The playstation.jp YouTube channel had earlier announced that Tetsuya Nomura would give his insight on Kingdom Hearts 3 as part of an ongoing series called "Conversations with Creators." Both the E3 and D23 Expo footage of the game can be found as Nomura discusses. Famitsu has posted a transcript of the video below, and hopefully an English translation will be found soon.

Today in Japan, the D23 Expo took place and the twitter feeds have been buzzing non-stop. aibo_ac7 has been giving frequent updates and offered all the good news the event had to offer. TSome unseen footage was shown of early Kingdom Hearts scenes from the series, but do to the policy on no cameras, nothing can be found as of yet. (Apparently, Sora had orange pants though!) A lot of laughs were had and good times all around, but one of the biggest scoops for worldwide fans, would be the confirmation of Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD! Like the 1.5 collection, it will feature HD remasters for the following three games; Kingdom Hearts 2 FINAL MIX, Birth by Sleep FINAL MIX, and Kingdom Hearts Re:coded. No release date yet, but it has been confirmed to be distributed in 2014 for the Playstation 3. according to the Playstation Blog. Well it's not really related here anyhow as Luke Karmali of IGN interviewed Hashimoto on the recently released; 1.5 HD collection and the currently in development; Kingdom Hearts 3. IGN has posted a small chunk of an interview with executive producer; Shinji Hashimoto. Hashimoto discusses the progress on Kingdom Hearts 3 and that to make it great, fans will have to wait a little longer, since both KH3 and Final Fantasy XV have the same director, The full interview will be posted later this week, but the pieces from the article can be read below.

The Kingdom Hearts Facebook page has updated with a new launch event at Downtown Disney in Anaheim, California. On Sunday, September 8th from Noon to 6pm, fans will have the opportunity to party, play, and purchase the collection a few days in advance. Sora's friends from Destiny Islands who we never really got to see get older. Now that they are back on the Island, I want to see what they look like and if they can help in battle in anyway, more similar to their final Fantasy counterparts. We only got to see Selphie return for Kingdom Hearts 2, but I'd like to see how the other two have aged. Thoughts?
