OOC: you gotta see a wolf smile to know BIC: Dmitri chuckled a little as he watched Kako. He turned to Bella. "That would be me, the big meany, trying to keep you all alive. Ooh I'm so horrible."
She laughed softly and nodded at her. When she heard both of their questions she laughed again. "No, This is Pika Power. He is a first year student here. He told me he was something called a...Pokemon. This is his cat, Persian."
Gwyn nodded and gestured to the empty seats. She cracked a shy smile. Curse her shyness for getting the better of her. She wasn't prepared for this many people to talk to her and she didn't quite know what to do or say. Gwyn remained in her comfy position, knees to her chest and arms wrapped around them. The train hadn't left yet and she wondered, idly, when it would.
TT.TT me neither anyway I have my laptop, pencil, notebook, and a few pieces of drawing paper, oh and a blue googly-eye ring.
Dmitri glanced back at Bella. "Ya know, I have never said this and probably never will again but you should listen to her. At least this one time," he said grinning wolfishly.
Gwyn thought fast and shot a pillar out horizontally and hit it. "oof." She rested for moment and then started back up, this time climbing the 10 feet up to the top and sat down.
Gwyn rolled her eyes and stomped the ground with one foot, bringing a wall up in front of Jason. "Come on emo boy, I need some help getting her to the hospital, I can't hold onto her for much longer. Whatever happened to chivalry?," she muttered the last part under her breath which was becoming quite shallow and forced. She was almost to the top. Her lungs and muscles screamed in protest but she kept going. Walking vertical had taken its toll on her. She got Jordyn over the top onto the grass and was still on the cliff herself when she slipped out of sight over the edge of the cliff.
Gwyn snapped back to reality as another girl came into the compartment. Gwyn smiled politely and shook her head. "Nope. Not reserved. You can sit in here if you want to," she said gesturing to the lack of people besides Pika," Its not like we are crowded."
With a quick snap, Dmitri had broken its neck. He stood and noticed Reiji staring at him. He stared back, knowing what he was trying to do. "Not going to happen, sorry."
Gwyn stumbled over to Jordyn and looked down at her, hands on her hips. She debated what to do for a moment before stooping down to position Jordyn on her back. Next she walked over to the cliff face and fashioned boots of earth that stuck to the side of the cliff, slowly she started her ascent.
A girl jumped onto the ice hard from above and before it could break she jumped up one more time and this time when she came down the earth rose up under the ice. They were safe. She sat down hard. She had never used that much of her power before and now she was dizzy. Dmitri stepped up from where he had been shadowing them and deflected the large bat, throwing it to the ground and wrapping it with earth chains. He turned briefly to Kio. "Its not darkness. If it was complete darkness then you would have changed into a dark being when you passed that shop. You didn't even half turn, now obviously thats because that was raw power and you had no training but I think there is something else inside you, another power."
Gwyn giggled softly as she remembered Pika's reaction when she entered platform 9 and 3/4. She brought her knees up to her chest and wrapped her arms around them. Gwyn always felt most comfortable in that pose, using it often. "No problem. Persian cooperated quite nicely. I was surprised that it stayed under the cloth so long." Gwyn sighed and rested her head on her knees, looking out towards the red bricks outside the window. She wondered what school was going to be like this year. Would she make any friends? Would she be teased and bullied all year like last year? She didn't know and her stomach did flips just thinking about it. Her outward appearance signaled no immediate warning that something was wrong. She just stared out the window, lost in thought.
((OOC; How do we introduce our teacher characters?)) BIC: Gwyn clunked down the stairs with Pika nestled on top of her case. She wondered if he was ok or if this was just normal. The cat followed them so she decided that it must be Pika's because it certainly wasn't hers. Checking out she walked outside and hailed a cab, throwing a cape over Pika and the cat she took them with her as they road to Kings Cross Train station. ---------------------- About thirty minutes later she paid the cabbie and slammed the door, turning to face the train station. Walking quickly and smoothly she slipped in and out until she came to the entrance of platform 9 and 3/4. Taking a deep breath she walked as quickly as she could through the barrier. Appearing on the other side, people waited to take her bag and she took Pika and the cat onto the train with her, found an empty compartment and sat down next to the window facing the rear of the train.

Gwyn woke to the sound of a train. She panicked, thinking that she had missed the train but realized that it was just a normal train. She blinked a few times and stood up, stretching on her toes.
Gwyn sighed and stood up she pulled her suitcase out from under the bed and began singing, softly, an old lullaby she remembered. "On the wind 'Cross the sea Hear this song and remember Soon you'll be Home with me Once upon a December." Once she finished packing everything, including her book, she curled up in the chair again and fell asleep.
Gwyn put her book on her lap when she felt a nudging at her leg. The white cat from before was bumping her leg, demanding attention. Gwyn laughed quietly and scratched it under its chin. You're cute. Aww you like that don't you?"
