I think that too young is anyone that is unable to deal with the consequences that may come with sex and that age can go anywhere form really young to 99 years of age. Even some adults should not have sex becasue they are not able to deal with the consequences that may follow. So when your able to handle these issues then i say your old enough to have sex.

I was in Japan when i first saw this anime. I was sitting in my hotel room and turned on the TV and it was showing. I couldnt understand what was being sadi but i still knew what was going and and i thouht its was pretty funn and interesting.

My favorite anime moment is in DNAngel when the main character decides that the girl he really likes is the sister and he blows of the origonal love interest. zomg its was an epic moment!

The best is Vash The Stampede!!! I loves Trigun and this isnt was the thread is about but the worst anime english dubbing was totally peacemaker omg the frikin alabama accents make me want to gouge my ears with a hot poker!!!
The last anime series i watched was The Third The Girl With The Blue Eye. I was not very impressed with the overall story of it but its worth watching. I really enjoyed watching desert punk that show is hillarious

I think you should just work on relaxing and definatly dont let not having a girlfriend get to you because i didnt have a girlfriend for a really long time and then all of the sudden i met this super amazing girl and now she is my girlfriend. anyway the point is things change fast so just enjoy yourself till they happen.
I guess the best thing you cold say is that life may not be long in the long run but how can you know how things are going to be if you dont live and find out? things change on the drop of a dime for better or for worse so you just gotta see it through and find out whats in store for you.
