OOC: You seem a little put out... BIC: Xardius nodded. "I'm pretty sure it's that Mordeth fellow...it smells like rotting corpses." He sighed. "I guess it's no surprise I didn't kill him...but I didn't expect him to try again." "Maybe we can wring some information from him, though," Xardius said. "Like where to land. We don't want to get in there and plop down in Scourge's lap. Detection thingie or not." EDIT OOC: (for Hidden's later post) Yeah, they killed my videos too. I think the only thing to do would be to email the band or something and ask permission to put the song on the video.
OOC: I'd gone to another site; so long as you don't exit out of the internet for a while, it will keep you online as if you're just sitting there. Where were we in the plot again? About to be attacked by Mordeth? Asking Saak to get some engineers so we could make this thing that you were talking about? BIC: Xardius sniffed the air, and frowned. "I think we're going to have company..."
OOC: ARE YOU KIDDING ME!? Man, I am sorry Pirate, I didn't expect you on until MUCH later... I'm doing OK...
OOC: Yes, all my videos are crapped up too. I think if you remix them enough so it's unrecognizable, the music should be OK, however.
OOC: Well, tonight it is. I'll wait around for a looooooong time tonight.
OOC: I'm too short to fly a plane...XD. I wish luck to your brother, Wing!
OOC: I'll check back later tonight then...Hmm, and I'll have plot.
OOC: Yeah, that'd be great! You can PM or email me; whichever's easier; I'll try to reply with a reviewed and edited version (highlights or italics) for you. I've gotten the prologue completely finished for the UO's second book (since I don't have the script for the first book). It's undergoing intense revision. And get your rest Wing! Else you'll start looking like me w/those creepy black eyes from sleep deprivation.
OOC: Hence my mashing of submit private message worked. EDIT: For when people get on, I'm planning on doing the Mordeth battle TODAY. And Nulix, Xardius asked Saak if he would contact some engineers in case you missed that. EDIT 2: Erm, actually, I won't be able to be on tonight. Sorry. Mordeth tomorrow if you guys get online.
OOC: That's fine. Where is Nulix...............
OOC: Yeah, I'm thinking when Nulix gets on we'll fight Mordeth. He needs to get out of people's hair. And it might start some other things....
Mordeth sat watching the UO with a tight smile in place. Soon... *** Xardius suddenly had an itch on his shoulder blades. "Probably watching us, right now," he joked, looking around, laughing a little.
Xardius clapped his hands. "Great. Saak, can you get a hold of those engineers?" OOC: Well, yesterday was very productive, I must say. I hope we get something like it today... EDIT: I might be a little in and out; just a heads up.
Xardius scratched his chin. "This could be promising. What do we have?"
"It might be some sort of honor code they took," Xardius chuckled. "They don't fight together unless they want to...Zaxor and Trent seem to have been working together quite a bit." He shrugged. "A stealth mission would be nice, but how are we going to get in and out without the Brotherhood knowing? I know I can set a ward that will notify me if a bug comes close, let alone one of us. I just don't think it's going to happen."
"The Brotherhood hasn't really been a bother lately, except for that stinky Mordeth," Xardius said. "Other than we know they're allied with the U.O, I haven't heard anything about any of their activities."
"...I don't think we'll just be able to waltz in and out like an open door," Xardius said after a moment. "I think if we go there...we won't be able to leave until it's over."
Xardius shook his head. "Well, that sounds better than splitting up, but it's still a bad idea. Haven't you been listening? We have not succeeded in killing a single Brotherhood member despite countless battles with them, and you're suggesting going in and killing at least six members who have been preparing for us to come and fight them for the past three months? And then go beat the Virus within the next few days?" He sighed. "It sounds ridiculous. It is ridiculous. You can try it if you want. But I'm not going to. We focus on one thing at a time. Either we hold off the Virus attack, which will screw up the U.O if we don't tell them, or we wait for a week to fight the Virus, then go fight the Brotherhood after."
Xardius nodded in agreement to both Xane and Vecked. "So perhaps closer to ten members, then," he mused. "If we really want to split up to take the Virus and the Brotherhood at the same time, who's going to take out the Virus?"
Xardius shrugged. "I suspect there will be at least six remaining Brotherhood members we'll have to fight once we get there, not including Scourge." He counted them off on his fingers. "Enigma, Eclipse, Wirdikov, Trent, Kardas, and Zaxor. I don't believe we'll have to fight Mordeth...not after what I did to him...or Marlene and any others who might be out there. We never really got a complete list. There could be members we don't know about. Oh, there is Raijin, but I don't know if he'll be a problem."
