He squirmed with delight and put his head up against hers and licked her nose. Then he stood up on three legs and did a happy dance. Now normally the happy dance was funny but now it was hilarious because he had made it on four legs and now had to compensate.
"An assassin," he said, his voice turning cold. "I know then well." He grabbed her hand."Come on , lets get out of here." He ran out of town, still dragging her but to where she could run.
Finally with some careful maneuvering and a lot of bowing they were out of the crowd. He dragged her with him into an alley. "We should be safe here. Take my cloak, you'll look more like a townsman...er....girl." He handed her the cloak. EDIT: g2g and Twilight_wish can control my charrie until I get back.
Kagai raised his head and saw one of their own. He dashed over to her unnoticed. He pushed her into a bow and went to the ground with her. When both of their faces were to the ground he spoke quietly. "Shut up and follow my lead."

Kagai was still sitting near the fountain. Suddenly he saw a woman in a mask walk by. The people were bowing to her. Being wise he slid out of his seat and bowed too. As his nose touched the rough dirt he scowled. Under no other circumstances would he bow to anyone.
Kagai wandered around until he got to the town. He walked into a shop and got some normal travelers clothes, paying with a hand carved walking stick. He walked out of the shop and wandered around for a while before sitting down in the square on a bench. He just sat and watched the fountain.

After skinning and storing the deer, Kagai walked out and walked around. Without meaning to he ended up near the shore.
He grinned wolfishly. Suddenly the blue on his forehead began to glow but then ceased. He licked her.
He continued to skin the deer. He was almost done.
The door swung open with a bang, bouncing off the opposite wall. He sat down and leaned his bow and quiver up against a wall. Pulling out a knife, he began to skin the deer.
"It doesn't hurt too bad if I don't walk on it, just throbs." He akwardly sat back down and moved into a semi comfortable position.
Twang. Thunk. Kagia slung his makeshift bow over his shoulder and walked over to the deer he had shot. It looked up at him, understanding in its eyes. It knew that it would die. He bowed his head and murmured a thanks to the deer. Quicky he put it out of its misery. He slung it over his shoulder and trudged back to the cave.
Kigai was propped up against the dirt wall. He watched the others fall asleep. He however stayed awake, watching for enemies.
Silently, Kigai followed. He remained expressionless as he surveyed the trees around him.

He gave a weak smile and tried to stand. Once he got up he gave a yelp and took the weight off of his left front paw which sent him into a strange dance to keep his balance. "Oww..."
The first thing Lupin realized was someone was laying beside him. And from the feel of it he must be on grass. He could hear the river and it ran by. Slowly he opened one eye, the other was shut because of the matted blood, but it didn't hurt too bad.
