I don't have any idea. Where's it from?
*balls up fist and looks angry* Don't. Use. Automatic. Translators. EVAR!!!! "Son, I have finally found you!" the father yelled out as he realized ahead of the corridor (lolwut?). When he reached out for him, he pulled open the door. He laid out his son. He is dead.
*throws a science text book at Dreadnought* 1. Quite a few billion years. 2. When that happens, scientists have calculated that will be only SIX collisions, and none are our sun. 3. Earth will be destroyed when the sun enters the red giant stage, become larger and smothering the inner planets. This will happen in 5 billions, way before the Andromeda collision.
*ahem* Baka-NA Onee-san. And... 「入る前に、打ん殴ってください」
I say no, because both are still completely intelligible between each other. In linguistics, the distinction between American English, British English, Australian English, etc. is what's a dialect. A dialect is a form of a language that is still completely understandable to speakers of another dialect, yet different to other dialects. These differences can range from phonological to grammatical and even semantic. It's not a sub-language, but a dialect to English. ... Linguistics is my cup of tea, if you haven't noticed. ^^
There is a 1 in 45,000 chance it will hit us according to NASA. I'm not holding my breath.
Yes, but I'm also entitled to an opinion to your opinion. You used the Bible as a source to justify it. The Bible, and religion in general, has been used to justify countless atrocities. Yes, there is a difference in us, Homo sapiens sapiens, and other animals, not by divine decree, but DNA and brain functions. Another reason why this story is causing such a stir, is that it was a dog, "man's best friend." It is an animal that most of us can show sympathy for, because many of us have pets and would be horrified to no end if it happened to their's. EDIT: Saki, that's besides the point. Yes, I am a mere human, and as such, I put the life of other humans above those of less intelligent animals. However, I am also a animal lover (to an extent), so I cannot ignore treatment of animals like this. Yes, there are atrocities being done to humans far worse than this, no one is denying that. I will not, however, ignore "man's best friend." I'll deal with the human atrocities first, though, as I see that as more important.
Which means evil in Japanese. Ore-ga sore-wo shi-tteru-n-da.
It was AWESOME!! In my Top 10, but unfortunately, not #1. That title goes to the (almost literal) God of anime: Suzumiya Haruhi.
Let's change some words, shall we? "That is an outstanding piece of art. I'm glad to see that artists are branching out from traditional mediums and experimenting like this. Guys, it's just a person. There are 6 billions of them all over the world. And if he does this again, it's just one OTHER person. If the guy wanted to express something, it's art. Accept that and move on." Sicko. While I'm all in favor of the abolishment of animal cruelty, I'm not a tree hugger, and I believe in euthanasia (terminal and incurable illness and injuries only. If you must die, it should at least be quick and painless rather than long and gruesome). But, that's besides the point. This is not "art." Yes, art can be about the pain and suffering of others, but the artist should not cause the suffering. People like this make me hope there is a Hell. BTW, Repliku, Christmas is "Navidad." Close, but no cigar.
え?どう言う意味だよ、それ? Huh? What do you mean by that?

I'm not asking them separately. I'm asking all religious people, "What if you're wasting your time?" The identity of the God is not important. Perhaps I should change the God/Allah thing to Jesus/Mohamed? Or Jesus/Allah, since Mohamed is not in the same position as Jesus.
This is true, but, umm... what does this have to do with the debate?
