roxas, what you do is what you want. But, if you really cared for Xed…†He, without a doubt, liked Xed. A lot. And he wanted to tell her. But…what if she doesn’t like me back? “You’d let her know.†But after today…she’d be gone. For who knows how long? And he’d then be wondering if she had liked him, what she’d say when he told her he liked her, until she came back again…if she came back… Roxas closed his eyes and nodded. He knew what he’d do. He’d tell her. +++ Roxas woke up early the next morning, around 8:00 a.m., so he could talk with Xed alone. He walked down the stairs towards the Weapons Workshop. He stood in front of the door and took a breath. He knocked on the door twice. No answer. “Xed?†Roxas said quietly, careful not to wake her if she was sleeping. He turned the knob and opened the door a crack and looked in. She wasn’t there, but the room looked…different… He opened the door all the way and walked in. He looked around and realized why the room had looked so different. All of Xed’s belongings—her sketchpads, her cases of Keychains, everything—was gone. He looked around more, and eyed a note taped to her desk. He picked it up and started to read: ‘Dear Roxas, If you are reading this, then I’m gone. I…left earlier this morning, when no one was awake.’ Roxas could feel his heart drop…if he had one… ‘I’m sorry…I just hate long goodbyes. Especially sad ones. And trust me, this would’ve been a sad one. I addressed this note to you, Roxas, because I had a feeling that you’d be the one to read it. I hope you are the one to read it. Let everyone know I’m sorry for leaving, and that I’ll come back some day. I promise.’ Roxas smiled slightly. Her promise made him feel better. ‘I put everyone’s new weapons in the kitchen, if you haven’t noticed yet. Tell Vexen to take it easy on those experiments of his, okay?’ Roxas chuckled. ‘Let everyone know that I miss them terribly already.’ Roxas nodded. Her missed her already, too. ‘Well, be seeing ya. Dream on, Xedramon (a.k.a – Xed) (P.S. – Roxas, I have a surprise for you as well in the kitchen)’ Roxas cocked his head. What surprise? +++ Roxas ran downstairs into the kitchen. He stopped suddenly at the sight before his eyes. “Woah…†he breathed. Sitting in each of the 13 chairs (except for Roxas’, Xemnas’, Zexion’s, Larxene’s, and Luxord’s) set up around the kitchen table, was a new, shiny weapon. They looked liked their old ones, but much more advanced. And dangerous. Roxas smiled. Xigbar would definitely like that. Roxas sighed unhappily. He never got a chance to tell her that he liked her. But she promised she’d come back. And he believed her. Roxas went over to his own seat to sit down. He pulled out the chair and almost sat down when he realized there was something in his chair. A small, white box. Roxas picked it up and sat down. Was this the surprise? He opened the lid of the box, and gasped softly. There was a Keychain inside…the Devoted Hearts one! He picked it up and looked at it, admiring it. He then saw another note at the bottom of the box. He picked it up and read it. He smiled. And felt something he hadn’t felt before… ‘To Roxas— From my Heart to Yours: A Keyblade truly worthy, Of such a Devoted Heart.’ ~~~~~~~ THE END!!!!!! (I hope you enjoyed it!!!)
