In regards to body change, I'd say Kairi. Her hair's changed, her body (particularly the upper area:D) changed, plus her clothes changed. Sora and Riku still sorta look the same physically.
Well I said that since Sora was out of comisson at this time, his KK went to Roxas since they were the same being.
This would be pretty cool, but if that certain someone is "dead" already, wouldn't this seem pretty weird.
Which basically means that Vexen WON'T appear in KH3. Or, at least not in the same manner as this one.

Well according to the ultimatum, Roxas was able to use the Oblivion and Oathkeeper keyblade during Sora's "nap" so I found it weird.
