Xardius looked up at Vecked. "Then don't. I don't really care what you do, Vecked. If you don't want to help him, that's fine with me." He stood up and walked around Vecked, and leaned towards Skinnar. "My offer stands, Skinnar. I don't like you, and I know you don't like me, but..." He shook his head. "I owe you. So...I'm going to be destroying the Brotherhood. They're the U.O.'s ally. You capture me, you're the hero." He straightened. "I'm going to go check on the techies." Xardius stalked off, hands in pockets. OOC: It makes me really wonder what Xardius is up to; I only just thought of this, so I haven't gotten around to thinking about his motive yet...XD FYI, I have the Prologue and Chapter One written in the UO. I'm in the process of editing them right now, and I'm starting Chapter Two. Prologue: Fragment Darius meets this old farmer named Dan, saves him from a Shadow (Heartless) and heads to Dark City; some time in the future, Dan meets Darius again, this time sick and feverish from a gut wound, and has a friend treat him. The doctor realizes Darius isn't human (you know, he's a Nobody or Lost One), and asks for the story. So Darius begins his monologue... Pretty much completely edited, just need to touch up and it'll be perfect (in a manner of speaking). Chapter 1: Home Focuses on Darxess, who has brought the group of Lost Ones (Nobodies) to Dark City and the castle there, which is his old home. Wing is there, but leaves to gather supplies. I give a VERY detailed explanation of Shadows and Lost Ones here, and the Knights as well. But it's not edited yet. Chapter 2: Framework This will be the main meeting that began the Ultimate Organization, but it will have a different twist on it. The members will begin training to fight the Knights. Large introduction of the beginning members, who will have more of a role, I'm hoping. I haven't thought of a name for Chapter 3 yet, but I will soon. It will be about the first battle with the Knights. So yeah, that's that. If you want to read what I've got so far, PM me and I'll send it to you.
We just got done with AP Test week; I took a few days off voluntarily. You should probably do that too (one of those "mental health days", XD),...
"The only thing I can think of other than that," Xardius said after a moment. "Would be to use us as the bad guys. We already are..." He smiled slowly. "I don't mind being the victim for once...Skinnar, if you take the Ultimate Organization out, what will that do for your situation?"
Xardius sat down on the ground. "OK, well I kind of figured it wouldn't be that easy. Luckily enough, your contract with the Brotherhood is just that...with 'the Brotherhood.' That means individuals like Scourge or Wirdikov aren't necessarily allied with the U.O. Scourge isn't the Brotherhood, and neither are any of the other members." "It's a loophole you can exploit nicely. Prove that Scourge or other members aren't acting in the interest of the U.O., and the plan still works." Xardius folded his arms. "That's my plan. The best thing is, the Ultimate Organization aren't the heroes this time. You are, Skinnar. You don't even have to mention us. We stay bad guys." He grinned. "But hey, if you have another plan, go ahead and throw it out. I'm sure you can come up with something better."
Xardius thought. He thought hard. "I don't suppose you know the Gran Aigo personally, else you wouldn't have to worry about him arresting or killing you..." He sighed. "OK, I think I know a way you can get out of this with your head and your family's intact. It will require a bit of personal risk on your part, but..." He leaned forward, shifting on his feet. "We're going to crack the Brotherhood like an empty shell, Skinnar. There's plenty of proof that the Brotherhood doesn't have the Sora System's best intentions in mind. If I can get you evidence that the Brotherhood is planning to strike against the Sora System, will you go with us to take them out?" "I only ask this because if you do, and it looks like the Sora System is in trouble, you'll end up a hero; you'll have saved the Sora System, and in that hero washout, you can get rid of your blackmailers." Xardius folded his arms. "What do you think? You might need to revise my idea a little. I'm not really a political genius..."

OOC: YES! Homework over with! BIC: Xardius rubbed his temples. "You guys keep working," he said unnecessarily, walking outside. Seeing Skinnar and Vecked and Xane all doing interrogation things, Xardius frowned. "Great, he's still around," Xardius grumbled. Hearing the last bit, Xardius walked up. "Skinnar, why don't you just pull the plug on them? Honestly, you fire them through some legitimate reason, have witnesses and the whole shibang, and anything they throw at you, you can shove off as disgruntled workers trying to backstab you."
OOC: Sorry I've been gone; I've been busy with homework and studying; it's the AP Testing week, so a lot of teachers are pushing deadlines up. (They don't want to be there any more than the students do...) It's a sorry mess...

OOC: Plot movement...after so long... BIC: Xardius went back to watching the mechanics work, but he soon fell asleep too. Though he didn't snore.
Xardius looked back over his shoulder at Skinnar and Vecked. "One day, I'd like to show you two what power really is." Then he was gone, walking inside the building and out of sight. OOC: Probably going to the bathroom. Characters have to some time, right?
Xardius sighed. "Skinnar...Why don't you just ask us? The Ultimate Organization? We'll fill in for the Virus..." He held up a hand. "I have three reasons why..." "One, you've already proved that you can't hang onto the Virus," Xardius said. "Not to be rude or anything, but you've had it stolen several times. Two, we've defeated the Virus in battle. That means we have more raw power than the Virus does. And three, you won't have to worry about us trying to kill you. The Virus will take any opportunity it can get to strike back at its captors, and if your control slips for one moment, you'll die." He dropped his hand. "You don't have to make the decision right now... But we can be that power you need." Xardius shrugged and started walking off. OOC: Started so if Skinnar wants to reply...
"Skinnar, wait a second," Xardius said, finally moving and walking forward. "You're telling me you only want the Virus to ensure the safety of the Sora system?"
Xardius decided he'd stay out of the conversation, but leaned back against a wall anyway, keeping an eye on the battleship. OOC: We're #1 under "The Ultimate Organization", FYI.
OOC: I guess tomorrow... EDIT: I think the search also depends on whether or not you add "the" to the search. Such as "The Ultimate Organization" or just "ultimate organization". It's down to number 2 w/the "the", and four for no "the."
