We're doing a great job at teamwork, I see, with everyone cooperating. Whoops, this isn't as cool. I have trouble picturing it... besides, it'll go against Rin's principles to meddle in Disney Castle affairs, unless she's originary from there. Which would be weird! I never siad she was scared. But she must moderate her travels, since her principles require that she stay out of other world's affairs. Putting together all our ideas concerning Rin, her'es a suggestion : She comes from Highnoon Hamlet. She has past connections with Turpis and Oriens, and still teams up with Oriens. She recently started visiting DI to watch the sunsets, because she can't do so on her world. Kairi sees her at some point in the game, before the Heartless and Desouls come. It can be a brief shot, but I don't knoe when. Anyway, Kairi fights the Desouls, and then Rin and Oriens show up. Then they talk and Kairi leaves DI. That's one of my concerns. But we have an alternative. Pezz said that Rin isn't TOO protective of the World Order, and I fully agree. Like I said, she can also dream of seeing new places, or just be curious. Therefore, she doesn't need someone to convince her of travelling throughout the worlds. Or even better : Previously, she was a hard-core believer that she should not travel, but changed over time, because Oriens and Turpis. She understood that she can leave her homeland without meddling in other worlds, by staying hidden. Now that SRK are on the road and Desouls are a growing threat, she moves from world to world, like all Keybladers. Her objective is to ensure that each world's Order is respected. So, if she stumbles upon Eclipse trying to explode a planet, she'll try to stop her, without ever interfering with the world's population. If she encounters Sora and notices he already knows half the world's people, she'll scold him for not keeping a low profile. If she encounters Turpis, she'll keep an eye on him, because she doesn't trust him, considering he left her and Oriens. Also, she teams up with Oriens, but also travels on her own. She can't follow him everywhere. Lastly, Oriens must've trained Rin at some point, and Turpis did so as well. This makes it interesting, since Rin has abilities learned from Hope and from Corruption. She's the youngest of the new Keybladers, whereas Oriens and Turpis are the two oldest. It's a pretty good teaching environment.
Yes, the Thread Review has always been there. I was suprised when I saw it too. Ok, your argumnets are pretty solid, so I agree with having Rin know other Keybladers. Oriens of course, because they are the "goodest", and therefore Turpis as well. Where does Rin come from, er... let's leave that for later. Still, we need a reason explaining why she was on Destiny Islands when she met Kairi, and when she meets Riku (the scene I'm thinking of right now). And actually, I thought she would be on GOOD terms with Riku. We already decided she will disagree with Sora. Rememebr, Riku's not meddling. In his story, he will always be the last of the SRK group to involve himself in the world's affairs, assuming he actually does openly. No, the "don't meddle" law isn't from Disney Castle. King Triton was aware of it, for example. Alladdin understood without much problems that he can't follow Sora, etc. Interesting thing you point out with Turpis unwilling to actually kill Oriens. Finally, about their objectives. Blaze first. Wasn't it him who despises the power of Darkness he holds? Therefore, his actions should be concentrated on either finishing off the Heartless, or maybe kill Maleficent. I say he seeks Maleficient. If he seeks to destroy the Heartless, than he shares Eclipse's vision. We can then have them meet, work together, and probably separate, since Eclipse is willing to also destroy the worlds. If not, I'd find it cool to have Maleficient being threathened. Sounds like somethign new ; she won't a big bad boss that annoys you until the very end. Now, Oriens. Since he's the oldest and most mature, and also represent Hope, he must have noble intentions. Oh, I know! Pezz already thought of it. He wants to train Kairi in shcieving her full potential. And, upon learning about the Desouls, he'll instantly figure out Kairi, being a pure Heart, plays a large role. In the end, when Kairi will have to purify the corrupted Kingdom Hearts, the others will know he had been right. Unfortunately, he won't be around to see his efforts rewarded. As for Rin, I already thought of her wanting to live a peaceful life, but that's kinda boring. Especially when you're a Keyblader. Now, I realise that Rin is the youngest. I agree with your age order, btw. We all had about the same age ideas. If Rin is young, then she must be also somewhat curious and adventurous. Her rulebook prevents her from going aroudn the worlds, meddling... but she can just travel and have as much fun as she can, without meddling. That would explain why she was on Destiny Islands too. Actually, I imagined her coming to DI to watch the sunrise/set from the small island. Since she restrained herself so much with not meddling and everything, since years, then she can actually like seeing new worlds, since she did so very few times. Random Thought : Why do I always end up having Rin be exactly like a female version of Riku??? He too wanted to visit new places. Well anyway, I pictured her meeting Riku on that island with the paopu tree. Of course, her habit of coming there must be recent, otherwise she would've bumped into SRK. Anyway, Riku was to mutter that he's happy he can always come back to his