I really think that smash bros getting Sonic and Snake should be the limit of the 3rd party characters that should be let in. Sonic definately DESERVED to be in. Snake?...I have no idea. Characters from those franchises are ok. Now that I think about it...megaman might've deserved to be put in the game. I just don't really think it's right for FF characters to be put in. Afterall, Square went over to Sony after the PS1 came out and never really came back.
