Yeah. That whole sequence is called the Night on Bald Mountain, named for the song that they made the sequence for.
There is one true Kingdom Hearts. The Heart of All Worlds that Ansem and Xehanort spoke of. This is where hearts released from destroyed heartless go, and where the hearts of worlds go after being unlocked and stormed by the Heartless. Xemnas and the Organization began collecting hearts separately from that Kingdom Hearts, and fused them together into an "artificial" Kingdom Hearts. Neither Kingdom Hearts is evil or holy. As Mickey said "The world is made of light and darkness. You can't have one without the other." Kingdom Hearts is made of both good and evil hearts, and all hearts have the capacity of both good and evil. It is impossible for it to be either one or the other. And the "Dark Destiny Islands" as you call it is not inside Kingdom Hearts. Sora and Riku fought the final battle against Xemnas in an absolute twilight space. It was not within Kingdom Hearts, but was rather a point directly between supreme darkness and supreme light. From here, they existed out of the point of extreme nothing, and ended up in the Realm of Darkness. It wasn't necessarily the dark version of Destiny Islands, just a world in the Realm of Darkness with a beach. Then, through the connection between Sora's and Kairi's hearts brought Kairi's letter to him. The connection opened the Door to Light - the opposite of the Door to Darkness - that led them from the Realm of Darkness back to their home in the Realm of Light. It is likely that Destiny Islands is close to the real Kingdom Hearts: the darkness just outside of Kingdom Hearts is what began to form Destiny Islands - not to mention that the name is Destiny Islands.
They never officially named Yen Sid in Fantasia, but that's his name. It's Disney lore. If you're a Disney nerd, you know these things. I'm sure someone was bored and wanted to name him, so they went and did a whole bunch of research into evil demon names and decided that Chernabog was similar to the demon they had in Fantasia so named him that. Otherwise, Chernabog was a real mythological creature/evil demon, and they based Night on Bald Mountain after that demon.
Xehanort's heartless was the only heartless to ever retain human form. Axel's heartless would likely be a Red Jazz or something to that effect. Any of the thousands upon thousands of heartless killed betwen the beginning of KH1 to the end of KHII could have been Axel's heartless.
I'm guessing that, since Riku's boat was missing (on the island) and that he never came back, that something must have happened to him in the storm. And when Namine screwed with Sora's memories in CoM, everyone on the islands forgot about Sora, so no one ever cared. When people began to remember Sora, they probably figured that he went with Riku and they both got lost/swept out to sea/killed during the storm. When they returned, I'm sure everyone thought it was some miracle that they ended up on their little raft, ended up in some foreign land across the seas, spent a year there, and somehow made it back.
It is possible that they live on, if conditions are right. Assuming that, between the times that they lost their hearts and that they were defeated, someone with a keyblade (or other spiritually powerful weapon - Leon's gunblade seems to release hearts as well) killed their unique heartless, and that their hearts went not to the true original Kingdom Hearts that the Heartless seek, but to the artificial Kingdom Hearts of The World that Never Was, then their heart would have been released and sent back to them. In this case, that person would be reborn. Which brings up an interesting topic, though. Where would they come back in? Their home world? Is there a designated world for the recreation of creatures of light, like End of the World is for Heartless and Twilight Town is for Nobodies? Personally, I would be happy if they were able to reobtain their hearts. I mean, they do deserve it. That's all that they were trying to do. The only wrong they committed in the entirety of their existence was play on the Keyblade Master's predictable behavior of killing every heartless within a thousand-mile radius. The only thing they can feel is the longing for their hearts. Obviously they are going to do whatever they can to take back their hearts, not caring those who get turned into Heartless in the crossfire (whose hearts would just be released again when Sora destroys them).

I think that their weapons come into existence when they become nobodies, and respond to their command. The weapon is sort of part of them.
As much as I love Nightmare, I'd have to say Space Paranoids version. Glowy. Not really a spoiler. If you haven't played the game by now, that's your fault.
Possible, but I don't think that the Organization would really want any kind of Sora information to get to Roxas if they could help it. And sticking a digital version of his somebody into the training would probably go against that rule.
If they have one, it will probably be something like in Roxas' story. It just shows the info that you need to know, without any real reason for being there other than gameplay help.

I swear, if High School Musical is so much as mentioned offhandedly in the rabble in the background of the game by an unnamed character before he gets mauled by heartless, I will personally kill Nomura. Now that that happy thought is done with... I'd say that Olympus and Halloween Town will make a return, and we can't have KH without Hollow Bastion. Other than that, I think we should just sit down for a bit and think about the other three games coming out first. Wait a bit for them to come out and maybe give us some more info before we start speculating.
Wow. Grammar, peeps, grammar. Light Meter actually sounds pretty likely. Roxas' power is Light, so it may be a meter leading up to a limit, special move, dual wield, etc. based on his power over light.
It would be nice, but I don't see how it would be possible. 358/2 Days is about the year during which Roxas is in the Organization while Sora is asleep. It could only end as either Riku capturing Roxas or Roxas coming up on Sora in the virtual Twilight Town. Considering that the Sora vs. Roxas battle took place near the end of KHII, and this game ends at the beginning of it, there isn't really a good chance that they'll meet anywhere during the game. Odds are, Riku will be the final boss. I mean, Riku vs. Roxas has been confirmed, and that's really the last battle Roxas has before merging back with Sora, except against Axel with diminished abilities and strength. The way I see it, the battle will be something like 1000 heartless battle - Riku 1 - Riku 2 - Xehanort's Heartless.
DecadeS. The S being the key there. A decade is 10 years. Which means that he had to be in there for at least 20 years for it to be decades. And the way that he says it implies that it was much more than just 2 decades. And for you people saying that Genie had a keyblade: NO HE DIDN'T! He gave Sora two KeyCHAINS, not KeyBLADES. There is a huge difference. The Keychain is simply something that is clipped to the end of the Keyblade that gives it new abilities and a new appearance, but is not a weapon itself, nor does it have any of the properties of the keyblade. All it does is alter the keyblade. And during the summon, if that's what you're referring to, he does not use a keyblade, but a staff/blade made from his wispy tail. Not a keyblade. It is possible that Agrabah is a world in the game, since Jasmine is a Princess of Heart, and the others seem to be in it thus far. But, I doubt that Genie would play a big role, if he's in it at all.