favorite spot in the universe, and then Rin, out of nowhere, will say that she too likes this place. But in the end, they'll just chat for a little while, agreeing that seeing worlds is cool, but meddling is bad. Riku would not know she's a Keyblader just yet, but Kairi's story will make the players know otherwise (gameplay element, ooooooooooh). Rin, on the other hand, will know about Riku. I dunno how yet. But talking with him will convince her of travelling more, because the universe is in danger, and she can definitely make exceptions now. Okay, got carried away. Yeah, lilbueno, not that I like censorship, but your comment is a bit harsh... I think that for the characters, we're making a bit too many connections. Oriens and Turpis knew each other? Ok. But remember that they came out of hidings, and that they haven't appeared earlier. Also, thye have different ideas. Rin is a tough girl, and she sticks to her rules, so much that she will have to choose between opposing SRK or aiding themI don't really see her hangig around Turpis. OR, if she did, then she would've left before being close enough to feel betrayed. Now that I think about it, our Keybladers come from different worlds, don't they? Isn't Rin from Destiny Islands? What about the rest? They definitely have, each one of them, the power to travel through the worlds, but that doesn't mean they'll use it non-stop. Rin, for example (I really started developing her character in my mind), doesn't want to meddle, and will thus NOT use her power to travel. Speaking of which, I thought about a scene where Rin meets Riku. It must happen very early in the game, because this would be the scene that convinces Rin to use her powers and explore the worlds, as long as she doens't meddle. This means tht Riku's second world must be Destiny Islands. It does make sense that Riku returns to Destiny Islands, because after meeting Blaze, and, later on, Leon's gang, he'll be worried about Kairi. And what about Sora? Well, what about having him also go back to Destiny Islands as a second world? Someone mentionned that the charactrs must eventually meet in groups of 2 a few times. It makes complete sense that Sora and Riku return home to warn Kairi about the danger they learned, and find out she left on her adventure. It will also make them NOT look for each other, since they decide they must continue separately.

I think my lowest was 46 or so. My best, however, was at level 49, without any items/equipment/armor/support abilities. Also, in KH2FM, being a low level apparently doesn't change anything. Like, being anything lower than 80 is the same as being Level 1, stats-wise O.O . Stat restrictions, I presume.
IF, and only IF we keep it story based. If that means dropping all of the gameplay ideas, then we msut know it as soon as possible.

I started putting up our artwork in the Wiki, thus also randomly rereading ranodm posts in our Threads. Wow. We've come a long way! I would also like, however, that we discuss about copyright issues. The "Make up the story" Thread is the place where we started talking about copyright, so our discussion is there, on the last posts. I suggested we contact a moderator and ask if he/she can help us know what not to do. A random moderator might not know anything, but someone like, say, the website onwer must have some extensive copyright knowledge.
If your parents saw you being depressed, and heard that your boyfriend did such a thing to you, then it's not very suprising that they act this way. Likely they now consider your ex as a freak, and therefore have decided to put their authority to good use. I'd venture to say that they noticed you didn't "solve the problem" yourself. Therfore, they want to make you forget about him, thus helping you in the long run. As for screaming to you and calling you a whore, well, I have no good explanation. Both me and some of my friends have parents that sometimes think insulting us is the way to go. And about your ex. He ignores you? And runs away everytime you approach him? A thing like this, although not as serious, already happened to me too. A distant friend of mine was extremely depressed because her ex moved away. After cheering her up, we became close friends, but not lovers or anything. Yet a few months later, her ex moved back into town, and she actually decided to ignore me... because I came in her life only because her ex had left. Now that he was back, she was happy again, and rejected me. I got over it, but I still can't believe such thing happened, even today. She was really stupid. The reason I'm telling you this, is because much later, a year or so, the girl realised that she had acted like a heartless weirdo. And she came to ask me for forgiveness. This proves that, even if something compeltely unexpected happen, people can change back. I'm not saying you should wait a year and see if your ex changes. He might, but don't waste your life waiting. As I said in my last post, trying to communicate would be what I'd do... but if you say it doesn't work, I don't know how to help. I too tried communicating with that girl when she started ignoring me, but it didn't work for me either. All I can think of now is to come to terms with your parents. Tell them honestly that you are going through a rough phase, and that you need their love and support. If and when they start yelling at you because you still miss your ex, remind them that the events happened recently, and you can't change your feelings this fast. Maybe your ex was hearltess enough to do so, but you obviously aren't.
Okay, we have no choice but to be wise or regret it. I say we ask a moderator for help. If we already crossed the line, then we muct know what are the fields we cannot touch, and stay out of them. And that must be made ASAP, before we go into so much detail that we would have wasted hours of our lives. I had the instinct to put a disclaimer on the Wiki already, but I'll expand that idea. All pages should have one, and it needs to mention we won't do the game. Lilbueno seemed interested in the idea, and I guess we would all like to really make a game, but it can't be done. As fast as I'd like to act, I prefer having all of your accord first. My idea of contacting a moderator isn't necessarily the best, so if you can think of something, say it.
Ok, so we have detailed a lot of things about the Keybladers. Eclipse becomes insane, and has her diairies discovered by Riku. Therefore, Riku will try to bring her back into sanity, but to no avail. So we'll need to decided : What happnes to Eclipse? Does she die, or comes to her senses? Turpis is pretty much a younger masculine version of Maleficent. Maybe her son O.O . He could be somwhow related to her though, which will once agian concern Riku. I repeat, if Turpis got the Emblem Desouls created, then he must be incredibly resourceful. He shouldn't go down easily, and he can definitely afford anything. Orines is now the oldest one? I'm okay with that, but how old should the Keybladers be? I pictured them being teenagers, like SRK, but does veryone else share that vision? Anything is justifiable when it comes to their ages. For example, we could say that Rin and Oriens are more mature, and are thus older. So we can decide anything. I personally prefer them being as ols as Sora and co. I think their age order will be, from youngest to oldest : Rin, Turpis, Eclipse, Oriens. And then Myst of course, but we all know he's older. You guys talked a lot about cahracters, and it's difficult to review everything. It sounded awesome, but evermore confusing, as we get more and more ideas. It'd be wise that we each make a chronological timeline for our character. Now, about making this game. I'm not cool with that, at least not until an eventual KH3 is released. Unless we get Nomura to allow us to make a non-canonical game, which I highly doubt, we'd be in copyright trouble big time. These days, companies like to push the "take legal action" button when they're not sure what's going on. We can't make a fan fiction either ; the story itself is one, but we thought of too many gameplay elements. I'm surprised that Pezz says making a game can be illegal even if you keep it for yourself. Come on, many people make games for themselves, so maybe a good part of us are actually copyright-infringing beasts. And yeah, we can't convert this project into something else. We'd not only need to rewrite everything and remake concepts, but it'll also be an independent project, and we'd abandon KH-Vids for this. All this adds up into a tremendous amount of work and time spent. We just don't have a solid foundation to build a game ; even assuming all KH fans absolutely aodre our ideas and storyline. Well, that's a bit depressing. I'm not sure what we should do. I already thought of many games in my head, that will never be made... but that's my head. Here, we get people involved and everything. I don't mind continuing this project even if it forever remains at the design stage. Opinions? We need to think carefully here.
I'll give my opinion, which isn't a promise that everything will be solved, but at least I would've tried to help. I don't know all the story, but it's obvious you didn't get treated fairly. Unfortunately, life isn't always fair. People often say to "keep fighting on" and never give up, but fighting back is easier said than done. Especially when it is your loved ones that betray you. It will certainly be hard, but you must try to fight on. You said you don't want your ex to be hurt, that his new girlfriend doesn't respect him, and so on. Then, don't let them see you downed and hopeless. Your boyfriend CAN'T just suddenly change his feelings, from love to hate. Likely that's nothing more than his new girlfirend's influence. Who knows what she said about you. My point is, if you're coming to school with tears in your eyes and red marks on your skin, he'll never see you as desirable. Be strong, and see what made him change. Talk to his mom ; if she can help, very well, if she can't, then so be it. You say you are sure you are the mistake of the relationship. I doubt it. Even if I don't know who you are, I don't think you are responislbe for everything : If you did something so horrible that even your boyfriend started hating you overnight, then you know what it is. There's nothing you could've done that's SO bad, but that you don't know. Since you didn't mention anything like that, then you aren't responsible for your suffering. Don't just "get over him" instantly ; if you cared so much about him, you can't just forget him and move on, like many people say. At least, not so quickly. That's why I suggest finding out what's going on... The one thing I can say is to try to talk with him. Don't fear facing him! If he changed recently, then now's the time to act and see what's going on. Ask him honestly why he changed his feelings like this. Don't insult him, but don't back off, either. And whatever happens, don't let shyness or fear overtake you. He's your ex, and he doesn't treat you like he should. If you don't find it fair, then ask for answers. If my opinion helps, very well, if it doesn't, then so be it.
Sorry lilbueno, didn't comment on your Keyblades too much. I especially like C, E and F. The C looks quite awesome and original, bringing a new concept. Looks like a death Keyblade. The E is nicely done, but the handle really needs refining. The rest of it looks pretty evil/desoul-ish. The F one has a nice symbolic with the anarchy signs, and still looks dangerous. The A could work. What is your replace one of the baldes by a perpendicular decoration, that makes it look like a Key with two different tips? The B doesn't look like a Key... needs refining. Not sure how, though. The D is simple in design, and just by looking at it, you don't really know what it's supposed to be. At best, you see the negative space heart.
Bankai... that got me confused a little. You mean your idea of having different "forms" to a Keyblade? I tried looking Bankai up, and reread that Post where you mentionned it, but all I get is some anchor-looking weapon. I didn't see many Bleach episodes...
Your backstory about Turpis and Xehnaort works very well. I like the idea of Xehanort adapting Turpis' machine to produce a Desoul world instead of a person. Since the world is imperfect itself, it's not necessarily impossible. Eclipse as a gothic emo? That's... somewhat close to what I imagined too, lol. Let's think of KH fans, however. Let's not make Eclipse TOO emo ; she'll be bad influence and get our game a M-rating :D As for Rin, I've been thinking and visualising things. Most notably, I borrowed some aspects from characters in other storyies I've got in my head. Now I've got quite some ideas on her hair, clothing, personality, objectives, etc. I need to choose what sounds best and then make an attempt at a backstory. I also wanted to draw her, but I didn't do it yet. I have some talent at some artistic drawings, but drawing people isn't my thing. I'll give it a try, but probably not make anything too impressive, nor actually draw her face. I've been having some issues with her Keyblade. It can't be held straight, because it's a whip. Therefore, it will be hard for Rin to partake in a scene such as the one just before the final battle in KH2 (where Sora, Riku and Mickey hold their Keyblades to open that door). If not, we could make it a whip-sword. Cool, and not too widely used, as far as I know.

lilbueno, good ideas with the symbols and negative space. This is something we could use. My design for Blaze's Keyblade could perhaps usea negative space for the actual "key part" (the thing that makes a Keyblade different compared to a plain stick, like WTTD's blue-ish wing). Does anyone know a symbol for Order? I remade the hitting part of Rin's Keyblade (didn't scan it though), but now I'm interested by negative space. Now, about the story. First, Turpis being te creator of Emblem Desouls. He needs a backstory for that. You started one, lilbueno, so you could make it real, and explain why Turpis is so strong. If he created Emblem Desouls, he must be pretty ressourceful. You did mention something about Xehanort continuing Turpis' researhc, did you? About Blaze, controlling or not controlling Heartless... I'm neutral with that, but let's see something about it. Saix once said "The Heartless ally with whoever's strongest." This is the only thing I could think of off the bat ; hopefully it will help. Will a few Heartless see Blaze as strong enough to join him? Depends, once again, on his back story. Following Saix's words, the Heartless should technically go with Turpis rather than Blaze, since he's so powerful. But there still reamin enough Heartless for everybody :D. Btw, I think I got confused somewhere. About Emblem Desouls. What is the exact difference between a Pure and an Emblem? Is it that the Emblems are those who'se Will was consumed by other Desouls? Or is it those who'se Elements got scattered into other Bodies? Sorry, I know I know the answer, but I can't think of it, and the Wiki's FAQ didn't mention it... yet. We should put this question there, too.
